I have contacted Affordable many times about my implant's that I still am without

I called to make an appointment and they called me back so say that since I

I'm unhappy with them, They feel that I no longer need their services and I will be contacted their Attorney. That was over 2 Months ago. Did not hear anything

from their Attorney. I was told that I would get some money back.

I send a registered letter asking for my Medical Records, which by law they had 10 days to send my records, but it took them over a Month to send them'

They sent a whole lot of nonsense half that was not true.

I paid them up front for all of the procedures.

I am filing a complaint with The Florida Board of Dentistry.

Desired outcome: Some part of my money back, so that I can get my dental work completed

Affordable Dentures & Implants / Affordable Care Dentures

This was my first and last time I will ever go to affordable dentures in Texarkana Texas. I was sold a set of economy dentures for a premium price. My old set was an economy set, and I had them for over 20 years. It was as if they just polished up the old set and charged me around $1400. I went back several times but they did not make a record of that. So now I have to go somewhere else to get a real set made as these keep breaking. Make sure you read everything. Pay close attention to what they tell you. They are so slick. Especially when it's someone that doesn't quite get it.

Desired outcome: I just want what I payed for, or my money back.

To Whom It May Concern,

I would like to file a complaint against the new dentist at the Bloomington, IN location and the office itself. Since I started my treatment plan I saw Dr. Goodpasture who was the one who assisted me with my treatment plan along with my dentist in Bloomington, who referred all of her denture patients to that local Affordable Denture’s office at that time. Because Dr. Goodpasture was so good to work with her and her patients as well as having a good reputation. My treatment plan was to go to an oral surgeon and have him remove my teeth and insert 2 posts on my bottom for anchoring my bottom denture. The reason for this is because Affordable Dentures only uses a local anesthetic and actually pulls each tooth. I had almost all of my teeth that needed to be removed. Everyone agreed that it was in my best interest to have an oral surgeon do the procedure. While I was out and already having work done Dr. Goodpasture said that it would be better to have them put the posts in while they were already working on me. It would be less recovery time for me. I was referred to the best Oral surgeon in Bloomington by my dentist and Dr. Goodpasture. I was told that four posts would be better than two and I may still have some movement with just two. So I was prepared for that. What I was not prepared for was the constant change over in dentists, (4 to be exact), that occurred during my treatment or the fact that I never saw a dentist again throughout my entire treatment other than the first appointment with Dr. Goodpasture. The two dental assistants in the back did every single thing for me and they were the only ones overseeing my treatment plan. I did call the 1-800 number and complained with everything that was going on and they suggested that I change to the Evansville office because it was closer to me. However, when they received my records they were unwilling to take me as a patient. They said it was because another dentist was involved and would not explain it any further.

The lab also had several changeovers in people as well. I believe that there is good chance that the two dental assistance may have made my dentures. There were constant office closings as well, some due to covid and some not. I have migraines and my bite is very important because it contributes to my migraines. I asked several times for the dentist in charge to come and check the bite on my dentures and the dentist was always busy doing something else. I was told at my last appointment by the dental assistant that they would let the dentists do whatever they wanted unless they needed extractions to be done, everything else they did themselves. She also told me that my chart said that I have the economy dentures and that is not what I paid for. She said, “Oh, that must be a mistake”. I don’t even know if I have the correct dentures that I paid for or not. They are supposed to be the premium set but I have no idea if they are economy or not. I stayed with them through all of this because I really had no other choice. Of course, you have to pay before your treatment begins so you feel as though you are stuck trying your best to make it work out with someone under the Affordable Dentures umbrella and no one else under that umbrella was willing to take me as a patient.

This past visit on 9/21/22 they have hired yet another new dentist. On my file it said that they needed to make a replacement of my bottom denture because there is and has been a gap on the left side where I can fit my tongue between the denture and my gums. The issue is that food is allowed to get up there and it becomes very painful. In March we did a reline that I paid 500.00 for that did not work. This is why they noted on my account to fit me for a new lower denture at no charge on my file. I have missed so much work trying to get this process completed that they agreed to note my file and let me come in when we had a day off from school. I live in Newburgh, IN and it is about 150 miles one way for me to come to the Bloomington office. When I came into my appointment they asked for new patient paperwork, which I filled out. As I was doing that I overheard the dental assistant and the receptionist talking. The dental assistant said, “Is the patient ready”? The receptionist responded that I was working on my paper work. The dental assistant then looked to see who the appointment was for. She then said, “Oh, she’s done. He won’t work on her”. The receptionist asked if she should tell me and the dental assistant responded, “No, I will take her back and have him tell her”. My appointment was for 8:00 a.m. but I was told that he was in a meeting. While I waited for 45 minutes for him the dental assistant spoke with me explaining that he was not allowing them to honor past promises and that he had changed a lot of things in the practice. That customer service was lacking so much that the other assistant who had been there for nine years quit. Which brings me to my complaint about this new dentist.

