Aeromexico flight from mexico city to oaxaca on sat., october 28th

I booked this flight back in February, my sister and I were meeting up in Mexico City and going onto Oaxaca for the Day of the Dead Tour with National Geographic. My ticket number was [protected]. At check-in my sister was issued a boarding pass, I was told the flight was overbooked! AeroMexico did nothing for me for the evening, where was I to stay? Why am I liable for these costs? My sister advised me that there were empty seats on this flight, yet I was left to my own. I did get a hotel room, and feel that the least AeroMexico should do is compensate me for the room. It was the Grand Prix auto races in Mexico City that weekend and finding a room was not easy. Very stressful beginning of my journey.
I await your response. The date of the flight wa Oct. 28th, flight 2036.

Aeromexico flight change needed

We booked a flight on Wed 12/5/17 to TIJ to Leon and then back on 12/10/17 what we thought was a 10:40am flight. We looked at the tickets today and notice they say 10:40pm after we told the representative over and over we needed an AM flight. It didn't help that you could barley hear him and his English was very broken. We need to change to an AM flight for Sunday so we can get to work on time. I was told about the penalty fee and having to pay the difference in tickets however this was not our fault we specifically said what time we wanted to come back and he kepted saying ok (from what we could hear)

Please assist us with this.

Aeromexico refund

This is the second email that has been sent regarding a refund request due to an emergency surgery that my daughter is scheduled to have on the dates that I booked this flight for her and her fiance'. The code is JPGDVI departing Lambert Airport, St. Louis, Missouri on 12/30/2017 to Atlanta then to Cancun, returning on 01/04/2018. I booked this in good faith and this was put on my American Express. When I have called customer service not only can I not understand the person that I am speaking with, a supervisor is never available. If this matter is not cleared up and my account is not credited I will contact my attorney. This is fraud! My name is MaDonna Lewis, Danielle Kicker's mother and her finance is Stephen Taylor. My name is Michael Smith, I was trying to purchase a plane ticket through Expedia from Tijuana Mexico to Zihuatanejo for Oct 26th flying on Volaris. Returning Nov 4th from Zihuatanejo to Tijuana on Aero Mexico. There were complications - Volaris didn't go through but AeroMexico did. I tried to cancel all of this & use a different credit card but I was charged a couple of times. I was able to purchase my flights on a credit card but I need to get my money back for the purchases done on the 1st Debit card. My number [protected] please call me

Aeromexico vuelos

Me llegó una promoción a mi correo eléctrico en k me ofrecen un vuelo de Chicago ohare a oaxaca oax.
Por $149.00 en 9 de diciembre saliendo en el vuelo no.Am 687 3.14 pm. A mexico df. Llegando a ciudad de México a 7.35 pm. Y la conexión a OAXACA vuelo AM 2408 a las 9.40 pm. Llegando a oaxaca a las 10.55 pm.y hablé para pagar y me dijeron k no tienen esa promoción k el boleto cuesta $ 514.00.

Aeromexico vuelo hacia montreal, canada

El vuelo 636 salio del aereopuerto hacia Montreal martes 28 de Noviembre y mi esposa nunca pudo abordarlo el vuelo fue a las 3:40 pm. Y retrasaron su viaje a la una de la manana del dia siguiente. Vuelo 680 hacia Montreal, Canada. O sea que el dia 29 de Noviembre miercoles. Ella perdera su dia de trabajo, por la negligencia de la linea aerea de no saber dirigir la tripulacion de ese vuelo como corresponde. Mi esposa llego al aereopuerto de Mexico con suficiente tiempo. Se supone tiene que abordar el avion en dos horas, porque no dan prioridad a sus pasajeros?

Aeromexico cancel flight. flight refund approved never credit my credit card

I bought a ticket which the flight cancel . New flight will not work so ask for a refund September 8 Today is November 28 I called several times and they said that it was approved and they never credit my credit card.
Call and they keep giving me the round around and they don't credit my 3000 dollars ticket either tell me when they will give me my money back and nobody to talk to.

Aeromexico flight delay over 10 hours!

