Agoda Company / my check in and check out date issue

I was making 3 different hotel booking from Agoda android application. I made two booking but unfortunately my first booking check in and check out month wrongly put by me. It was 6th of June to 12th June. But I wrongly put 6th of July to 12th July.
This is after 4 month advance booking.
Immediately i e mail to Agoda for correction.
Now they are annoying this ia not in our policy.
I said this is after 4 month booking please reschedule it from July to June but not properly responding :(
What i do now .
