Aeromexico change of air flight departure

i purchased a flight ticket to guadalajara from los angeles. i have to change the departure date to DEC 28 or to Dec 29 because of medical reasons. i was diagnosed with cancer and i have to due radiation until Dec 28, of which i just found out. if you would be so kind as to change my departure date to dec 28 or dec 29 for me and my son. the confirmation numbers are VFTBWW and WDCYQI. the return date will be the same. thank you. please call me at [protected] or email me at [protected]@aol.com for any questions.

Aeromexico flight 497 mechanical problem cancellation

Hi
Our flight 497 was canceled last night due to plane having mechanical problem. Supposedly we are scheduled for another flight tonight @ 11:00pm.
We were suppose to go on an already paid for scheduled tour today in San Jose, Costa Rica.But now we have missed it. Along with Hotel rooms.
This flight change is causing us lots of inconveniences and financial loses. Because we now have to pay for our own transportation and hotel room in San Jose to catch up with the original tour.
And need to be compensated for this loss of our scheduled tour in San Jose and hotel cost.Due to your airline mechanical problem and cancellation.
Anxious to get this matter resolved. Please contact me accordingly.

Aeromexico stolen tequila bottle and charged twice for luggage fee

I just got back from flight 660 guadalajara yesterday to my surprise both of my bags were opened. I had packed two tequila bottles my Patron tequila was missing from my luggage. I could not believe that it had been stolen. Then I tried to check in on line to pay for luggage on line and was not able to pay on line a pop up appeared statesd an error has occurred. I arrived to airport payed $55 in cash. To my surprise I was charged $ 55 for luggge purchase online. I happened to noticed today on my bank account. I have copy of recipt from airport. When I left for my flight it was delayed for six hours I was suppose to leave at 1:30 am and was sitting in Ohare airport waiting for the airplane to be repaired. Finally at 8 am we boarded. We were not offered any voucher for the inconvience. This was the worst experience ever! Please assist

Aeromexico I am complaining about not getting my ticket refunded.

So I bought an airplane ticket and it had the wrong name on it. so they said they would refund me so I bought another ticket and I haven't seen the refund. and it's been 8 and 1/2 Weeks very disappointed that they haven't come through. I wish they would refud me. They have not come through with what they said they would do not impressed. Please make it right and refud me.

Aeromexico refund has not been received.

On September 4th, 2018. I was buying 3 planes tickets to Mexico, one of the coworkers at the company made a mistake while purchasing the tickets, they put down one of my daughters, Jorleinis Ruiz Castillo as a infant when she not. Because of this happening I had to buy another ticket at a higher price, so that my daughter could sit down next to me. It was not my fault and the costumer service people said this all good, that I could just file a complaint and I could get my refund back. Also, because of this incident, I had to arrive at the Boston Airport hours before my flight took off, so that I could talk to AeroMexico flight attendants, so that they could change our seats around so that we could sit together. It was completely the Airlines fault, they told me that you guys can resolve it and give me a refund. I've talked on the phone plenty of times and you you stated that I will get a full refund of $658 plus tax because again, this was not my fault. It was the companies mistake.

