I was charged twice for shipping & handling of $4.99 and twice for $78.81 for the product - all on the same day. The company falsely stated to me that this is an "authorization" and not a charge. I am absolutely furious!

I ordered a "free trial" of Bright Teeth whitening system for $4.99. I indeed received the "free" kit. A few days later I noticed a charge of $78.93 on my bank statement. I called the phone number [protected]) and spoke with Ryan Cole. I explained to him that I only ordered the "free" trial. He told me I didn't cancel within the 14 days. I said I had just received the package a few days ago. He said that didn't matter, it wasn't within the 14 days. He continued to argue with me concerning a refund. I told him I was going to notify the attorney general and at that point he said he could only refund $40.00 because the system wouldn't allow the full refund. Imagine that.

I ordered the free trial of Pure Acai Berry item # pf0058 and gave my acct info in regards to the s&h fee of $4.95... What scammers they are ! 2 days after receiving my sample, I was watching the local news station PIX11 and at that time Howard, from the station's Help me Howard was doing a case of which a young lady was experiencing with Advanced wellness Research Inc. as per her acct fraudulently being debited continuously for the same product. i was in such dismay, that, I immediately checked my online banking acct and had discovered that I too, was a victim of such a misleading company. However, this company is out of the country and is UNAUTHORIZED by the U.S.Government to operate in The U.S.A. Therefore you account is also debited a foreign transaction fee as well! So, they use a local address in Florida to ship the merchandise from and when you call the tollfree #, your calls are routed overseas ! The reps keeps giving u a run around and issue a cancellation ref #, but your account is still debited and you end up having to change your acct # with your local bank. If this had happened to you, you can help and prevent fraud by reporting this to your loca Better Business Burea and also The Federal Trade commissions office... and the bad thing about it is, it's routing you from the Oprah Winfrey website to their site!

In addtion to receiving the un-authorized charges for Acai and Bromalite I also received a charge for $29.95 from fit-fac.com. I reported all of this to my credit card company. Please beware.
I would suggest calling your credit card company if you are not getting anywhere with Acai or Bromalite or any of the numerous other companies mentioned.

DO NOT ORDER PRODUCT FROM THESE PEOPLE.
http://www.advancedwellnessresearch.com/products.html
http://www.PureAcaiBerry.com

I placed an order to these people and read the small print. It said you have a thirty-day trial period in which to cancel. Not only was I charged the original
$4.99 for shipping and handling, I was charged the full amount the same day I ordered - $78.81. They also double charged me so they charged me a total of
$157.62, even though I repeatedly tried to cancel my order the same day I placed it. They do not answer emails and the phone number they give for returns is not answered.

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!

This company is a complete joke. If you have intentions of doing any legitimate business with them or intend to purchase product.

I was charged for several different products from this company that I did not order. I had never even heard of them until the charges showed up on my credit card statment.

When I called them to inquire about the charges they immediately became rude and very evasive. They would not tell me what I was being charged for and it was clear that they were not going to help me in any way. I was transferred several times and received a different story from each person I spoke with on the phone.

I was finally asked for an order id # and then they had me right where they wanted me for their little scam. If you say you don't have an order id # they immediately go to the "call your credit card company" card.

They first said that I must have placed the order or they would not have gotten my credit information. Once the topic of credit card fraud came up they shifted gears and said that it was up to my credit card company to handle any refund.

The supervisors in customer service are EXTREMELY sketchy and will all give you a different story each time you speak with them. I was finally told by a supervisor named JILLIAN to call back once I received the product and a refund would be processed. When I made that call, she told me that we never had that conversation and that because I was claiming fraud it was the responsibility of my "bank" to handle any refund.

THIS COMPANY IS NOT LEGIT IN MY OPINION AND I WOULD URGE YOU TO DO BUSINESS WITH SOMEONE LOCAL IN YOUR AREA. DO A LITTLE RESEARCH ABOUT ADVANCED WELLNESS RESEARCH AND YOU WILL SEE PLENTY OF CASES LIKE MINE AND PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY TRIED TO PLACE ORDERS WHO WERE RIPPED OFF. I am convinced that the person who obtained my cc information works with this company. They know that once you are charged, they get their money.