On November 17th 2017 Me Saul Tapia, my wife Priscilla Rodriguez, my mom Eloisa Tapia, my daughter Jaylene Tapia and my son Calvin Tapia took a flight operated by Aeromexico at 6am from LAX with a layover in Mexico City and second flight was supposed to be at 2:25pm from Mexico City arriving to Cancun at 4:30pm. After waiting for our 2:25 flight we then find out at 2:50pm that our flight has been canceled! after talking to three different Aeromexico employees with horrible customer service, I finally get a new flight for 8:45pm. That flight was also delayed and didn't end up leaving Mexico city to Cancun till midnight. Getting to Cancun at 3am with no rental car companies opened at that time. Paid a taxi to take us to the nearest hotel that was 30min away. It was the worst flight experience for me and my family and would like to get reimbursed for our flights and all of the additional expenses caused by this.

Aeromexico unauthorized mastercard charges

My name is Craig S Moore, my master card was used for a unauthorized purchases on my bill, 11/25/2017. University Credit Union, Los Angeles CA.
I need the information on these purchases from your records of this transaction. Names and addresses of the people buying what looks like airline tickets from aeromexico network purchase 3663 N SAM HOUSTON P HOUSTON TX 25608.
Please remove all charges from my card on Aeromexico.

Aeromexico where's my refund

Hi, my name is Katya, my aunt was schedule to leave from Tijuana to Mexico City, but when she got there she was told that she did not paid her ticket that I purchase for her here in US. Her reservation UGFOZE and it was used for both tickets, travel on 10/28/2017, she called me crying because they made her buy the ticket again but this time in Peso more expensive that she had to borrow money so she could get home, And when I called your customer service I ask why your company did this, I was told that it was because of security reason( but you still let her on your plane), I really don't understand how could your company do this. So when I called your customer service I was told that I will be getting my money back and on 11/3/2017 I had received a deposit of $136.43 and I paid the amount of $191.43 and you still owe me $55.00 for the extra luggage I paid for. Also I think that your company owes my aunt (she is 65 yrs old) an elder and gets treated like this she had to pay more money that she wasn't suppose to pay at all because, I paid it in full and the ticket was confirm by your company and offer to get early check in, so you owe a her an apology and I think that you should refund her money back that she had to paid in Tijuana. This bad for business and I think she wont be traveling with Aeromexico any time soon because of the experience that she went through at the counter with your customer service at the desk . She has High Blood Pressure and it went up.
Please do something about this.

Aeromexico luggage theft of 2 items

Flight # 786 (from Guadalajara to Fresno, CA)
Luggage Tag # OROZCO/SECUNDI AM [protected] FAT SEQ-082 AM 786

Luggage fee was paid at counter, When luggage was opened at home there were two items missing (1) a carton of Marborol cigarrets (2) a brand new green leather jacket still with tags attached to it . I have previously flew with your Company and I never had an issue where something was stolen from my luggage.

Aeromexico passport requirements

To whom it may concern:

I am trying to get an answer from someone in AEROMEXICO regarding the requirement to have a passport in order to board the plane to return from Mexico to the United States. My mother-in-law was allowed to fly from Austin to Cancun on the 15th of November with an expired Mexican passport. We are not going to be able to get a new passport before our flight on the 22 of November. We have contacted immigration and confirmed that because my mother-in-law has a valid permanent resident visa for the United States, they would not require her to have a passport. That makes this an issue to be addressed with AEROMEXICO and the policy that your company has in place requiring a passport. We would like to be contacted directly and quickly by someone in your company who has the authority to make exceptions to this policy. Today I spoke with call center supervisor: Miguel Arena, and his employee, Julio Cordero. Both were professional and courteous, but were unable to help. Mr. Arena claimed that he did not have a supervisor and that there was no one else to talk to and no one who could help us with this issue. I look forward to a quick response.

Aeromexico cambio de vuelo

Necesito asistencia lo más pronto posible siendo que me atrasaron mi vuelo por culpa de Aeroméxico estoy perdiendo 1 día más de vacaciones mas aparte tendré que pagar más $$ por el hotel por culpa Aeroméxico como pueden cancelar los vuelos de unas oras nomas por que si es injusto uno ya tiene planes ya pago y ustedes tan fácil de la nada deciden hacer cambios quien me va a pagar el hotel siendo que ya yo estoy perdiendo un día más por culpa de ustedes es una injusticia lo que ustedes hacen

Aeromexico would not correct error in name without fee plus I was denied a supervisor

I bought a ticket Nov 15th 2017 one minute after purchasing i see information on the ticket incorrect so I called to have it fixed. To do so they request additional 150$. After several attempts to speak to a supervisor they end the call on me . I had to now go to bank to have a reversed transaction but needed a confirmation for cancellation. The agent told me I would get one never got one and now I can't get my reverse until I get that. All I wanted was My name on my ticket now I may miss my first Thanksgiving with my husband.