Aeromexico name adjustment on airline ticket

Last night I bought two tickets online with Aeromexico for a flight on Nov.24 from SanFrancisco, Ca., USA to Hualtuco, Oax., Mx. I received an e-mail with a confirmation code-QFVWJF- with all the relevant information.
I discovered that when I entered my wife's middle name, I made an error. I listed her name as Maria Luz Culloty. On her legal documents her name is listed as Maria De la Luz Culloty. I called the airline to correct the error. I believe that I called less then 24 hours after making the purchase although having bought the ticket online it was difficult to decern the exact minute of the purchase.
I talked to one agent. After this I was still confused as to solutions so I called back a little bit later. The second agent explained things better but could not solve the problem. She told me that she could change three letters in my wife's middle name and she would attach comments explaining her full name as it should be; but that was all she could do. So I asked to talk to her supervisor, a gentleman named "Alehandro" (?).
He told me the same thing as the agents. He could not assure me of anything - whether this three letter adjustment and attached comments would solve the problem or not until I went to the airport the day of the flight. I suggested that since I had only made the reservation the night before, perhaps it might be better to cancel the flight and start the process all over again. He said that I did not have that option anymore since it was slightly over the 24 grace period for making changes.
The way the gentleman left the matter with me was that he would change 3 letters in wife's middle name, leave a note on the forms explaining how her full name should be spelled. That was all he could do and he could make no guarentee that it would fix the problem. The ticket could no longer be changed, any changes or revisions would cancel it and forfeit all payments made.
I suggested that perhaps it might help to go to the airport the next day and talk to a salesperson rather then leaving the matter until the day of the flight. He agreed.
My desired resolution would be to change my wife's middle name on her ticket.

Aeromexico baggage check in charges

When I booked my roundtrip flight to Cabo, Mexico in July through Orbitz both flights were paid for in advance, Aeromexico to Cabo for $97.67, American Airlines back to USA for $96.23. Checking my bags in at LAX through Delta Airlines I was charged $175.00 which seamed excessive for a golf club travel bag weighing around 36 pounds and a rolling duffle about the same weight. On my return flight my two bags cost $67.60, same bags, same weight. Was that $175.00 at Delta for airfare and bags? When you subtract the airfare of $97.67 from the $175.00 it leaves $77.33, which would be a more reasonable baggage fee. Did I pay twice for my airfare to Cabo? It looks to me that that is what happened.

Aeromexico flight

I was on flight Aeromexico 496 from Mexico city to Portland on Sunday the 28th of October. Seat 30c. The crew had served me coffee and on there way back they bumped me and dropped coffee all over my tray and onto my stomach. I tried to tell them something about it but all three of the crew members ignored me, it wasn't until there way back that the male crew member threw some napkins on me to Clean the coffee. And rushed away again without so much as asking me if I was OK there way back I told them again something. To which one of the female crew member tells me that they had apologized already and said a quick sorry. Didn't check to see if I was burned or ok. Not once did they try to ask if I was burned I spoke with the crew leader who tried to downplay everything. I've had good service with aeromexico in the past until now.

Aeromexico baggage receipt.

I'm not complaining. I've lost a baggage receipt and trying to get another one. Hopefully, you can look it up and send me another one.

Aeromexico change of name on flight ticket

Good Afternoon,
I wanted to inform you that on October 26, 2018 I booked a flight online and I mistakenly entered the incorrect name. The confirmation is #AEHGVB flight 773 Departing Tijuana at 8:21 am on December 28, 2018 and arriving in Guadalajara at 1:25 pm and returning on flight 770 Departing Guadalajara at 7:00 am and arriving at Tijuana at 8:10 am on February 11, 2019.

The correct name of the second passenger is Ma Del Carmen Palomar Rosales and not Maria Del Carmen Palomar Rios and her date of birth is June 25, 1947.

I would greatly appreciate a response within 7 days of this complaint .

Aeromexico seat

I made a reservation October 4, in which I paid extra to pick seats since there are 4 of us and we want to sit together. I received an email from Expedia saying there was a change in our flight coming home, we are Flying to Cancun from LAX on Feb 27 and returning on March 6, the flight home was changed so through Expedia we picked a new flight but they said the flight from Mexico City to LAX I couldnt pick seats because the seat map wasn't available and to call AeroMexico. I just got off the phone with them and they said they couldn't get in to give us seats and to check at the airport. I have already paid for seats to enable us to sit together and don't want to wait until then at the airport to "hope" we sit together. Why was it possible Oct 4 to get seats but not today? Our confirmation is HQKILZ the flight number from Mexico City to LAX on March 6 is AM 648 all our seats I chosen center, isle/ isle, center in the same row across from each other. I would appreciate any help With this situation. Thank you very much

Aeromexico flight from rdu to cabo

I had a family emergency where I had to take my grandmother to the hospital unfortunately on the morning we were leaving for honeymoon. I talked to someone on the phone that day and they weren't helpful at all. I have been through hell with Aeromexico but feel I should be refunded the 1500$ I had to repay for tickets with my emergency documentation.

