Hi,

Hope may get the good news as the 1st and 2nd booking is only different 3 min as you can saw in the system.

1st booking I have make when making payment it mention have error.

So I refresh the page and make payment again.

Happen 2 payment.

And there are no alert for one time password from bank.

How will I know the payment for 1st booking was successful.

Hope may understand my situation.

6:08 make cancellation booking on [protected]

30th Nov 2018
receive email that unable cancel the booking.
