Delay in refilled cylinder delivery
I am having gas connection in INDANE, consumer no - A36512, in Agnihotri Gas Agency, Noida. I have booked for the cylinder on 28 July 2008 and till now i haven't received it. Everyday i call them they tell me that they will deliver it today, but no response.
To book your refills through SMS:
SMS booking is available through:
• 52626 on all operators except AirTel and Vodafone.
• 56789 on Vodafone
• 56465 on AirTel
For Reliance customers, this facility is available through R-World.
Go to the Write Message Option on your mobile handset and type IOCPhone Number of the Agency with STD CodeConsumer Number
Send this message to the number applicable for your mobile service provider as mentioned above. Soon you will get a confirmation message that will read: “Thx. U R now rgstrd to use IOC gas. Ur distr name is XXX GAS SERVICE. Please type IOCBK to book your refill.”
In order to make things easier for you, we are reproducing the list of agency phone numbers below for your convenience.

I had also similar issues when I transferred my connection from Chennai to Noida. They took 2 months to transfer this.
