Afmo.com Order not received from AFMO.

I placed an order (Order No. 84483) for a pair of Lowa boots on January 1, 2023. I received a confirmation letter within a few minutes. It is now March 10, 2023, and I have heard nothing from them. Their contact phone number is nonfunctional. I have e-mailed them 4 times with no reply. It's as if they no longer exist.

I would like to know the status of my order. I would like the boots I ordered, or a full refund.

Afmo.com A refund.

I placed an order over 7 months ago and it's still "processing". They will not respond to email or the provided phone number which isn't even in service. I ordered a pair of boots.

Afmo.com corcoran style 1525 jump boot

Cannot contact company. Phones are disconnected. Placed order with credit card never sent confirmation notice or order number. Checked with the manufacturer of Corcoran boots, Carolina boot company. AFMO is NOT on their vendor list.

Ordered on line March14, 2014 Cannot get order number or status due to phones being disconnected AFMO is not a legitimate company does not exist.

[protected] these three numbers are assigned to AFMO they are either out of service or dead. Have tried to contact company and not successful. Confirmation or order number never sent, impossible to check on order. Checked with my credit card company and trying to stop process.

Afmo.com zero communication

Placed an order for a jacket and a pair of pants. Waited to hear anything regarding my order and after a week sent a follow up email to check the status. Full 24 hours go by, sent another email. Another 24 hours later, tried the phone number that they've tried very hard to keep you from finding and repeatedly got to an answering machine. Got no phone response after multiple phone calls and two messages so I sent an email notifying them to cancel my order and followed with a another phone message with the same intent. I ended up canceling my card to avoid the hassle of issuing a chargeback if they decided to charge me for a canceled order since they still haven't responded to me. Just stay away and let this company die in the dark.

Afmo.com THIEVES

These people are crooks! They never have the products they advertise. Everything is on back order yet they charge your card and keep your money for weeks, sometimes months. No one answers your emails. When you call all you hear is " it is on back order, it should be here any day now".

And trying to get your money back from them is a joke. They tell you on the phone it takes about 5 - 10 business days yet they snatched my money up pretty quickly. I have been waiting for 2 months to get my money back. I finally had to file a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back and they tried to fight my claim!

My fiancee is in Iraq and had been waiting for 3 months for 1 pair of boots. They never came, always some excuse as to why they are on back order then refused to send our money back to us. And he is not the only one in his unit to be scammed by these crooks.

THEY ARE STEALING FROM SOLDIERS! AVOID THESE PEOPLE! SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SOME WHERE ELSE!
