SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / Dresses look horrible and can't return them

I want to warn everyone that the dresses from the website look completely different in reality. I ordered one dress, and they provided fault size and it was completely different and looked horrible. It looked like sack and the seller refused to change it or provide the refund. It was waste of money and time, so keep in mind it and inform other people as well.

    My mom tried ordering off line and charged her 3 times. She had to call and call to get this fixed. My mom cancelled order and right now my fiance is trying to order for me. This time he was charged twice. My order is on hold because the addresses don’t match.

    I ordered shoes online and they were to big, I did not received the return label, I called twice and sen an email, they did not refund my money and they did not send me the return label. Unbelievable the customer service that this company has. It was my last purchase with this people.
