Agoda Company — hotel booking cancellation
I have sent my request through customer service on 26/11/2018 but haven't received any response yet. Please see the below for the details of complaint

As per the notes in the cancellation request, Michelle Taylor General Manager Ibis Sydney World Square, advised us to cancel the booking that had been made through Agoda and that the cancellation fee would be fully refunded. This was due to there being some confusion about the booking, and the decision was made for us to pay the hotel directly for the dates we stayed. As a result, under the direction of Michelle, we cancelled the Agoda booking expecting the refund to occur.
Michelle has advised that she has fully approved the issuing of the refund by Agoda, however this appears to have not yet been processed. Can you investigate our booking, and advise when the refund will be issued?
