On July 15 I called to request service on my washer explained the issues I was having with my washer, on July 19 a technician came out and gave some advice on what could help and might work to fix the issue at hand I did everything the technician told me to do and again same issue nothing was fixed I called again on the 19 after technician left and again another scheduled visit was made for he 25 of July technician came out plugged in a wire said all the washer needed was an update I asked him to stay and make sure the washer was working and he refused so again I tried my washer and again the same issue I call AGAIN and another appointment will be scheduled for Monday 30 this is an inconvenience I purchased warranty on my washer only to not have it fixed I need this issue resolved today or i will go higher to get this fixed!
Terrible customer service
Terrible Customer Service- AE Appliance repair was sent by HH Gregg to fix my washing machine. They got to my house and realized that my washing machine was 3 days over the 1 year manufacturers warranty. Of course I had purchased the 5 year extended warranty but they still wouldn't fix it. The repairman told me that it would only take about 10 minutes to fix what was wrong but I would have to call and set up another appointment with them to come back out. I have since done that and now I have to wait another week for them to show up. WOW! What a company!
I agree. There seems to be no incentive for them to fix it right the first time or to even arrive ready for the problem that had been submitted through extended warranty plan. meanwhile another week to ten days between parts and appointment as well as wasting half a day for the four hour window plus two or more hours spent at home while the technician creates more work by not solving the problem or even ordering enough parts.
