I have provided the required documents on two separate occasions and they still try to tell me they can't process it. I have read several other complaints of them doing the same thing to other people. This is outrageous! I will no longer be purchasing their products through my vet. I'm going to file as many complaints possible Better Business Bureau, whatever it takes! This is terrible business practice. The customer service number no longer works ! Don't offer a rebate and then people go out of their way to try and get it and you keep denying it horrible horrible horrible
I got my rebate but it was in form of a font and back check on a print out... The bank said they can't cash it.. what ever happened to getting a check through the mail.. I'm out 30 dollars now cause I have two dogs... Sue
This will help anyone having problems getting there rebate it works call [protected] and they will send you the forms by mail fill out and send a copy of your receipt back to them or use your url search engine ahrebates.com and you can do it online if you have a scanner to send a copy of your receipt to them remember do not use your search bar you would normally use — use your url search bar on top of your screen and it will work trust me god bless robert house newburg pa.

I just used this and it worked fine. I did not have to download anything onto my computer and I received a message I would receive my rebate check after the information I submitted, plus the PDF of my vet bill, has been verified. Good luck! AT - Toms River, NJ Aug. 5, 2019
Hello good people! I was running into the same problems but sent the following text: SERESTOVET19 to 73876.
Obviously there are data usage fees associated with this option that my not help for low income folks mentioned above.
After doing so, I received a link immediately to the website where the Seresto product (either single or multiple) rebate form can be accessed along with instructions. But to make it easier for all here is the direct link to that page:

If you copy and paste this directly in the address box at the top of your browser it should take you directly to the Bayer (maker) page. I tried it to make sure that it is no issue and it seemed to work.

This is the first year I got a refund check and I just deposited and guess what... it bounced and my bank charged me $12.00 fee on top of the bounced check!
I have been trying to get my rebate for two weeks and cant seem to get in contact with these people. This is the second time this has happened. I will no longer be buying their products. There are other ways to protect my pack without dealing with a company that runs a scam and deceives customers.
Website AHrebates has no icons to begin or submit rebate proof of purchase or personal info. It's a damn advertisement for other non-veterinary/animal care products. Class action for sure. This is [censored]!
I have a rebate to submit but when I couldn't find an address to mail it in to, I called the number on the form the vet gave me - [protected] - and spoke with Stacey. She couldn't give me an address but if I would give her my address she would have a form mailed to me in about 2 - 3 weeks. When I told her I was disappointed not to find an address to mail my request to and she proceeded to tell me that they did away with that option but have brought it back and that is why it is taking so long to get the forms mailed out. There are so many requests and the forms aren't printed yet. This all sounds like a bunch of malarkey to me but I will play their game for a week or so. I will give me vet a call to see if they are aware of this problem. I also told her about the horrible comments on their website.
I didn't receive my rebate and will not be doing business with this company again !
I submitted 2 rebates requests to receive via email with all the needed receipts and should be a wait of 2-3 weeks. I am on week 4. Is there a phone number for AHrebates?

Go to the vet where you purchased the flea medicine and tell them, they seem to have a connection with the company. We did and got our rebates within weeks after waiting six months.
Having same problem. submitted along with invoice fro vet, proof of purchase, and got back email stating product not eligible while it is clearly listed on the form - Seresto collar. Bayer does not honor its offers...
I cannot reach the site and don't have a printer/scanner...I also would like to mail but there is no address provided...not very good business to make it this difficult!
Not able to get on the AHRebates.com site either. Purchased 5 Seresto collars last week for a total of $335. The $75 in rebates would help. Would like to be able to mail everything in if anyone comes up with an address.
My scanner is not working so I guess I'm SOL. With any other rebate the option of mailing is available. I'm going back to Revolution.
I just went to their website this morning and there are adds for cruises and other offers, but no instructions how to get my Seresto $15. rebate. I am contacting my Vet tomorrow to see if anything can be done. This has been going on long enough (nearly 6 months)! Bayer needs to do something about it. Find another vendor. If I do not receive my rebate, I will no longer purchase any Bayer products again!
Jump through one Hoop after another! This sounds like Crap from the very start, even if the ones ahead of mewere not pissed off. Why not just do it the old fashion way, mail in the receipt?
I am having the same experience so I called the number on the ad the vet gave me and was told to go to the address line and put rhrebates.com there. I asked why and was told, "That's just the way they do it." Guess what. It didn't work. Am seeing my vet on Monday and will ask if they have had other complaints. If they have they should complain to their supplier or rep!
I cannot get the site to come up, not happy, couldn't afford it without the rebate, just found out they are cheaper online, not buying from the vet anymore. :(

I to have submitted for rebate and was denied. Now I cannot access the AHRebates.com link. This is so sad as it was for my mother (as senior citizen) who takes is rescue cats on a fixed income. Very sad that this is so frustrating for everyone!
I sent in my receipt and coupon with a letter saying I didn't have internet service at my house. Never got a rebate, so called the number given. She said she would mail me a rebate form to fill out--guess what? still waiting for the form! Glad I bought the collar at Walmart where it was $8 cheaper than the Vets'. Never again with Seresto. They are owned by Bayer which supplied the Nazis with the gas that killed the Jews in WW2. Nice people!
A year ago I got my rebate within 2 weeks. Check was emailed to me. This year I have submitted twice now and it keeps telling me it is in process and can take 4 weeks. It has been over 4 weeks for the first submission and 1 week for the 2nd submission. Still no check in my email. I will not use this product again. I will ask my vet for a different one.
Now Im worried about getting a rebate. I just bought a 6 mo. supply of advantage multi for my dog and was told by my vet that I could get a $25. rebate. That is the only reason I bought this. Previously I got my flea/tick meds online with a prescription from my vet. I always used Revolution, but my vet pushes the Advantage multi. I went along with this even though it was more expensive because of the rebate. This might be a onetime sale if I have problems. Wish me luck
How did it go for you? I've used advantage multi for my little dog and have been very happy with it. I liked the times when you got 2 freebies instead of a rebate but I guess those times are over. I haven't had any problems getting my rebate but I've only requested one so far. Now today I have a second one to request and what a nuisance. I was told they are bringing back the mail-in request but I have a feeling that is not true. We will see. I'll play their game for a couple weeks!

Purchased a seresto flea/tick collar today (01/25/2019). First I texted promo code to 73876. Got a reply stating, 2019 Offers Coming 2/1/2019. Please check back in a few week to submit your rebate request!
The form to request a rebate given to me from Vet. Reads Offer valid 1/1/2019 through 6/30/2019.
Guess they are hoping I will forget about it.

Did you ever get your rebate refund check? I am about to process mine for 3 dogs and hopefully wont have this same problem. Can't afford to not get the refund.

we complained to our Vet and they contacted them and we had quick results and received our rebates. We had several outstanding and never heard from them so we asked our vet after waiting about 6 months. They made some phone calls and we received our rebate within 1 week.
