Agoda Technical Systemuncancelled booking, error in booking and payment management

I made a booking under Agoda with Booking IDs [protected], [protected]. I cancelled other bookings which I made coz I was comparing prices. I cancelled them real time. But Agoda System wasnt able to cancel these bookings on their end and charged my credit card for it. Good thing my credit limit can't accomodate those cancelled bookings!!! And then my actual booking, the active one, which agoda charged, agoda can't see immediately until multiple calls and requests to confirm the booking.

I would like to thank the agents who helped me Jessica and Kristine for helping me confirm the booking right away. But I hope you improve your booking system so this will not happen to other clients.
