Unable to contact to cancel receiving product and stop payment
I have been trying to contact you to cancel my account, stop receiving a product I no longer want, and stop payment to no avail . I have called the number on line for customer service and on my receipt and the call will not go through . There is no ring- it goes to music-then there are several clicks- then I get a recording saying I need to hang up to make a call . I thought you were legit ! What is this! I have a stockpile of product because I don't use it as fast as I received it and I do not want to receive anymore! I have enough for years and I have given some away! I lost my job an. I can't afford it! Cancel my account and stop autopay ! I no longer want your product and I do not trust your company !

I made an order and paid some extra money for shipping even though it was supposed to be a free trial. Anyways, it was only $5 so I paid. Received my product and it was nothing special, really not worth the money. Few weeks passed and I was charged for who knows what! They just took my money and told nothing! I contacted AgeRewindSkin and they said that I was automatically enrolled in the monthly auto shipment program! I went to their website and tried to find some information, but there was nothing mentioned about the program. Asked for a refund but they refused and said that I agreed to that when I made my first order. Ridiculous! Lost over $80.
Beyond ridiculous
This company is crazy better stay away or you will lose all your money! I found AgeRewindSkin website and subscribed, after that I have ordered few creams, just wanted to try those. I received my order and then I left a review that I was very excited and really liked the creams, but they decided that I need more creams to buy since I liked the first ones. I was never planning to do that, but they charged my card without my permission and started sending me creams. Absolutely ridiculous! Contacted their customer service and told them that I don't need the creams and demanded my money back. They said that they thought I want more of their products. I said that I liked the products but that did not mean that I was planning to waste all of my money on creams! They gave me only partial refund but that is better than nothing.
