Agoda CompanyI am complaining of your service.

I used to book rooms from agoda but this time is really a bad experience for me, quick a bad service. I send a message to inform that my credit card that I used for booking Westlake 7 service apartments Xi Hu on 28 Nov already embezzled by others. And I ask to change my payment method because agoda will deduct the room charges on 25 Nov but the card resgistered have been embezzled by others and can't use it anymore. Then, agoda never reply my message whatever I sent many messages and ask for email to contact with management to settle my problem before 25 Nov. Today I found that payment failed (Booking ID [protected]). Really make me disappointment of your bad service. I need your response about this case. Please investigate and give me a reasonable response about your fault. Thanks.