He will not work on my teeth because in my treatment plan the oral surgeons did my extractions and my posts. He kept telling me that my issue was from not having 4 table legs, I only had 2 so my dentures were wobbly and there is nothing he could do to help me. Which is not the issue that I am having. I asked him to be clear, “You are telling me if someone moved here from another state and already had posts and needed new dentures you would not take them as a patient?” He told me,” No, I would tell them the same things that I have told you”. I asked him if he thought that would limit the growth of the practice by having that attitude and he told me, “No, I will not put my work on someone else’s work because I can’t be held liable for what someone else does or doesn’t do”. So therefore, he is not willing to do any services to my existing dentures that I purchased from Affordable Dentures in the Bloomington office period. It doesn’t matter what service that I need done, he is not willing to do it because an oral surgeon has done work on my treatment plan. Which, as I stated earlier was made by and approved by the dentist who worked there at the time, Dr. Goodpasture. Now I am wondering if this is an okay standard for Affordable Dentures because this is probably what the Evansville office meant by “there’s another dentist involved”.

At this point since the new dentist is not willing to work with me any longer and basically he has stopped me from being a patient at Affordable Dentures and I am guessing that the Evansville office will not accept me as a patient for the same reasons. I am filing this complaint with the corporate office of Affordable Dentures and also with the Indiana Dental Association. I also would like to request a refund of the 500.00 for the reline done to my teeth that did not work and also for the 1,500.00 plus that we paid for my teeth that now no one will service or stand behind the work that I paid for. It seems that this is a corporate approved policy that I should have been made aware of before my treatment plan started and before I paid for services that would not be guaranteed or completed. Now, I have no choice but to get new dentures that someone will service when needed. Another office is not going to service the dentures that another company made for me. I have been left in a bad position and I feel that I was lied to for a sale that everyone but I knew they would not stand behind. For all of these reasons I feel that it is fair that I request a refund due to poor service and workmanship and overall lack of responsibility, professionalism, and ethics. Nothing like this should ever happen to anyone. There was not an act of good faith in this treatment by Affordable Dentures. Furthermore, they did not divulge the policy to me that each dentist can make up their own rules and there could be a chance that the next dentist would not service my treatment plan. This is very important to know and then allow me, or any patient, the right to make the choice if we want to proceed with the treatment plan or not. This is a fraudulent way of doing business in my opinion.

I fully expect a response within 72 hours of what actions will be taken toward the Bloomington office and when to expect my refunds. I am hoping we can handle this situation without me having to take any further actions. Thank you in advance.

Avoid this place. All they care about is money. Patients are treated like cattle . Staff is underpaid and they quit soon after learning there is no future. New people are hired off the street are not trained as nurses before they start doing procedures which are illegal except by a licensed dentist or an expanded function verified nurse. God bless these unsuspecting patients. But it is all about selling the most expensive dentures and tell patients they need implants. Many dentists who work here went to school outside the USA and went to a weekend course on how the place dental implants. AVOID THIS PLACE

Charged almost $3000 for dentures on 8/18/2022, said to try on and to call if adjustment will be needed.Told us that we have a couple of months in case.Called after weekend to ask for bite adjustment appointment.Promised to call back-never did.When we tried to call again-reseptionist simply hung up on us and after that stopped picking phone up altogether!

Affordable Dentures & Implants / Affordable Care I need my dentures.

On July 26th, I went to Affordable Dentures (in St. Joseph, Mo.) and had dentures made; (which I paid for in full $2,804.00) I was told to pick up the dentures on Aug. 4th; as I have appointment on Aug 5th with the Northwest Missouri Oral Surgery, (3109 Frederick, Suite A, St. Joseph, MO.) to have my teeth removed. On Aug. 1, I received a phone call, (from [protected]) informing me that my scheduled appoint on Aug. 4th to pick up my dentures had been cancelled due to the St. Joseph temporarily being closed until further notice.

I have tried to reach some from the above 1-800 number several times to request some help in this matter, but no one will respond.

Please Help me!

