My name is Terry from Fairfield CA. ASG sales person, John McKenzie [protected]) told me that Brinks, my current alarm company, was going to stop their alarm monitoring side of their business and that ASG and Alarm 1 have been taking over that side of Brink’s business. Turns out that it was a straight up lie and now I am having to pay two different alarm companies until my contracts are over. Supervisor, Jordan, from ASG refuses to call me back, after 2 attempts to contact him through ASG’s customer support line, to talk about my situation.

Company is a joke and a scam. Sales man Luis Gill came to our houses claiming he worked for brinks and Alarm.com. We already have Brinks and he said we needed a upgrade our panel was old and he had better cameras so we asked and what's it cost us, he said it's a upgrade won't cost you anything. After we sign papers on his tablet and he had a guy come in the dark and install everything. He told my Mom who's 85 the she could print the papers she signed on her computer then we saw the company was ASG and she signed a contract for 3,700.00 for equipment, never told us about getting a loan from some Aqua company. Said we can't get out of contract. Called the number I had and a lady yells at me for calling her personal number. Scammers on the seniors stay away from this company they are good at lying to you.

I had purchased liquor worth $340 in a duty free store at the Heathrow airport and the same was given in a sealed bag by the duty free shop.

When I entered the security check in terminal 5.this bag was retained by the security.
I was told that the liquor that I was carrying should have been put in a see through bag and sealed.

My question to the airport authority is. Why is the duty free shop not made aware of this security check rule? Or if the bag is allowed in the duty free store then why cant it pass security check? There have been many such similar cases. This is an inconvenience for people who are travelling across different places.

I need an answer for my money that I have spent & inconvenience caused. Please let me know if you require any further information.

MY BOYFRIEND WENT TO A COMPANY CALLED AGS SECURITY LOCATED IN BAY RIDGE AND THEY GUARANTEED THAT HE WOULD GET A JOB RIGHT AWAY FOR $85 FOR A CERTIFICATE. TWO WEEKS AFTER PAYING AND TAKING THE REQUIRED COURSE HE STILL HADEN’T BEEN PLACED IN A JOB AND WE CANT GET IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE. IT WAS ALL A SCAM AND WE FOUND 8 OTHER PEOPLE THAT WERE SCAMMED, THIS IS A WARNING TO EVERYONE…STAY AWAY FROM AGS SECUIRTY!
