SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

Agoda Companyhotel booking

This is with reference to my Booking ID [protected].
The booking was confirmed and paid for but the same was not honored by the Hotel.
I called up the Hotel and was asked to contact Agoda for refund. But I have not been able to contact Agoda in any way.
I received the below email from the Hotel:

Your booking not confirmed. Cancel your booking.

All room sold out

Awaiting a full refund.
