Affordable Seating truly came through for our cafe with their top quality wooden furniture! We needed extra chairs before the holidays and we weren't sure if they will arrive on time. The sales agent we spoke to convinced us that they will arrive on time, and without a scratch. All 26 designer series Americano ladder back chairs that we ordered arrived perfectly packed and in 5 days only. Ordering tables and umbrellas soon. Thanks again for an amazing service, from delivery to quality. Also, a bonus is that their website is very user-friendly and intuitive.

Bought three matching patio sets ( 3 x 4 metal chairs and 3 tables) for our outdoor eating area. I can't complain about the patio furniture quality, but I have to complain about my order being 10 days late. While 10 days is not a long time to wait, I had some other work that needed to be done that I rushed because I thought the order will arrive on time.

Very nice Lorenzo wooden chairs. We liked them so much that we ordered twice, 20 the first time and 40 the second. Both orders were delivered within the quoted timeframe. Packaging was good and the sales agents that we spoke to were nice, patient and polite both times. Thanks for a great buying experience.

Our pizzeria's whole ambiance is transformed with awesome furniture that we bought from Affordable Seating including: metal chairs and tables, bar stools, laminated table tops, table bases and booths. Their recommended metal x back outdoor chairs are a lifesaver when we have more guests over. My order was hugee and I wasn't sure how it would play out. In the end, delivery was on time, got a call to confirm that. Furniture is well-built, 0 complaints. Great team, great furniture!

The delivery service let us know when they thought they would arrive at our address, and they gave us an approximate time. They are experienced , kind , and helpful. Our order of 12 black aluminum patio tables with dark walnut faux teak and 90 aluminum patio chairs has proven to be a wise investment. After several months of regular use, the furniture continues to retain its durability. Our guests have praised the design, and we've found the chairs to be exceptionally comfortable. I had a recent purchase, about 3 months ago, of 24 Leon Aluminum Chairs and 12 Aluminum Patio Tables was a mixed experience. While their packaging ensured no damages during transit, the delivery took an unexpected four-week delay compared to what we were quoted. Despite the inconvenience, the customer support team was responsive whenever I called to inquire about the status of my order.

The delivery of our order, which included 48 wood ladder back chairs with a walnut finish and black vinyl upholstered seats, along with 6 quickship booths, took longer than we expected based on the quote we got. However, we were consistently updated throughout the process, which we greatly appreciated. Despite this delay the company's customer support was exceptional. We encountered a few minor hiccups, but we were thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and dedication to ensuring our satisfaction. The staff, particularly Juliana, were polite and patient, and respectful during all of our interactions. It is evident that they prioritize their customers' needs and work to ensure that orders are as smooth and stress-free as possible, even when unexpected issues arise such as delayed deliveries.

Our pizzeria now has new bar and dining furniture from restaurant furniture net. Our order was roughly $12,000 (we purchased chairs, tables, bar stools, booths, patio tables, and patio seats). Order tracking was simple, and the metal x back outdoor chairs they advised were a brilliant choice. Ideal for unexpected crowds at peak hours. From order to delivery they nailed it in terms of speed and service. Although delivery took a few days longer, this was not an issue for us.

I have bought custom booths, patio chairs, and patio tables from them, My order arrived in excellent shape. The furniture is just as described on their website. BUT when I was tracking my order, customer care was not really quick to help me out. I had to reach out a few times before I was able to track my order. Normally that is ok, but I am a restaurant designer as I already said to you over the phone and I need order updates. I hope you guys improve that for my next order.

The table tops I bought are commercial grade quality for sure. After a few weeks of usage they seem to be exceptionally durable and of superior quality. The assistance of customer service in which tabletops would be ideal for my burger joint was tremendous. The delivery was really fast, and someone called me to set up a time and date that worked for me.

Got custom booths from Affordable Seating and I am thrilled with my order! Made the order before the holiday season and the furniture already withstanded the busy days we had so far. Bought awesome 6-channel back booths and four custom booth seat frames for my place. The 6-channel back booths are fantastic. They're double height (48 inches) and 72 inches long, providing comfy space. The Copenhagen Blue upholstery looks classy and matches my business perfectly.

I also ordered three sets of 6-channel back booths in a 1/2 circle design with Premier Tiger Moth upholstery. Affordable Seating's customer service was excellent, consistently helpful and making sure they met my needs. Order was delivered within the quoted timeframe. Despite some concern about Affordable Seating handling of such a large transaction, we were pleased with the overall buying experience. The products arrived in two shipments, with a slight delay in the second delivery. The sales team efficiently helped us with tracking, particularly Dan. I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Affordable Seating. I mean, I tried to give them a chance, but they just never seemed to get their act together. I tried calling them a bunch of times, but they never picked up or called me back. And when I finally did get through to someone, they were pretty rude and unhelpful.

But the real kicker was when I ordered some boots from them. They arrived all banged up and damaged, and when I tried to get a refund, they just ignored me. I mean, come on, it's been over a year and they still haven't done anything about it. That's just not how you do business.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Affordable Seating to anyone. They're just not worth the hassle. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

But the worst part was the delivery. It was a total clusterfk. I mean, I get that things can go wrong, but this was just ridiculous. And don't even get me started on customer service. It was a complete joke. I mean, I'd rather deal with an IRS audit than try to get help from these guys.

And to make matters worse, I spent a whopping $24,000 on this order, and all I got was a big fat "pound sand" when I asked for assistance with the mistakes and missing parts. I mean, seriously, what kind of company is this? It's like they're a mafia racket posing as a manufacturer.

So, my advice to you is to avoid Affordable Seating at all possible cost. Trust me, it's not worth the headache.

So, I was looking for a new chair and decided to give Affordable Seating a try. I placed my order and when it arrived, I noticed that the legs were attached unevenly. This was a bit of a disappointment, as it left the chair open to collecting debris. I reached out to Affordable Seating to let them know about the issue and they were apologetic. They said that it was a manufacturer defect and that I would be refunded. They even told me that I didn't need to return the chair.

I waited for a while, but I didn't receive my refund. I decided to reach out to them again and I started corresponding with Eric. He told me that they don't offer refunds for single chairs because it's typical for them to be damaged during shipping. I was confused by this response. What does that even mean? I felt like they weren't sticking to their policies or their word.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend doing business with Affordable Seating. While they were apologetic about the issue, they didn't follow through on their promise to refund me. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't stick to their policies or their word.

They have had our order since July, it is now October. I too have been lied to about when my order was actually going to ship. Keeps moving up by a week and has since August 24. I can't open my business and they are very close to putting me out of business due to their exceptionally poor business practices. I would tell everyone NOT to use this company, they will not deliver. The worst vendor I have ever dealt with in my life and I have been working with vendors for 30 years. I have been lied too, hung up on, been treated very rudely and still have no idea if I am ever going to get my furniture. I too have emails with their lies and intend to file legal action. I know I am not the first. I have three more restaurants to build and they will get none of my business.

Ordered Bar Stools almost a year ago and after several promises that product would be delivered, we were told they could not longer get the items we ordered. We were told a refund would be issued 7 months ago and still have not received refund. After SEVERAL phone calls and emails, we were told by 4 different employess "check was in the mail" and then when it never came, the run around starts all over again that Accounting would contact us, and never did. Recent calls to them, we keep getting "transferred" to someone else who never has answer but say Refund is due. Now they say ONLY the Owner, Nick Warren" can authorize the refund, but is never there! They owe us $1, 592.85...DO NOT USE THEM!
