non professional behavior
Buying a property in Beaulieu sur Mer we ended up trying to do the purchase through Agence Dumas. Unfortunately they proved to be completely unreliable, didn't show up at agreed times, the contract agreed upon was totally different when we should sign it etc.
I cannot recommend this agency, you simply cannot trust these people, they are not working for their clients they are only working for themselves.

In April 2017 I agreed to buy a property in Villefranche sur Mer. The agent was Agence Dumas a local real estate agent.
Everything had been agreed, price, date for change over and in my mind the deal was done.
When we got to the Notary in Villefranche to sign the contract suddenly a lot had changed. The priced had gone up if I wanted the parking something that we had agreed was part of the deal. The change over date had moved 4 months because suddenly because they had found somebody who wanted to rent the apartment during summer.
Watch out, this is not a serious agency!

They should sell my apartment but after two years I gave up. During this period they sold other apartments but mine was hardly ever shown to potential clients, when told they just said that they made more monies on those...
From the beginning a mess with the contract, strange arrangement were they would get 50% of the price over a certain level.
When I showed the contract to my lawyer I told me he had never seen anything like it before.
