As I stated numerous and previous times and just in yesterdays complaint that we have not received our money and that I have already spoken with our bank and there is no "delay" on our side. Then all you comment back is that there "may be a delay" Duh... I already told you that there is not, did you not FULLY read my post? I also asked for you to look into the situation before commenting back to come to some resolve, which obviously has not happened as our money has still not been refunded and I rebuked your comment about a "delay" as that has been the excuse for the last six weeks and you still chose to LIE and post that it has been refunded WHEN IN FACT IT HAS NOT! You are stealing our money, and commiting fraud. When I say let's get it resolved!, commenting that the "money has been refunded" does not resolve this Nicole as You are WELL AWARE that the money has not been refunded and it is no "delay on our bank". This really sucks, being lied to everyday, beginning with our case and now trying to get our money back. You disclosed information about our case to Mr. Mears, (which is a crime) but also stating that we would have OUR MONEY BACK BY LAST MONDAY! It is now Thursday and I have checked in with you everyday to LET YOU KNOW THAT YOU HAVE NOT REFUNDED US AND YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING ABOUT IT> I ASSUME YOU WILL CONTINUE TO DO NOTHING ABOUT IT AS THIS IS YOUR COMPANY"S GOAL TO GET PEOPLE SO EMOTIONALLY DISTRESSED and ANGRY and PISSED so you try to make them do something stupid (which my husband and I won't, we actually are law abiding citizens) UNLIKE your company who has stolen our money, commited fraud against us, and now will not return our money, so you can not refund peoples money. JUST GIVE IT BACK NICOLE> IT HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED BY YOUR COMPANY TO OUR BANK PERIOD SO STOP LIYING AND STEALING AND GIVE US OUR MONEY! Tamara, it was nice talking to you yesterday! No the local police office has NOT asked me to stop calling! another lie! Don't worry, I will be printing this off to show them as well to show that you are still lying. I will stop calling until I have been refunded in full Nicole! I will continue to post comments until this is resolved. I don't care about other people who are satisfied! I have huge list of people who are not satisified! The fact still remains Nicole, that your company took our money, did nothing for us and has not refunded us. Of course my local police department ordered you to help me! You company has stolen our money. GIVE IT BACK!

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I spoke with CJ Ward an investigator for Keyt News at 730 Miramonte Drive, Santa Barbara, CA 93109 last night. He stated to me that it would be our best interest to inform him of our situations. Please contact him.
Edward was second in charge for Father's Choice and CJ was a part in stopping them.

There is a total of 25 people in the history of this organization, and you have posted 30+ comments everywhere. Astounding. I have done everything in my power and permitted by law to help you.