You better hope your credit card company has a good policy regarding fraud.

On 11/24/08 I ordered the free trial of Acai berry. They said I could cancel any time within 15 days and there would be no charge except for shipping. Problem is that even after MULTIPLE attempts to reach them by phone I cannot get anyone on the line. SO I leave a message and NO ONE has ever called me back. One day I waited on the line for 15-20 minutes and never did get anyone. All I want is to cancel my order and make sure there are no other charges to my credit card except for the shipping and handling of the free trial.

First of all I had problems ordering the product. There was never a confirmation that the order was placed. Then to find out I had accually ordered 1 acai berry product and 3 colo flush. My intention was to only order 1 of each. I had no idea that this much product was in the mail and the second round was here before I got my first credit card statement. I called right away and got the run around that they can only cancel no more than 2 at a time. Even after explaining what had happened they said I had to wait 24 hrs before cancelling the rest. I have recieved 9 bottles total and see there are 4 more on my credit card I have not even recieved as of today. The run around is unbelieveable and now I don't even want to try their product. If anyone has a solution to this please e-mail me, I am very frustrated with it all!

I had read a blog on teeth whitening, it had a sample of the product for 4.99 so I sent for it NO PROBLEM! got the product on 4/12/ 09 .
Then I got my visa bill on 5/12/09 with a charge for $78.93 for it . SCAM! I immediately called them and asked what it was for they said I signed up for a service that they send you the product EVERY month and charge you $80.00 for it.
Don't get sucked in, do not buy from these people, I also contacted my credit card co. to file a dipute on the charge, and I will also be contacting the Attorney General, and Better Business Bureau about this Co.

I started receiving unsolicited cosmetic products in the US mail. The packing slip indicated that my billing statement woul show as DRI 8668972464LiftSP. I was suspicious and immediately started researching for credit card account charges. I discovered that this company had made initial verification inquiry charge of $0.30 followed by three credits of ($0.30). On subsequent days charges appeared from AG Skin Care [protected] $3.95, Clear Skin Plus [protected] GB $5.04, Capstardiet [protected] $6.01, and DRI 8668972464LiftSP [protected] MN $4.95. Today they made a verification inquiry from Paypal for $1.00, and a verification inquiry for Appleonline for $1.00.

I immediately cancelled this credit card and reported the company to the VISA fraud unit for followup. I was informed by VISA that the charges were originating in Israel.

I have never ordered products from this company.

I ordered pure acai berry pro all i was supose to pay is $4.99 just for shipping & handling. Nowhere did it say they would debit your account after 14 days of free trial. In the mean time the pills never worked and i had about 4 pills left before i discoverd they had debited my account for $78.81. I called very upset and i told them to cancel. Then i thought about and called back and demanded a refund with only 4 pills left he said he would only charge me $18.81 and Credit my account for $60.00. Now i have a Credit of $18.81 not $60.00. So now i just got off the phone with them again(plus they had a new # to call) and he said he would Credit my account $60.00 & Debit the $18.81 within 72 hours. This whole this is a hoax i hope someone with shut them down. Because they are on the move.

I am a South African Citizen and I have ordered Teeth Whitening product from Advanced Wellness Research. I haven't received the product so I have contacted them to hear when I will receive it. Because there was a charge of $23.98 on my credit card. The lady informed me that I need to go to my nearest American Post Office Service to collect the package. I STAY IN SOUTH AFRICA! They 've charged $69.99 on my credit card for a product I didnt receive or haven't had the opportunity to try out!
This is the first time I have ordered something from USA, and what a disappointing experience. shame on you!
I have been taught that one must not generalize but be assured that I won't ever visit the USA.

Advanced Wellness Research from Wood Dale, IL. needs to be closed down. They are running a scam and no one is doing anything about it. For the past three months I have called this company on seven occasions asking them to cease sending me their Acai Berry pills. In addition I have sent them three letters reiterating my message. Each time (when I finally get someone) I am informed that they will adhere to my requests, unfortunately they keep sending me the same product and in turn charge my credit card $83.00 each time, in one particular month I was charged for two deliveries which added up to $166.00. Yesterday I received another bottle of their product and sure enough they had charged my credit card again. Although I ask my credit card not to pay them I am told that this issue is between myself and Advanced Wellness. Today (07/23/09 I am going to return this latest bottle of pills to these people in a certified carton, my next step is to ask my bank to cancel my credit card. It is very sad that in this day and age that no-one including the BBB will do anything about this situation which quite frankly IS A SCAM.