Yesterday I was ejected and refused services from your dental practice. As a 62 year old man I have never had this happen before in my life. This occurred because I cursed when your office staff began to discuss billing with me in the middle of my procedure for my final dentures. While my lower denture was removed and my upper was setting in my mouth filled with plaster for the wax mold. (To be noted this dental office does not provide a private or closed place for patients to discuss billing services etc.)

In the middle of this procedure the office staff entered the treating room and began to tell me I owed 1700$ at that appointment. I first explained that I had already covered this in my last visit and I had the print-out that had summarized my remaining care and the cost had been given as 895.00. I was told this was incorrect, I was mistaken or must have misunderstood, by this staff person and the office mgr. as well. In addition I was told this could not be for upper and lower dentures. Please see attached document, Patentint Treatment Case Report dated 02-07-2022 form your office. In this document from your occie it clearly indicated the remainder left to pay is $895.00 and that it is for upper and lower dentures.

At that point I began to curse and dropped the f-bomb several times(which is why I was refued service and asked to leave). I felt cornered/vulnerable in the treatment area with only half my dentures in trying to talk with someone about my finances as other staff and patients were nearby. Secondly I felt that by confronting me about billing in this vulnerable place that staff were trying to pressure me to pay than had been agreed upon or - like a scam.

I am concerned I was refused further services without a written plan for transfer of care. I am concerned about your practice's pattern of ambushing patients in the middle of procedures to extract more money from them. I am concerned that affordable dentures is a predatory business without fair practices or ethics that takes advantage of people on fixed incomes when they are in very vulnerable positions.

Affordable Dentures & Implants / Affordable Care metal cast partials

On July 13, 2021, my husband went into the Friendswood Texas office to get some help with his teeth. We purchased the metal cast partials for 1399.00. As of 12/13/2021 we still have not gotten his implant the first set was broken by a worker trying to fit them correctly for my husband so we started over and we are still waiting. 5 months we have been waiting and we still have not got what we paid for. I would some kind of compensation for the amount we paid as it has taken so long and we even had to go on our 25th-anniversary cruise with my husband not having his partials which inhibited his ability to eat and enjoy the trip. This is very poor service as we were made to pay up front for something that has taken almost half a year to get.

Desired outcome: some type of compenstaiton or refund of the amount we paid upfront which was 1399.00

Affordable Dentures & Implants / Affordable Care full set of dentures

Unfortunately, in reading all of these complaints, it doesn't seem to matter what state you are in. Same story everywhere. I had my first set of dentures made there about 10 years ago and they fit. In March, 2021, I decided to have a new set made and it has been terrible. They are too thick in my mouth, they hurt and they won't stay in. They have made 2 1/2 sets and they have all been bad. The first set was so thick and my mouth was too full. When I complained about those being so big they made another set all together. The second set, hurt my mouth and I couldn't wear them due to the bite. The dentist is young. Out of all of my trips, I have only seen him one time. He said it looked like they fit fine, but they would remake the bottoms and see if they could get the bite right because it was way off. They made another set of bottoms to try to correct the bite, seems to be better, but these teeth make me talk funny and I have not had any suction to any of these top teeth, nor can I keep them glued in for long. The fit just isn't right and I am tired of taking time to keep going in and never getting any positive results. I went in there at 4:47 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 20, 2021 to speak to them. The sign says they are open until 5:00 p.m. There were cars in the back, but the door was locked and they would not answer the door or their phone. Not surprising, they seldom answer the phone or return calls. I am generally shocked when I get to speak to someone on the phone. I just want a full refund of my money.

Affordable Dentures & Implants / Affordable Care I'll fitting dentures, very uneven gums after after bone graft & different bite

He pulled all my teeth & did a bone graft on lower gums. It fell below, I now have a chin like Jay Leno. He & staff members said Everytime it hasn't fell down. I had back surgery the day of my appointment & went to I thought was an adjustment. I was still sedated & told all them. They said good. They put in permanent s. My post s are so uneven I can't snap them in on all 3. I cannot & never have been able to eat with them. They had me sign a paper while I was still sedated. When I went back & complained, I was told you signed saying you loved them. My last visit they said $400. they would do a relign. You can see the bone graft under the skin way below where it's supposed to be. The pain this man put me through was horrific besides the AWEFUL OUTCOME!

