I'm doing this because I don't want others to be scammed into Advanced Window Products. They are a company that is in the greater Salt Lake City area. There product is fine but the way we were treated and promises that were not met is why we are writing this. Unfortunately we had a salesman that couldn't be trusted that we found out later in the transaction. On complaining to the owner about our complaints and concerns he said and I quote "we don't take complaints, and there's nothing I can do about it"! I was very upset and frustrated about this and not to mention his attitude! He really didn't care about what I had to say and how we were treated!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
