Air Arabia complain about off load

Iam swapna vidya supposed to go to Kuwait on 18/9/17 at 1850 hrs flight number G9 123 and PNR number [protected] from Sharjah but they offload me after issues my boarding pass, the ground staff said the documents are not attested by the Kuwait embassy but all my documents are attested by Kuwait embassy and they stamp my passport already. first they said my PCC was not attested but it was attested by Kuwait embassy Singapore, I showed them the stamp. then they said my medical which was done here in Dubai was not attested by embassy but that was not required. Actually the staff not sure about the procedure. Then finally I was unable to fly I miss my flight. I will attach my documents please let me know what is the reason for rejection.

Air Arabia refund

Air Arabia everything

Dear air arabia, you guys are simply the most unprofessional and messy airline company I've ever dealt with.
We were flying 29/8/2017 from sharjah airport 10:00 pm .
We arrived an hour before the flight, spent half an hour in the queue of checking in, nobody called for our flight ..
Arriving at the check in booth, the staff ( Maria and Abd el samad) were exteremly aggressive to us, kept us waiting for more than an hour without any attempt of helping us or even handling .. abd el samad was very unpolite, maria is the most aggressive girl .
We didnt believe how they dealt with us.
Totally unprofessional, you guys know nothing about customers handling.
This was the last time we will fly with you.
Shame on you .
We will make sure everyone knows about this on social networks.

Air Arabia extra

Dear Team,

My reservation no is [protected]..I have errorneously chosen the extras, only wanted baggage allowance of 30 kgs, however I was billed with Insurance fee which I do not wish to avail...
Requesting you to kindly refund the extra charges on my credit card...Requesting the reversal of insurance charges and seat selection charges...

Your website should give the information of charges before confirming the ticket howver it is shown only after the amount is debited..

Air Arabia baggage loosing in bangladesh airport

I did like to bring your kind attention to that recently passengers complaining that their baggage is missing in Bangladesh airport (Dhaka, Chittagong).Therefor passengers are afraid to choose Air Arabia flight and they are looking other airline even if it is more than air Arabia fare.As travel agent i came to know that there is lobby behind it.So Kindly request you to take strict actions and make sure smooth service.

Air Arabia a crew at the check in desk

Hi my name is Mr zouhari
Im really disappointed with the service and the customer service which this crew provides us today, she was hiding her name and she was working in the checking counter n:4, flight today Montpellier -Marrakech at 10 am, then she s started talking with a bad attitude as if we were a burden for her then I asked for a while chair she was negativ about it, adking me if I can do some effort because you have 2little girl which are 6 and 4 years old, its impossibe to get 2while chair for you and the little one she says, then I asked her nicely that I need only one not two while chair and that im used to it, she didnt want to listen a word, then she asked me to get on the while she calls her supervisor to come so she can tell whats the procedure, after 45min of wait she never came, so I asked her to check my luggages while waitting because you are going to close the flight very soon she refused with anger then I asked her to give me back all my documents, she refused then she s fretting me calling the police, so I asked her for which reason you want to call the police, then she says ok I had enough, so she called the police they came straith away went to talk to her then came back to us asking us if we want to get into the flight or not ? Because miss crew lied about us saying that we insulted her and that we through at her our passports so I said she s liying, she closed her counter and told the other 2 crew to not help us so I had to shout at the police asking my rights because this is discrimination and provocation as we are foreigners ! Then I went far I asked the gendarmes to check all the cameras to see if we had a bad attitudes or through at her the passports they didnt want, so they kept quite and the flight had closed .. so I called my lawyer straight away and that I ll get the news involved then they decide to get me in the flight with a while chair, your employees need to be changed and seriously as an arabian company you should get arabs employees to work instead of racist persons which I had troubles each time I took the flights with Air arabia, most of passengers are arabs and most of them dont speack very well french .. im sorry but im really really desappointed and because of this employees you are losing customers everyday! I went to have a coffee even the server's said that Air Arabia have everyday troubles with passengers and then I knew that the police man is the boyfriend of this crew so she thinks she had power! You need to do something about it, this flight had 1hour delay also.. now im very tired and troubled by all this situations, talking to us like s.. and getting me stressed while your employees having a laugh and dont really care about the passengers and the supervisor having a coffee instead of take care of such situation.. last time I took the same flight with Air arabia they told me that the hand bag should be not more then 5kilos I said that in the net its 10 kilos they didnt want to listen made me get my stuff out of my bag so its 5kilos so I no choice to put the rest in the plastic which I took with me in the plane and that crew came into the plane and took from me my plastic bag which she wasnt allowed to, my daughter was still in the airport waitting then she took the bag from another crew but sincerely this is too much! MONTPELLIER airport needs some mystery shoppers, this is really bad ...! I need compensation for all troubles and stress they made live.. very bad experience.