They pulled one tooth I change my mind after 30days & cov19 Ididn't want to have denturesor the second surgery I already paid them 2500 when I asked for my refund I didnt her groom them they gave me the run around say this person will call Uafter 3weeks they finally call and she basically told me to go through the procedure and I said no they said there were only going to give me $545 I feel that I should get more back so I ask her to send me all of my documents of my dental work Blling statements can you email it to me James Cooper 123 at yahoo.com or mail it they didnt send anything that was in April now or may I have all phone rec when they call & didnt calll me back So send all my Dental billing documents to me thank you

My health was in question because of infected teeth which required total teeth extraction and dentures. The fee for this service was over $15, 000.00.

Would I recommend Affordable Dentures. Yes, I would. Even agreeing with all the complaints given. Sadly they have the best price for dentures that look real. But if you get through the lack of Professional, which I did.
First Five Days of Pain was Hell. But the seven day I was back to making it work _ eating! I struggle with plastic in my mouth. At first I didn't like The temp set . Not because of the look. I was able to pick the color of my gums and shade of my teeth. I hated the fit of the plastic chopping on them self, making eating a chore. Tomorrow I will go and get fitted for my permanent set. Just in time for xmas. Since waiting I learned of reliners from ‘YouTube

I went to drug storebought Relinit. $8. Or go on line . I will never go with out the stuff.!what a difference!

Back to Affordable Dentures. On My last visit, I was to have a soft reline and at least, a Hard reline, but they convinced me that they couldn't get my teeth back until the next days? I needed teeth!
But states clearly states on their website A couple of hours. They seem to be over booked causing waiting, putting stress on the dentist. He had no break or lunch the day I had my extractions. It Cause me to believe they are about money. There was one doctor when there should be two The video that plays in the Wait room says ‘ adjustments are not to be confused for Reliners. So reline reline reline.
And In my world if Affordable Dentures's merged with new technology Labs with new denture materials. Which exists. It like this, Dentist pull teeth then send prescription to a Lab. Just saying you should be able to have some say in the matter

Affordable Dentures & Implants / Affordable Care my dentures

I had to have my teeth pulled out immediately. Didn't have time to research it. Affordable Dentures pull them out in one day and put them back and said I would have permanent ones within a few months. I want the heart surgery couple months after I hadn't pulled. They never did fit right. I was told by the doctor who pulled my teeth I would have permanent ones put in that they were paid for. When I went back I found out my insurance that Affordable Dentures never sent in the paperwork so I had no insurance with affordable dentures. then I waited and then I finally got to go back. the office manager was very rude to me and basically acted like it was my fault that my gums shrunk up and you couldn't see my teeth. She said I could pay $600 if I wanted permanent dentures. She also said five years I can get new dentures. that was very convenient since I really bad heart disease and I don't even know if I'll be here till December. I called denied mean they said that Affordable Dentures so they weren't permanent but they were not permanent dentures. I want to submit pictures I need to tell the story right there. I could really use someones help. And maybe get to enjoy the time I have left.

I went to Affordable Dentures in Harrisonburg to get my dentures tightened up. They did not come from them. Dentist didn't even look at them and told me I needed new uppers and a partial for the bottom. Paid $2440 . They fitted me for uppers and had me go to receptionist and said they were through. I ask about the partial. They said what partial. I said I paid for it but I didn't want it and they gave me $1200 back a week later. Now for the uppers. He said he had to cut guns because there was to much gum. He didn't need to do that. He said my loose dentures did that. Well we proceeded with the uppers. When I left with the temporary dentures the bite wasn't right. I couldn't eat a grilled cheese sandwich. By the way this was 11/7/17. When I got my permanent teeth they weren't any better. I got the premium ones. I couldn't eat a sandwich with onions or tomatoes because I couldn't bite them. That's how much my bite was off. He told me it was because I didn't have the partial. If I got the partial then they would fit right. I told him I been wearing dentures for years and had no problem. He starred at me like he could choke me and said well are you going to get your partial. I said no again. He said my uppers will never be right then. I asked him to tighten my new uppers some and he made them looser. He said I told you they will never fit. I made a complaint and they told me to go back and he would make another upper. I didn't want to go because of the way he treated me. When I went back months later the second uppers was even worse. I went out to eat on a Friday and a tooth fell out. No one at office to fix it. I got a woman that use to work in a dental lab to fix them. I called the dentist office and told them what happened. Sorry nothing we can do because you broke your warranty. Everytime I called they put me on hold and never came back. Two weeks later another tooth fell out when I was out eating. I called them and was put on hold. No one would talk to me. He was determined to make them bad unless I bought partial lower ones. I just gave up and started wearing dentures I had in my mouth when I first went there. The bite is good on them. They are just loose. They came from another dentist that said it would take 4 to 5 days to get them tightened up. I couldn't do without my teeth that long. Now I just put a lot of adhesive on them and I can eat anything with them. And couldn't eat hardly anything but soft stuff with the Affordable dentures. I figured I just lost that money because i can't wear them. No use in complaining they just want to send me back to him. I made a lot of trips to that office as well. I had gone to Bedford and they did a good job years before. I ask could i go there and they said no. Couldn't get anywhere with these people so i just gave up and lost to much money for nothing. Can't wear because the bite is so off and teeth falling out. Not a happy camper. My warranty is dated 2/1/18. Had people tell me to go on and file a complaint even though it's been awhile. Sub quality scheduling.
I had my app scheduled at 1:45 pm when arrived the front desk informed me that the appointment is at 2 o'clock. 15 minutes later another one come and said that the appointment slip another 20 to 30 minutes. I came 15 minutes ahead of my appointment to be sure I be on time and honor my work scheduled leave. Very disappointed. I don't recommend this type of behavior to any one who wants to be on time and do his appointment.

