With utter disgrace, I inform you that you had booked a ticket for my wife and two children on the 10th. March ’15 ( Booking reference NCGF5N) in the name of RUMI KALITA, ADITI KALITA & DEVANGI KALITA . The return date was on 6th. May ’15 from Mumbai ( please find the booking document attached). On reaching the airport in Mumbai yesterday, they came to know that the filght is scheduled for the 8th and not 6th. May. The date of return ticket has been changed without any prior intimation and confirmation. Imagine a lady with two kids in the middle of the night had to go back and book a hotel for herself as they had travelled from Kolkata a day before. This is ridiculous with both mental and physical harressment to the customer. Now firstly, please confirm that 8th. May she can fly from Mumbai as they are still stranded in the hotel there and secondly, I demand fly dubai to compensate the expenses for the extra two days spent in Mumbai.
Now, my concern will be weather you have any intension to investigate the matter and deliver Justice or should go ahead with lodging a serious legal complaint to the Consumer court and also take the matter to Ahmed-bin Saeed ( Chairman) and Kenneth (COO).
