trying to pay my credit card payment
Hello, I couldn't locate anywhere on the site how to easily make a payment on my credit card online. , bill pay or 'make a payment' didn't show up on my credit card page. I came across some forms, that I filled out w/banking information. And then 'make a payment' appeared on my credit card page. However, it wouldn't work, it said I had to wait 5 days to make a payment? SO I called numerous time I was told come in if you want to make a payment?.then finally I got ahold of someone who wanted to charge me $12 dollars to make a payment over the phone... when I couldn't make one online...? impossible to make a payment online- but then charge me to make one?then I tried to make a payment thru the automated service but it was trying to use old banking information so that wouldn't work...there was no option to make a payment w/a bank card? So how the H am I supposed to pay this card?
finally Denise was able to help me make a payment using my huntington bank card...
Desired outcome: I would like my account to be cleaned up so that I can make payments online on the credit card I have...

I have sold my home to a couple with financing from Affinity. Everything was good till closing date then easement issues began. First I needed neighbors easement permit to close . Which took a few weeks but I got it done. Then it was another easement issue. So another few weeks pass and was resolved. Each time told this would be all needed for closing. Now its have all easements transferred to buyers before we can close. This has been going on for months and has everyone involved confused and upset. They could have easily stated all this from day one so that maybe different ways could have got to the end result. We have been jacked around for so long its become a financial stress on all involved. There is nothing anyone can do and the lack of communication is insane. Its like dealing with a child who just got a new toy . Where would a person even find these kinds of directions to understand them to begin with.
