A'gaci a very bad uncomfortable experience

I was at agaci miami florida international mall and i was in a verg awkward uncomfortable situation where i was standing infront of what i think is the store manager she was i think chinese medium height black hair. She was talking to a worker infront of me in a very rude manner she said something along the lines of "what are you doing just standing there are you retarted go do something" that made me very uncomfortable and i feel that no one should be treated in that manner it was very disrespectful and created a very hostile envirement.

A'gaci online order

I placed an order on the Agaci website on 11/1/18

After a week of not receiving my package- I went to the website to track it. The information given by the tracking number was : Waiting Allocation (Not enough stock) I then called the customer service line. I was told 2 out of the 11 items I purchased were no longer available but that the rest of my items were preparing to ship. A few more days went by & the tracking was still giving me the same info. I called again to CS. This time I was told that 9 out of my 11 items are out of stock and only 3 items were available. At this point I became very frustrated. She said that she would have to cancel the entire order and I would need to go back online to purchase the items that were available. I told her this was unacceptable. She became rude with me. I asked her to just refund me my entire purchase. She said okay fine. I asked for a reference number for the refund and she said she would email it to me. I told her no I need something right now. I was then placed on hold for a little while. She comes back to me with a number and then said have a good day and hung up on me ! Like- really ? Did that just happen— I thought to myself ! I placed a 60$ order in which the company took my money out of my bank. I didn't receive any emails about the status of my order or that their were any issues. I had to keep calling to find out. I should have been offered some type of promotional coupon to shop again because of this incident. I did not even get any thing but sorry ! Alll 11 items you ordered has to be canceled! I will never order from their site again. I will have to shop at my local Agaci store. Their Customer Service is extremely horrible! Never again !

A'gaci return item

Good morning!
I am writing to you for the reason that I had a very bad experience in your store in Plaza Las Americas in Puerto Rico. Friday night at 8:30 at night I went to his store and bought a jumpsuit which I was not very convinced, as it was late and the store was close to close I told the employee that I was going to measure in my I'm fine with a piece that I had in my house and if I did not like it I was going to change it the next day and I asked her if they gave me back the money, which she answered yes. In fact I arrive at my house I measure it and I do not like it, I go on Friday after leaving work, with my purchase receipt to exchange it for other merchandise. As it was late I also did not want to waste my time going around and I went to an employee to help me choose a change of clothes and her help was to tell me which wall was each piece, which bothered me since I needed to attend and it will help me get something because the employees know where everything is and what is the newest thing that has come to tempt, etc. As they could not help me I decided to go to another store to buy a change of clothes and then I went to make the change, I give the goods confident that I will have no problem, to my surprise the tag had left the piece and when I realized it was in the bag, I explained to the employee that she did not know how that had come from there and she told me that she could not accept it, she indicated that the tag was in perfect condition and that it was the day before I bought it, I have the receipt and for nothing I wanted to accept it, I indicated that it was the next day to talk to the manager. The next day I talk again with the manager, which I did not like her attitude at all and she did not want to change me either. It's quite frustrating that something happened that was not in my hands, because I go back and repeat, I did not realize how that came out, do not want me to change the merchandise, if I had used the merchandise I was not wearing this so far, but it's not fair. I worked for many years in the clothing store and I was a manager and if I know there are people who are ready and people who use the merchandise and return them, etc., but in my case that was not the situation, also as I indicated my intention was I bought the merchandise in the same store and they did not give me the help. I hope you can resolve me with this situation. Thank you.

