Aiding Student Relief payment

I have not received any paper work from you. I paid $400 up front then $19 a month after that. Stop taking money out of my account. I want my money back . I'm contacting my bank to have them stop payment, this is a scam. You have not contacted me like you were supposed to, no paper work. I've tried calling and the phone number is bogus, it's for a Walmart card saying I won it. Have not been able to talk with anybody for the last 5 months. Till I found this.

Aiding Student Relief payment

I am trying to contact you but the phone number on the webpage is not working. I would like to stop by payment of $19.00. I did not receive the documentation stating what I was paying for as I requested. I asked to have the documents sent to me through the mail, and did not receive anything. I am now paying two different companies and the other company has sent me the requested contract; therefore, I will continue with them. Please provide me with the correct number.

Thank you,
Heather Clark

Aiding Student Relief this company has nothing to do with what I thought it did

I thought Aiding Student Relief was there to help with my loans. Thinking I had worked with them in the past I called to get some information on my loans. The lady I spoke with sounded very confused and put me on hold. I continued to hold for ten minutes until a supervisor picked up the phone and explained to me that this company is a division of the Xerox Corporation, they receive multiple calls about this on a daily basis, and they don't have anything todo with student loans. ***They are a paper and office supplier for school districts in the southwestern United States.****

Supervisor on the phone I spoke with was very nice, but it was abundantly clear that this company has no affiliation with the student loan company that I thought they did.

Just a forewarning to anybody calling about their student loans. There is some kindof mistake and this company is not affiliated with student loans.

In respond to James UK...if there is nothing wrong on working from Colombia why the script and training ask to tell clients the we are base in California, is not that a lie? and even the office in California at Anton Rd is only use for mail, there is not a real office. As a client ask the "case manager" if you can apply in person or if you live in Costa Mesa go and check the address and you will maybe find the super.

Remove my account and stop stealing my money. This scam advocates to help lower student loan payments and bill you to do so. Now I'm out of money because of this

I signed up with ASR in the fist quarter of 2016 for student loan forgiveness, and "Congratulations! You qualify" for 99% forgiveness of my $54k student loan debt. For a while, everything went just fine. I was told by my case manager that all I would have to do was pay them their service charge $600.00, then $19.99 per month for 20 years and my student loans would be "forgiven". Somehow though, I am now 2 months "behind" in my student loans, I can't get my case manager to return my emails, I call his number and the voicemail is for a different person, and the main toll free number for ASR has been disconnected, AND their website seems to have been removed. And they are still taking the $19.99 out of my bank account. I don't really give a tinker's damn if they are in Columbia, India, or Timbucktu, so long as they are a legit operation. So, let me ask you, James from the UK, does this sound to you like they are a legit operation, or have I been duped out of my hard-earned money?

I am writing to complain about one of the account managers by the name of Michelle Nino. From reading the headlines about. i have become very leary. She provided me with a telephone number to text her messages. At first it worked fine but then the telephone number changed and she told me that she forgot to notify her clients. Ok... let's imbibe this her clients are the ones that are sending their payments on a monthly payment plan where they directly take it from your bank account and she forgot to notify her clients of the phone change. That to me is totally unprofessional. Your clients are the reason that you have your job. Next I stayed home late from work because I was told that their office was in California and they are two hours behind central time because I am in Illinois. When I reached her she gave me a new number to text her. On, 10/14 and 10/15 I texted her the same question and today is 10/17 and she still has not responded. If you are thinking about dealing with these people "Please hold them accountable for their actions and lack of actions". Hopefully you will be lucky and I use that term loosely to get a manager that is responsible and a business professional.

I tried consolidating my own loans... I was able to do it successfully but it took me a long ### time. Depending on the charge for someone doing this for me I might consider it but I definitely did not enjoy the several hours researching this crap... Wish the system would somehow forgive these stupid loans or make it easier to repay these damn things...

I'm sick and tired of the stigma against South America. Just because this company has an office in Colombia does not mean they are not to be trusted! I live i Cali, Colombia and actually work in the Torre de Cali where these guys are based. I have been to their office, it's a call center. They take incoming calls for enquiries about student loan relief and seem to me to be perfectly legit. All the staff are well trained and well mannered.

International firms are outsourcing to Colombia and about time too! Colombians are intelligent and charming people and I think this company (ASR) actually provides a great service. I looked into their connections and they have a well staffed office in California too. The nature of a company like this one is that only the best staff members succeed. I am sure the complaint above is from someone who didn't make the grade there and is now bearing a grudge.

Colombia is great place to live and work and many international businesses are establishing offices and outsourcing here. Keep up the good work ASR and I hope more international investors realize the potential of Colombia and its people!