I live 100 miles north of afforable dentures in Monroe Louisiana I had a 8 o'clock appointment on april 29 I made the appointment on Thursday the 25th it was it 8 AM to get dentures made I thought getting one Day service For dentures I have gotten one Day service at this location before I went back at 9:40 after waiting an hour and 40 minutes and was told I would have to drive back tomorrow which is a 200 mile drive round-trip could not get me today so I got up and left and went to DDS in Monroe Louisiana and got dentures very poor service will not be back to affordable dentures again

Went in for consultation on 10/8/2018. Met with dentist and discussed a single tooth implant on #7. Had x-rays and root extraction. Returned (on or about) November 5th for another exam and more x-rays. Three days later, when I got home I called Dr. Alexander because I was anxious about the x-ray showing the implant not straight. Dr. Alexander assured me that it was straight and not to worry, he said he would assure that I got the implant done no mater what.

January 15/2019, returned for implant screw to be put in and more x-rays. Dr. Alexander kept examining the x-rays for about 15 minutes. I asked why he kept looking at the x-rays and he said to make sure he had put the implant in so that the crown would be behind the tooth next to it. I looked at the x-rays from the chair I was lying on and could see the implant kind of off, not
straight. I asked him if the implant was crooked or out of line and he replied no that it was not, that the x-ray was an image of 3D and his assistant, Eric told me the same thing. Eric and a black lady T.C. got some plastic teeth samples and picked one they thought matched the rest of my teeth. They showed me the one they picked and asked me if I thought it matched without putting the sample against my teeth for me to see if it matched. I thought it odd that Dr. Alexander did not choose the color for my crown.

March 4th I went in to get the abutment and crown put in. Dr. Alexander said the gums had closed and he was going to have to open it up. I told him I had been experiencing throbbing pain since January and asked if I had an infection. He said no because the gums had sealed. If there was an infection the gums would have not sealed. He injected novacain into my gums, waited a few minutes and proceeded to drill a hole into my gums to make an opening for the implant to show.
He then told me he was putting temporary cement to put the crown in. I thought that was odd since the abutment is supposed to hold the tooth in. He said he hoped that the cement would hold it better. When Dr. Alexander gave me the mirror to see the results, I was appalled and speechless. He seemed proud of his work and asked me what I thought. I said I guess its ok. He said just ok? I told him the crown was higher than my other teeth and sticking out, not even with the other teeth. He said what do you want me to do? I thought, really? You don't know? Its as if wasn't acknowledging anything was wrong with his work. I told him bring the tooth down to match the rest and file down the crown so it will fit and not be sticking out. So he pulled the crown off and my gums started bleeding. The left the exam room and I could hear some drilling in the next to mine. Then I heard him tell the front office assistant to polish the crown. Then the assistant came in with the crown and cleaned off the cement and blood and put he crown in. I looked in the mirror and the tooth was still sticking out and was very unaligned with my other teeth. But wasn't as raised as before. I still don't chew on that side of my mouth.
The crown is higher than the other teeth so my bite is off. And there's a gap on one side of the crown because it protrudes and is overlapping on another tooth.

This is a botched up implant job. I asked Dr. Alexander and Eric if he had experience doing implants and they both told me yes that he had done many. Now I wonder if he had done denture or partial implants, and not upper single tooth implants. My gums have cuts and abrasions which I shouldn't have from having a crown put in.

Please help me get this botch job corrected. Dr. Alexander had two attempts and didn't get the job done correctly. I don't want him to do the 3rd attempt. I want another experienced dentist who will be honest. He has all the x-rays, I don't have anything but a dental bill/receipt and pain.

