AffordableConsignment.com / claims # [protected] pay-off and untimely manner
On 8/16/18 a customer of affordable consignment.Com was veered into by an insured of geico. The customer of affordable consignment.Com's vehicle was a total. On 8/20/18 affordable consignment.Com call a rep of geico and informed the rep where the vehicle was and that if they didn't want accumulated storage fees that they should pick up the vehicle asap, but nothing was done and 2 months later $1500 storage fee had been accumulated!! affordable consignment.Com has spoken with 3 different claims reps and almost 4 months later, the payoff of $10, 400 was not taken care of. We've never had a problem with geico payoffs, but it seems that the claim reps involved in this particular incident are inexperienced in their field! we understand that there is a process, but geico has yet to even reach out to us and inform us what is going on and why it's taking so long. Every time i call, the rep for this claim just gives me unexplainable excuses and act like i don't know what i'm talking about, when i've probable been doing this job for longer than she's been living! i just want the claim resolved!!