Aeromexico 12 hour wait for bogus plane that never showed up

this flight never arrived. We sat in the guadalajara airport for almost 12 hours being told a new flight would be arriving every 3 hours. It never happened. Then we were told that there were no more connections in la to our flight to sacramento. Finally got out on a direct night flight to sacramento. Got home at 2 am. Crummy service... Bogus flights that never existed. We are world travellers... Never had such a bad experience. Would appreciate some type of compensation.

Aeromexico flight experience with aeromexico

Good morning,
I have a serious complaint about the flight from Amsterdam to Madrid to Mexico City October 31, 2017 by my mother Willemijntje Josephina Anders van Uffelen, Conf.# RFBPRD, Premier # [protected].
My mother is 86 year old, so due to the long distances on airports, she had wheelchair service. She can walk a bit but is not that stable on slippery floors.

Flight from Amsterdam to Madrid left on time, but in Madrid the wheelchair service came 45 minutes after arriving at the gate. Thus she missed her connection to Mexico City.
From 14.30 until 17.30, the wheel chair service representatives have taken her in a bus to 3 different corners of the airport, because the Aeromexico people didn't know what to do, then she was taken to another service desk, where finally she received a ticket for Iberia flight 6409 with departure of 23.00.
At 17.30 she was brought to an empty hangar-looking area without any other people around, without a wheel chair, without food or something to drink. She was scared sitting there alone, she was hungry, had to take some water out of the sink of the baño area to take her medication, and after almost 11 hours at the Madrid airport, exhausted, just numb of what happened that horrible day.
The flight to Mexico City with Iberia was ok, beside the fact the arrival time was 4.40 AM.
My mother has traveled all her life, went to Mexico already 5 times, this was the first time she took AeroMexico.
I would appreciate if you could take this incident as serious as it is, and use it for training purposes.

I saw that she had tried to call me - while I thought she was already half way between Europe and Mexico. I called AeroMexico, who could confirm she didn't make the flight from Madrid, but were not able to give me any phone number to contact AeroMexico in Madrid, and when I called my mother on her cellphone she told me there was nobody around to talk to... because there was nobody there. She was all alone in this empty hall. Just a disgrace I think.

Aeromexico $500.00 was stolen from my baggage on october 20, 2017.

The incident happened either when I checked my bag on October 20, 2017 at the airport in San Jose, CA or at the airport in Guadalajara.
Aeromexico Flight #433 departing San Jose Airport at 10:30 a.m. and landing in Guadalajara Mexico at 4:12 p.m.
Most importantly I would like the return of my $500.00. I would like a thorough investigation of the camera recordings surrounding all areas from when the luggage is turned over at the counter and placed in the plane. You should also interview any and all employees working there to see if they noticed something that seemed wrong.

Aeromexico flight I could not take

Hi. Im asking for a refund of my flight going out of miami to merida on september 13 due to hurricane Irma. I know that the flight did go out of miami but due to evacuation order I wasn't in miami to take the flight. On government orders I had to evacuate on the 9th of september and couldn't get back to miami the day of the 12th because the airport was CLOSED, as you see it was imposible for us to take the flight that I know operated that day. I have all documentation you may need including order of the major of miami to evacuate mi zone A. as you see I think it is only fare that you issue me a credit or a refund for that flight it is in the law that during hurricane emergencies, airlines should comply with customers. Im a premier club member. Please let me know what documents you need to proceed with my refund

Aeromexico flight delay due to shortage of personnel

On October 28th flight AM 642 from Mexico City to LAX we were held in the plane for almost 2 hours due to they only had 3 stewardesses instead of 4. One stewardess didn't show up which caused the delay. Due to the delay we missed my nieces wedding that we were both in. I feel we should get some type of compensation for this problem. This not only affected us but it affected the whole wedding.