Air Arabia expensive june & july month ticket fair (budget airline)

Dear Sir,

It is a totally Unacceptable regards to fair ( Sharjah - India) air arabia is charging for the Month starting from 15th to July . I have gone through all the other flights including Emirates which is less than air arabia with not even a glass of water on board. We appreciate to look on this matter as the fare hike is around 300% on normal fares.

Would air arabia president go to the complaint forum, and read all the complaint about your airline, please. Mr president, your company spent so much money on advertising, but your employee at the airports are destroying your reputation. They are ill mannered, rude, &...
I weighted my luggege at the curbe side, it was 30 kg. But at the counter, she said"is 31 kg".
Mr presiden, there is such a thing called "tolerance". Every mechanical equipment has tolerance. This type of scales are not made to weight gold, therefore the tolerance is +/- 3kg. (Please read the manufacture manual of your scales). Also god knows when it was calibrated (Manufactures recommended, every 3 months).
I had to take 1 kg out of my bag and through it out.
2 — after we went through the passport check, at the gate, aira rabia agent weighted my play station and labtop, and hand bag. He said more than 7 kg.
100 aed or you do not take it with you.!
Rude, rude rude! Name tags was not visible!
Dear president, you place the hand baggage's weight station before the passenger enter the passport cheks (Like dubai airport) not after passport check. I did not have enough uae currency with me, becaus I was leaving uae.
I never travel with air arabi, even if the ticket is free.

Air Arabia irresponsiblity of personals

I have a booking with ref#G9-[protected] in Air Arabia flight on 18th September, 2015 to Dammam to Trivandrum. But I can't travel in this flight because of some issues related to air Arabia personals in Dammam airport. My flight will be on 8:15 as per my booking and reached in the airport at 6:00 AM respectively. Then I noticed that the conveyer belt get broken and all luggages are dumping on the brokened conveyer. Then the line will be long and can't move at all. I asked so many times to the supervisor when I can get my boarding pass. He told me wait until your turn. Then the time have been 7:45, again I go there and check. Mean while he said your flight is missed. He can't do anything. You are requested to kindly make sure nobody's suffering the same problem in future.

Air Arabia change flight schedule

sorry to write this, but it seems that Air Arabia is not very serious on its business of services. Our experience is that, we have purchased tickets to fly from Sharjah to Antalya for all family, right after school closures by July 4th, and that we also booked our vacations for that date and paid for it. We also purchased the tickets months ago, to make sure that we can get the seats for a reasonable price. yesterday (which is few weeks from the top season) Air Arabia send a message to me that, they have rescheduled the flight and my seats are booked on July 16th, which is a funny 2 weeks later than my original date. I have contacted them and after hours of talks, i am being offered to get my money back with a "full" refund... The issue is that, when i try to buy alternate tickets by this time (which is very close to the peak hot season) i need to pay 3-4 x more than what i have paid to AirArabia, or what i would have paid for any other airline by the time of my original booking. AirArabia says that they have the right to change the flights as such in an unserious way, and unitarily... I myself am flying with many airlines over the past 25 years, to over 55 countries, and i have never seen such an unprofessional and unacceptable service and claim that they can safely change my flight to one that is 2 weeks later and the last minute... at the heart of the aviation industry in UAE, i very much find this type of a service very odd, and i recommend, people to think again while depending on AirArabia for their travels... or they might find themselves into similar situations... I received an offer from air arabia mentioned limited time offer!
Take advantage of air arabia's amazing offer and fly from uae to 32 destinations with return fares starting from aed 299, all inclusive.
Book from: tuesday 26th may to monday 1st june 2015
Travel until: 10th december, 2015

