Agoda Company Pte. Ltd / horrible service and crap computer system

1. We have been facing the problem to sign in your YCS extra-net system since Saturday to close the hotel available day.
2. Guests from agoda are keep booking and we cannot provide rooms anymore. A lot of customers are complaining with our hotel now.
3.We contacted the agent named " Ms.May Zin " from Myanmar via may.[protected] and she is very irresponsible and did not help at all .
4. I asked her to call me for emergency about extranet and she never did . Very Horrible customer service.
