Ordered online with this company for a 14-day free trial, offer claims you will be charged $6.99 for shipping.
Received product, bunch of junk. My debit card was charged for $6.99 from a country outside of the us (cyprus). 12 days later I was billed for $69.99 and two weeks after that I was billed for $54.98.
Made 4 phone inquiries/complaints to the company, couldn't understand the representative who seemed like he was reading from a script. Got the same person 3 out of 4 times. Informing your bank to put stop payment on recurring charges only works if they charge the same amount for each billing. They are scammers so they know to change the amount for each billing. Bottom line, I had to cancel my card and get a new card which I will never use for another online purchase unless it's a trusted company like amazon. Do not purchase anything from this company.

The whitening kits: Denta White home & Brite Teeth Pro are both big scams. They tell you that you will get free trial period that must be canceled within 10 days of your oder, when you do cancel they will still charge you because is under their TERMS AND CONDITIONS section that partners companies could be taking such charges out from your account. I have Bank of America and I was explained that by them, they said even though you do cancel the products from main website, you still have to call 2 other numbers to say CANCEL ALL PRODUCTS SERVICES!

DON'T EVEN BUY THAT LIE THAT FREE TRIAL PERIOD! NOTHING IS FREE...

The same thing happened to me, they did not send me any invoice of the amount they are going to charge with the kit. No where they are saying that the product cost is so and so. later on they just charged my CC.
This is big scam going on. Please BEWARE!

Called and was told that i could be refunded only half of the amount that they charged me. Was given a cancelation # and a confirmation # for refund. After reading the complaints of others, I have closed my account and filed a dispute of charges with credit card co.

On march 24, 2009 I ordered the trial. on april 13, 2009 my cc was charged 78.93 - I immediately called the number and was told (by someone in india) that there was nothing they could do - I did not call in time. I of course screamed and hollered and said they had better credit back my account. I finally hung up on him (rick) was him name. anyway - I sent them an e-mail and copied part of their terms and conditions and it stated that I had 30 days from the time I placed my trial order to cancel - I threated them with the better business bureau - fox news, cnn, etc. who are on their website. I told them that if the money was not credited by 5:00 p.m. est yesterday that they would be sorry.

I dashed off a note to myfoxtampabay.com's consumer lawyer and they requested further information. I received notification from them today that they had contacted the company. they did not tell me exactly was they said to whomever answered but to let me know if I was contacted by them. I also filled out a dispute with my bank and cancelled my credit card.

I just went into my account and the 78.93 was put back into my account along with a.63 cent visa international charge - what the heck is that. keep trying people to get your money back - write to your local tv station - radio station and don't be afraid to keep e-mailing the sales email address. good luck!