Affordable Dentures & Implants / Affordable Care dentures and patient care

Had all of my teeth extracted on 8/21/18 and temporary full set of dentures made. I was told there would be some bruising and soreness. I did not expect to look like I got the * beat out of me by mike tyson!

After 3 weeks of heeling time I went back to get the dentures adjusted. The day they adjusted them the teeth fit and I felt no pain. The following day they were loose and painful. I also had a headache and jaw pain since the first day of wearing these dentures. I returned to their office to get adjustments and inform them of the continued headache and pain in my jaw a few times per week with same results. Feel and fit okay when I leave and a few hours later they are loose and painful. I asked the attendant and she said that they were not going to be perfect because they were temporary. My response was that they are temporary for a year. I have mouth and jaw pain, a constant headache and I cannot eat with them because they are crooked. Again, adjust and fine and next day back to the way they were.

Again I go back the following day. I had a new attendant and I asked her why they seem fine the day I go in but then a few hours or the next day they are loose and painful again. She said just a minute and left the room. When she came back she handed me cora caine. I had never heard of it before. She asked me not to say where I got it and told me that it is a denture adhesive with a numbing agent in it. They line the denture with it and it glues and numbs and they feel great until it wears off.

After several weeks of complaining of the constant headache and jaw pain with no relief and the ill fit and painful dentures I went to a local dentist for a 2nd opinion. He said that the baseline of the dentures were off and causing my jaw pain and that the lack of depth to the teeth were the cause of the headaches. I went back to affordable denture with this information and they finally decided that they should make me a new set of teeth. I felt so relieved. I have not been able to eat anything substantial, I could not wear the teeth due to the pain and therefore was not able to leave my house.

I go for the fitting for my new set of dentures. They feel fine and seem to fit. This is a friday afternoon. Saturday morning I was devastated. I put the top in and immediately felt intense sharp pain. There was a spur on the upper pallet. I put in the lower denture and there was 1/4 inch play of front to back movement. The bottom edge of the denture dug into the lower area of both the inner and outer area of my gums.

The following monday I go to another local dentist. He took one look at the teeth in my mouth and said that there was no way that these teeth were made to fit you 3 days ago. He told me not to wear them and to get a lawyer.

I went back to affordable dentures that day and asked for my 100 day 100% refund and they refused. They were going to deduct for both sets of teeth and all of my office visits.

So I asked instead if I could transfer to the burns, tn office. They agreed. I went to my car and called the burns office and they made me an appointment and while they were getting my personal info they had a call come in and put me on hold. When the receptionist came back to the phone she cancelled my appointment and told me they were no longer taking transfer patients.

So, today, november 12, 2018, I went to see a lawyer. It has been 90 days now since I had my teeth extracted. 90 days with an intense headache. 90 days with intense jaw and mouth pain. 90 days that I have not been able to eat anything but soup, potatoes, yogurt and the like. Today I find out that the 100 day 100% guarantee does not start until you get your final permanent denture. So for 1 year and 100 days I get to have a headache, jaw and mouth pain, not be able to eat and not leave my house because I will not be able to wear my loose fitting, ill made torture devices.

Affordable Dentures & Implants / Affordable Care upper plate and partial bottom.

I was seen in office in Hattiesburg in February 2018. I was healing from prior teeth extractions(5). The dentist and assistant showed and put teeth in that day. I fealt they were crooked in front but they ignored my concern. I received the teeth later that day. I tried to get in to get another appt. but they had no openings. I tried several times. I called for probably 3 weeks and did not receive a call back from office. I called again and got the office and at this point the receptionist made me an appt. I was insisting that I wanted them to start over. These teeth are a mess. The plate up top rolls around and hurts to where. The partial on bottom has a broken wire and not wearable. So, the dentist ignore my wish to start over and charged me another 30.00 and sent me home. I am disabled and it took me 2 years to save for these teeth and I don't have anymore money for this. I cant believe that they put me back to see the same Dr. I had previously seen. He seemed combative and insisted the wire would not break. So I now have bottom plate that is broken. My big problem is the teeth they r using for an anchor are falling apart and hurting I guess they r full of fillings and they pull of the teeth r breaking apart. Your company should have never put teeth on unhealthy teeth. I need to have these last front teeth pulled and get a full plate on the bottom. I still have no teeth to chew with and I have been crying from the disappointment. So now I need your help. I am considering a lawyer if this problem is not resolved to my satisfaction.