When i called the call center to book my ticket on july 12 untill september 1 they told me we dont have offer in that time. . It means it's fake offer

Air Arabia online meal booking

I traveled from Air Arabia and booked a return flight from New Delhi and booked my meals online first of all i was served other than the booked meal and upon informing i was given a rude response but got the right meal but as per the online menu i was supposed to receive a beverage along with the meal but upon asking the air hostess i was told they do not have any information about it hence if i want i need to pay for the beverage even though i show my ticket to her and even though she said the list they got did not have information about it so i paid for that and avoid to complaint, but a week later i reserved my parents ticket for the same route and booked the meal online for them and the same thing happened with them as well and they were charged for the beverage and served the meal that was not booked for them so it is ridiculous and i thought to put up a complaint against it and hope this should be rectified and does not happen with me again.

Air Arabia overcharged and customer service

How can I forward my complaint to the company? The manager at their sales office gave me this email [protected]@airarabia.com and it does not work. I also tried their online form and have not received a confirmation of my message. They have overcharged me by quoting one price and charging my account with a higher price. I just want a confirmation that they are actually dealing with my complaint before taking it any further.

I have booked a flight one way from morocco to London and they quoted one price and charged me a higher price. Further more a charge of £7 was added before checkout named as an administrator charge. Further more to my dismay my bank chages me a further £7 for international transfer. Their customer service number is expensive and they dont answer any calls. What do I do?

Dear sir
I booked the return ticket from chennai to bahrain on 29.12.13 @ 3.00 am. Unfortunately I couldn't able to fly on that day. So I approach the agent to reschedule my flight on 05.01.14. But they refused it to do so. Then I called the customer care but they also gave the same answer, now what I have to do. I can't fly on that day. Air Arabia delayed flight

To Whom It May Concern,

During the past ten years, I have traveled with Air Arabia several times . Normally, I am happy with the services. However, on Saturday, 06 Jul 2013, I had an unpleasant and upsetting experience which should be noticed and I would like to know your excuses.

This was a scheduled trip as I was supposed to assist to an interview on Sunday, 7 July 2013 . The ticket was purchased online on Sunday, June 9, 2013, flight number 9201 (ticket is attached).

Unfortunately, the flight had no more place before eleven o'clock when I reached the airport . I requested them to reserve another flight from so many other airlines which were leaving same day to Iran from Dubai but the management just gave me a sit for next flight with Air Arabia which was three days later and hosted me in Air Arabia's hotel .

This flight delay prevented me from reaching my interview in which I was able to get a good job and I am very sad about it .

I am kindly asking you compensate me for the delay .

Check-in counters close 1 hour prior to the scheduled time. Passengers failing to check-in on time will not be accepted for travel and will forfeit their flight and their ticket.

Failing to provide the card, the passenger will not be accepted on Air Arabia

Unaccompanied Minors

We do not accept children traveling unaccompanied under their 12th birthday. Passengers accompanying children should be above 16 years old.
Infants under the age of 2 weeks cannot be accepted for travel.

Checked baggage: every passenger can pre-book a baggage allowance while doing his reservation through our website, call center, sales shops or partner travel agents, at the following discounted rates:
For flights starting from 1st January 2013:
20 Kg: AED 10 to 20 / passenger / one way
30 Kg: AED 20 to 50 / passenger / one way
40 Kg: AED 150 / passenger / one way
At the airport, if a passenger didn’t pre-book his baggage (selected “No baggage”) the first 20 kg will be charged at AED 50 / passenger / one way, any weight above 20 Kg is considered excess baggage. Excess baggage rates will continue to apply on any weight above the pre-booked allowance.
Maximum weight permitted per individual piece of baggage is 32 kgs with total dimensions of 160 cms (W+D+L).
Hand baggage allowance per passenger must not exceed 10 kgs with dimensions within 55 x 40 x 20 cms.
Air Arabia liability for lost or damaged baggage is limited to USD 20 per kg and a maximum of 20 KG.
Refer to www.airarabia.com to check list of prohibited items that you should not carry in your hand and checked baggage.

Handling Fee

Appointed sales agents of Air Arabia are authorized to collect a handling fee over and above the total fare reflecting on your itinerary print. These charges are regulated and the updated handling fees from different countries are available for your reference on our website. The appointed agents are obliged to produce the same information on demand to verify the charges. For handling fee details, please visit conditions of carriage our http://www.airarabia.com/.