I also was taken in by the trial teeth whitening kit which was to cost only $4.99. I received the kit but decided I wouild not order any more. When I recieved my Master Card statement I had been charged not only for the trial kit but also an additional charge of $79.72. I immediately called the number on my statement and was connected to some guy in India. I was told they would not remove the charge and in addition I had already been charged an addition $83.92 for the next package of whitening stuff and it had only been 12 days since the previous charge. Of course I was outraged but that did little good. I told the man I wanted to cancel but he continued to offer me all kinds of discounts not to. After becoming irate he finally consented to cancel my "order" and gave me a long cancellation number. Then I immediately called my Master Card service and told them about the scam. The only way I could be sure of no future charges, eventhough I had cancelled, was to cancel my old credit card and have a new one issued . This is a giant scam and the Attorney General of the state of Illinois needs to look into it. I will continue to fight these charges through my credit card company and I will continue to try and contact someone that actually works at Advanced Wellness Research. They are basically thieves who would like to charge your credit card for as much as that can.

I am furious. i answered an email for a free trial for an acai berry supplement. They charged my account 78.81 without notifying me ahead of time, and told me i should have read the information at their website. what website? they solicited me. the product came with no information, not even a receipt. i just happened to be checking my bank statement today and saw that they charged me for an automatic shipment, along with another product from another company that at least had the decency to put a phone number in the bank charge. they were also quick to cancel the shipment when i called, and supplied me with a phone number for advanced wellness research. when i called i was on hold for around 10 minutes, and the woman who answered told me it was not their fault i didnt read the information at the website. i kept asking for a supervisor and was told they were in a meeting. she told me she could only return $50.00. i kept asking for someone higher and she finally put me on hold for 5 minutes and then came back and said she could credit me $70.00 . at that point i was tired of arguing and accepted it. DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. THIS IS A RIPOFF.

I have been duped. I thought I was ordering a sample from of the product that Oprah recommended...off the Golf magazine website. Little did I know it was a scam.. My credit card company called to say there was a problem, but I could not figure out what it was. Now I know. I was always wary of ordering from an online site. I will NEVER BUY A THING AGAIN OVER THE INTERNE>...BECAUSE SECURE SITES ARE NOT SECURE! SOME ARE FRAUDS...Buyer..BEWARE!

I received my Kit & I recommended it to my mother. She ordered and did NOT receive the full kit - only the Gel and the light and blue gel were missing. She called to tell them and they said that when her trial period is up she will be charged - NO MATTER IF SHE HAD THE COMPLETE KIT OR NOT. They have continued to charge her bank account for another full kit and only sent the Gel again. Even in my 2nd shipment they did not send a complete set. THIS COMPANY HAS NO PRIDE - THEY ARE TAKING MONEY WITHOUT SENDING THE FULL COMPLETE SET. THEN THEY SAY "OH WELL, YOUR TRIAL IS UP" AND CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT - WITHOUT EVEN SENDING THE COMPLETE KIT. THIS IS FRAUD! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM OR YOU WILL BE DOOPED. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED.

Acai Berry obtained my financial information via one of those on-line "Win a Dell Computer" ads. I had provided the information for a DIFFERENT product, but somehow the site "leaked" that information from one vendor to the next. Acai Berry then went on to submit THREE FRAUDULENT charges against my credit card. Then I was subject to non-stop badgering from the outsourced call center; a telemarketer named "Christine" would call up to five times/night, refused to take me off their call list (I am listed on the DNC list). I determined who the carrier for their phone lines is (Level 3 Communications), contacted executives there, and complained of abuse of FCC (Federal Communications Commission) privileges. The next time Christine called, I threatened to approach the FCC to have their used of telecommunications investigated. I finally was routed to a call manager who gave the name Steve Sanchez. (The three people with whom I spoke had strong Latin or Hispanic accents, which makes me wonder if the "Weekhawken, NJ" Caller ID is a front for operations in another country. I explained to Steve what my experience had been and that I expected to hear from a principal from the telemarketing firm, at which point he hung up.

