Aferry ref 8930790 - ferry hull-zeebrugge geannuleerd dd 21/6/2017 - claim! - 4th reminder
Through different channels I try to get hold of somebody hoping to receive an answer, yet, no response!

Let me inform you in full :

Early 2017 we booked our holiday to/from hull-zeebrugge, returning 21st june.
2 couples; 2 cars, booked in name of jan wuyts (Car 1) & danny lemmens (Car 2) (Booking made by jan wuyts for both)
Jan wuyts has been refunded through his master card, yet, we (Lemmens - belloy) have not been refunded in any way!

Therefore I insist to receive answers and compensation on following :

1. Extra night & diner, extra fuel + snack on board (Receipts can be send upon request)
Kept our costs to a bare minimum!

2. Extra mileage (Hull->dover) vergoeden :
Initially : zeebrugge -> home = 104km
Re-routed: calais -> home = 209km
+
Hull -> dover = 416km
= total extra mileage 521km

3. New tickets à 59£ (68€)

4. Unused return ticket hull -> zeebrugge = 707 € (Including insurance)