A'gaci location store # 207 customer service

My name is Catherine Trujillo I live in Livermore California. Email address [protected]@yahoo.com, phone # [protected].
On 1/14/18 I made a purchase of 2 clothing items in your store in Milpitas, Ca. Due to unforeseen issues I needed to return items. I went back to the same store on 2/25/18. Unfortunately the time allotment that you state on your web sight of 30 days for a refund had past. So all I wanted was an exchange (your web sight does NOT have a time period on exchanges) To my dismay there were signs hung up in store #207 stating that the store is closing, also at registers there was 2 visible signs (I took a picture of one) stating "STORE CLOSING ALL SALES FINAL No exchanges or refunds on purchases after February 23, 2018". Now how that sign is worded it is not saying "We will not be doing any kind of refunds or exchange from this date forward".
I was attended to by a woman who claimed to be a store manager (Jullissa is her name). I told her I knew I was past the date to get a refund, so all I wanted was an even exchange. She told me she could not do it due to the date I purchas d it. Now according to your web site as mentioned above it does not store a time limit on exchanges, and it wasn't like I made the purchase a year ago. She (Jullissa) refereed to the sign on the counter in front of other register, that they can no longer accept either refunds or exchanges. I referred to my purchase date that it was before the date stated on the store sign. She rudely (but respectfully) told me that the computerized registers would not allow them do do a transaction like that, do to what ever restrictions were placed on them. Then she rudely dismissed me. I asked if I could have the corporate phone number. She said no that she was not allowed to give that out. Then I asked to speak with a manager. She made a phone call to someone spoke with them hung up and handed me a business card for the mall that your store is in. After I had asked her for a card with corporate info on it. At that time she became disrespectful and just kept say good bye and calling the next customer, even though I wasn't finished.

A'gaci nasty manager

I came back to the store to return the shoes which were too small. One of the girls asked me to wait and went to find a manager. A'GACI Store manager is the worst person ever, she was very rude, ignorant, over talked me! She said that they cannot accept the shoes back because I've already worn them (lie!). I took them out of the pocket and asked her to show me any signs of use. She replied that it was not her job and went away. I tried to stop her but she ignored me. Nasty thing!
A'GACI Store has a huge variety of merchandise, they also have great prices and everything they sell is great, but their main problem is their staff! These people are so rude and disrespectful!

A'gaci I will not be shopping here anymore.

Ordered a skirt online and the one I received was too small. Contacted A'GACI Store and they said that they were out of my size. When I went online it still showed that my size was available. Called them again and they were very rude and said that my size was out of stock. Then I asked them why did not they upgrade their site and they said that it was not my business. The rep I was talking to was terrible. I do not understand why are these people allowed to work! Stay away from this unprofessional scam!

A'gaci Still no refund, but the shoes were awful

The website www.agacistore.com is absolute waste of money. I ordered a pair of sneakers from them, but the quality was so low and the sneakers looked like horrible. I returned them back and paid for the return expanses, but after that moment I heard completely nothing from the seller. I have already waited 2 months and these frauds haven’t returned my money back. Not recommended website, and be aware that such things can happen on this website.

A'gaci Clothes were too large for me

I bought top and dress from the website www.agacistore.com. I was so disappointed, when I got the order from them. The dress was too large for me and the top didn’t look as on the website. I tried to return the order and get money back, but the seller refused and spoke with me in horrible manner. Not recommended website and post comments about your experience with them. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide bad-quality things. Please post your comments about this company.

Next time before ordering clothing get mommy to tell you what size you wear. That way the clothes will fit. Don't blame them because you ordered the wrong size. How do I know you are a child, because you ordered the wrong size and are somehow blaming them for your mistake.

A'gaci The sizes are strange and the quality is bad

Horrible services. I bought clothes for my daughter from the company www.agacistore.com. The quality was so poor. I was really disappointed, ‘coz their sizes were strange and all stuff, which I bought, was small for my daughter, but I choose correct size. This seller is really unprofessional and he refused to help me. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they buy from such dishonest seller.

Naesia Naisia what evere name is main manager zarah was training her we asked a question she mocked my mom an laught got smart that is not a manager material an when you dont have customer skills you need a new job beacause working with custoners is not ger skill especuly to be a manager

A'gaci Dresses look horrible and can't return them

I want to warn everyone that the dresses from the website www.agacistore.com look completely different in reality. I ordered one dress, and they provided fault size and it was completely different and looked horrible. It looked like sack and the seller refused to change it or provide the refund. It was waste of money and time, so keep in mind it and inform other people as well.

I ordered shoes online and they were to big, I did not received the return label, I called twice and sen an email, they did not refund my money and they did not send me the return label. Unbelievable the customer service that this company has. It was my last purchase with this people.

My mom tried ordering off line and agacistore.com charged her 3 times. She had to call and call to get this fixed. My mom cancelled order and right now my fiance is trying to order for me. This time he was charged twice. My order is on hold because the addresses don’t match.