I would love to get these f*ckers. I have been significantly ill, and haven't had a peaceful evening in 30 days.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. it is a scam. I agreed to pay the S&H fee of $4.99, then I called and cancelled, and the man I spoke to said he would be sending an email confirmation. Never got that email, and I was charged $78.81 a week after I had cancelled. of course, they had no record of my call, and said I was being refunded, but they too, were incapable of sending an email. Totally sketchy. I am going through the bank and having them refund me but now I will have to cancel my card and everything.

Company and product: scam...total scam...unauthorized charges on my credit card...though because of my own stupidity...legal.
Called today because another bottle came in the mail and it thanked me for my order -- WHICH I NEVER PLACED! After a very long conversation, during which I was offered various deals to continue receiving the product--the agent finally "got it" ... but she said she could not give me a cancellation number.
I called my credit card company and because I didn't read the terms & conditions I have no way of getting my money back...at least any thing they try to put on my credit card from this day forward CAN AND WILL be disputed.

BEWARE THIS COMPANY AND APPARENTLY SEVERAL OTHERS THAT ARE PEDDLING ACAI BERRY ...

I ordered a trial offer for the Acai Berry pills talked about by Dr. Oz as seen on Oprah Winfrey show. I have tried to cancel this subscription numerous times. This company will not cancel my monthly order originally placed and will not stop charging my credit card. I am at my wits end trying to get this auto mailing/charging stopped. Don't ever order this product from them. I am going to be forced to cancel my 20 year credit card I have had for years because of these people! This should be fraud and they should be closed down.

Well first of all I ordered this trial bottle of pill for $4.99 on 2/10/09, which is what you are told at the time. Then I was charged $78.81 on 2/26/09. Then they sent me another bottle which I did not order and they charged my credit card $83.80 I sent the bottle back 3/19/09. Well I got my credit card statement on 4/18/09, and they still didn't credit my account. And the bottle got back to them by 3/21/09. So I called today 4/18/09 and talked with a service person(if that what you want to call them). Told him I wanted by refund. He said he couldn't do that. So I ask for a supervisor, and he said one was not there.

So he asked me to hold on a minute to see if he could sort it out. Then came back on the phone and told me he could credit my card for $78.81 he couldn't give me back the postage. Which I paid $2.26 to send it back. So here I am with this bottle of pill that was suppost to be $4.99 which turned in to a Big Scam. I'm sure if I did not follow up on this they would not have credited me any money. Lucky I sent it back delivery confirmation.
So that way I know they got it. Don't order nothing from these people.

SCAM refund

I ordered Acai as a trial bases this was a free trial and called to make sure they would not debit my acct so I cancel the request by email and they sent it any way and debited my acct and I "m demanding a full refund of $ 78.86to my account. I am also disputing this with my credit card company. The free trial offer ended up costing us more than the shipping cost. I've made several attempts in calling to cancel this request which only gave a statement that the box is full. The product was returned to the address above for a full refund...UPS delivery.

My Problems start with buying Maytag products, but ends with their preferred appliance repair company, A & E Factory Service. My complete overall dissatisfaction of how A & E Factory Service treats their customers. Having problems with your appliances is acceptable, their service and attitude towards customers is completely unacceptable behavior. I bought these appliances on Maytag’s name alone and though they make a great washers and dryers, their presence in the kitchen appliance department leaves a lot of room for improvement. I find it in these tough economy times, that Maytag and their preferred service A & E Factory Service (Sear’s?) can stay in business with the service that they provide.
1. In 2004, I bought all new kitchen appliances from Maytag, right from the beginning the appliances started to break down, mainly with the range and the dishwasher. Somewhere in the range of 3 times each.

2. Dishwasher is now on its 3rd main brain. I now can diagnose the problem better than some of their own techs.

3. I was treated unfairly and rudely, not only by numerous agents, but the supervisors as well. I never wanted anything for free, just wanted them to stand behind your products.

