I have lost my mobile last Friday morning and immediately contacted the CSA to stop my line,
Next day went to Mosaadak Branch (Vodafone) and got a new slide mobile, since then the line still out of order,
Many reasons I have contacted & visited three branches to understand the problem, but in vain, variety of replaying with nothing and till writing this complaint the line still not available, 4 days to activate the line, is that normal, hope to know,