Aeromexico selected seating refund of cancelled flight

To Whom it may Concern,
I have tried now 3 times to get my refund from our cancelled flight. I booked 4 upgraded seats for a flight in mid November . Our travel agent cancelled the flight due to departure changes.
I have contacted my credit card company and they have asked me to try and contact you one more time before taking this before the fraudulent claims board.

Requested a wheelchair, could not find one, i have a back/ spine problem,
had to walk to the gate took 30 minutes, when i arrived at 10 .10 pm at the gate they told me the doors were closed, cannot get in . my flight was at 10.40 pm
Also when thy scan my passport it shows reservation not found ...
I had to spend the night at the hotel coast me $ 250.00 and leave the next day with interjet airlines, so had to buy other tickets
I am requesting a full refund of $218.25 each ticket plus the extra charge of $56.85 twice for the changes I made to leave one day later.

Aeromexico flight cancelled due to flight change

We had booked a flight through our travel agent and got notification that our returning flight time had changed. All our flights have been cancelled as of tomorrow and we will be re-routed. I have a payment pending for 2 transactions totalling 768.04 for upgrades to our seating. Our flights are November 16th at 1040pm Seattle to Mexico City. And Dec 1 at 0450 am Mexico City to Seattle. Our reservation numbers are YGDRLI and YFMZYM. Please cancel this pending charge on my Visa .

Aeromexico ticket change charges

I was on the phone with an Aeromexico representative for an hour and a half trying to change a return flight. My original flight was on 1/1/19 from Leon to Philadelphia. and had to be changed to 1/28/19 from Queretero to Philadelphia. The agent told us that the charges would be $234.28 per person (2 tickets). After waiting on hold for an hour, she returned and said that she was having problems with the computer, and the costs would be over $400 per person. The new flight is also much worse, with an earlier departure and 2 stops rather than the original 1 stop. I would like to be reimbursed $500 for the excess charges and terrible service (we were charged on our credit card $800 plus $234). If this cannot be resolved, we will have to write a negative review and tell our contacts in SMdA to avoid Aeromexico.

Aeromexico reservation rustom

This flight was purchased through Priceline. The website incorrectly put the name on my ticket as Skajem Skajem Skajem. My name is Joyce Louise Skajem. I've have been on the phone for hours trying to get this fixed.

One, I would like the name corrected at no charge so I can use this ticket, there is no one in the world with this name. or
Two, I would like to cancel this ticket and rebook it under the correct name at no charge.

Of course this is time sensitive. the trip is March 25 2019, which is my 60th birthday.

Aeromexico immigration card

When I was at the airport in Mexico City they told us we need the immigration card, which we never got. So we were told to go to the immigration office to talk to them and when we went we had to check in and write our names down. There was already a long list of people who already came there for the same thing. There was also a couple who came right after us saying that they came from JFK and also didn't receive one. When I was talking to the immigration person there he told me to check my things, saying I must have lost it. I kept telling we never got one and if I did get one, why would I lose such an important document when I have all my belongings. And then he was making us sign something and I asked him what it was and he was so vague. Then I started raising my voice and he told us to get out. We eventually got our form after paying 30 bucks each for a piece of paper that they said "I lost". This is completely crazy to have never received this important document. None of the stewardess gave us this form! This is so disheartening to be scammed by an airlines, especially one coming out of the JFK. Coming back home last night I did some research and this happens often. Either the stewardess doesn't give out the immigration form or it is taken at customs when they check our passport without even telling us so that we would have to purchase another one for about 30 USD. I'm writing this complaint because this happens EVERYDAY and I was told that it was my fault that I didn't have such an important document that I never received.