Flight Changes, cancellations and Credit

Reservations must be modified or cancelled at least 24 hours before local scheduled flight departure time by calling our Air Arabia Call Centre or by contacting Air Arabia Sales Centers or Appointed Travel Agents in the respective region.
Flight changes are subject to a modification fee plus any difference in fare between the initial booking and the modified booking. A fee of AED 150 (or equivalent) per passenger, per sector will be applicable.
Air Arabia does not have a refund policy once the booking if paid for. Should a passenger cancel a flight at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, a cancellation fee of AED 150 (or equivalent) will be applicable, or if the cancellation is done within 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, a cancellation fee of AED 200 (or equivalent) will be charged per passenger, per sector. Air Arabia will retain the remaining amount as a credit towards a future flight which can be used for travel within one year from the date of payment by the same passenger only.

Visit Visa, Residence Visa

Passengers holding original visa do not require OK to Board message. However in case passenger is traveling from India & Pakistan or Bangladesh to UAE and holding copy of UAE visa, the sponsor or the representative of the passengers have to produce the original visa in person along with a fee of AED 15 at Hala Service in Sharjah International Airport between 08:30 to 15:00 and it has to be done minimum 24 hours before departure of the flight. These offices after verifying with the authorities concerned will authorize to accept the passenger by inserting a remark in the reservation. The failure to do so will lead in Air Arabia refusing to carry the passengers. Refer to www.airarabia.com to check all details about visa regulations and policies.

By buying this ticket, the passenger confirms herewith that he/she has agreed on all terms and conditions as issued and amended by the Carrier from time to time on its website. In case of any dispute related to any/all of the services as provided by the Carrier and/or any of its authorized representatives before, during and/or after the provision of the service, such dispute shall be exclusively and solely raised, filed, submitted, registered and/or presented in front of any of the legal courts operating in the Emirate of Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates.

Bus Service

This service is provided by third party and Air Arabia accept no responsibility and shall not be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damage or any kind occasioned by reason of any act or omission beyond it’s control including without limitation, any act of negligence, mishap or breach of contract of any third party who is to or does supply any goods or services for the tour to journey.

It is not necessary to re-confirm your flight provided you have a reservation confirmation.
Food and drinks can be purchased on board at affordable prices during the flight.
Carriage under this ticket by Air Arabia is indicated by use of the 'G9' airline designator code against the relevant travel segment(s) shown above. Where this ticket includes carriage by another carrier, Air Arabia acts solely as agent for that other carrier.
Air Arabia will be liable only for damage occurring during carriage on flights or flight segments where G9 designator code appears in the carriage box. If Air Arabia issues a Ticket of, or if we Check Baggage for carriage on another carrier, it does so only as agent for the other carrier. Nevertheless, with respect to Checked Baggage, you may make a claim against the first or last carrier.

Air Arabia irresponsibility of a company

The flight I specifically booked to attend a meeting was cancelled and layover time increased from 1.5 hrs to 6. Of course, no compensation is offered except for "we regret for the inconvenience caused". The sad thing is that when a customer needs a modification or cancellation of flight he has to pay for every action he performs, but when the company acts against the personal interests of a customer when we just have to swallow it silently. No responsible persons, no proper customer service, no fair rules and regulations.

Air Arabia negligence towards walk in customers of air arabia superior officers at cochin office

I went to the Air Arabia Office at Cochin to apply for a sharjah visa and book a ticket for my mother with all the documents as per the Air Arabia officials instruction. I had been to their office twice but was returned back for new documents. During my last visit to their office, i waited for half an hour and they attended my case and I was asked to wait for another one hour more.
The attitude of the lady supervisor was like as if i am a beggar waiting there for alms.

Air Arabia - refused to check in

My pregnant (4 month) wife and son (Age-3) had scheduled to fly on 1/05/2010 by air arabia (Flight: g9491, dep: 22:25, sharjah-goa). Due to traffic we reached airport by 20:30, it took 30 min to clear the formality of baggage screening and after that another 15 min spent in plastic wrapping to the boxes (They have been forced to do it as an compulsory...
