On 08/21/2009 i went to the dental office for a replacement bottom partial.
3 weeks earlier i had payed over $3, 000.00 for a top and bottom partial, I had lost my bottom partial and went to have a replacement done on 08/ 21/2009.
they took and impression on that day, so i sighed a contract for a 1, 000.00 for a replacement bottom partial.On 08/24/2009 i found my bottom partial, so i went back to the dentist to cancel the replacement. Dr. Siamak Khakshooy informed me that it was to late, that he had already sent the impression to the lab, and the lab was charging him $500.00 and i would have to pay that amount to cancel the replacement partial. I am not paying $500.00 for nothing.
I`ts not fair i just payed them $3, 000.00 three weeks ago.what type of dentist is this, and how can i fight this?

If you loose your partial dentury of course you have to pay for a new partial. You dont have to be a rocket scientist to know that. Poor guy even gave you a discount on it.