4. Finally with no help from Maytag, I turned to their “preferred” appliance repair company. A & E Factory Service. I have had nothing but problems with these people and a month later, I am seeking another company to come in and take care of my appliance. Fortunately for me, there are plenty of companies in the appliance business willing to help me out. For this, I am grateful.

5. A & E Factory is now is possession of $158.00 of my money, like a idiot, I paid them up front, thinking they were a reputable business. (Maytag recommended them.) I will try through the court system to get this back.

In closing, buying Maytag has cost me a lot of time, money and frustration. Its not so much about appliances breaking down, its how their company deals with it.

A & E Factory Service is one of the most anti customer service companies I have ever dealt with. Their agents are rude, uncaring, out right lie, never show up for their appointments and from agents, techs, supervisor’s, just don’t give a damn.

What’s ironic is after I decided to have someone else come in and fix my problem. A & E Factory Service immediately sent someone over to pick up the part (Maytag had paid for this, not them1) The only time I could get them to do something is when it involved their money. I’m still out $158.00! LOL. I would never allow anyone in my house that acted like this. They are bullies and I will deal with them in court.

I can only hope for potential new customers, Maytag does the right thing and stand behind their products, but at all cost, stay away from A & E Factory Service, believe me, only head aches and frustration will prevail!

Offer for free product sample of Acai Berry productwith only paying shipping and handling charges. Then they charged credit card for $ 78.00 +, and on calling them they state that "it says in terms and conditions" if you don't call them in 14 days they will begin billing you. The original shipping notice I received also "does not state these terms and conditions". "This was not a part of the pop up site" on which I ordered the product. They have stated they will "continue to charge", but if I return the second bottle, which they say is on the way to me as of 2/9/09 I can return it and they will provide a credit. Based on other comments posted, it appears I will continue to experience difficulty with this situation.

I wanted to try the free bottle of acai berry. They charged my account $83.80 before I even got the bottle. They sent me another one on 2/11/10. Called the company's 1-8... phone number, no one answered. I tried again & again. Finally a man with a very heavy accent answered. His name was Sammy Wilson. Every time I spoke my voice would echo. I told him I wanted to send the pills back and wanted a refund. Each time I tried to speak, he would say over & over that he had cancelled future orders but could not give me a refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor, he said, "no supervisor only me". he said he was the supervisor at that time.

I saw an add with an endorsement (I now know it was a phony endorsement since I've seen the same thing with other teeth whitening products) claiming if I use these two different brands of whitening products I would get rapid results. It was an add to get free samples. The other brand was called Celebrity Smile. They have the same scam going.

I signed up for the free sample. No where during the sign up did I see it being a monthly membership. I got my free samples. I received a package today and knew I was being scammed. I called the number on my credit card statement where I had been charged for the free sample. The person on the other end who I could barely understand due to there heavy indian/pakistani accent told me I was being charged $54 or something like that since I could barely understand them.

I asked for a supervisor and could not understand that person so I hung up in frustration. I called back and made sure they canceled my phony membership. I am returning the product and will call my credit card company immediately and get charges reversed.

Advanced Wellness Research is a FRAUD!...They are using my name, phone number and email for their compliants because I was able to cancel my bank acct in time before they scammed money out of me. I want my information to be taken off their website and fraud charges pressed against them

There was an offer on line for a free trial for teeth whitening.
I normally don't go for any of these online offers because of
scams which always happen bu I did fill up the form and submiited it for a FREE TRIAL which would cost me $4.95.
I did received the free trial and my bank account was charged.
However, in a week or two, I received another package and
found out that my bank account was charges $85.92 and this
without my authorization. And since then I have received
five other kits and my bank account charged $85.92 five times.
I have been sick for the past 3 months and have been unable to
pursue this matter until now. I don't know how to deal with dishonest people. What should I do and what are my options.
Thank you.

and so I called again and was told that there was no record of my call and I therefore had not "cancelled my order". They refused to reimburse the unauthorized charges.

I, like so many others, stupidly ordered the Acai Berry Supplement for a promotional price of $1.99, with an opportunity to cancel the automatic shipmentwithin 30 days. Of course, I was then charged $78.81 about 12 days later. Boy, do I feel like an idiot and boy am I mad! I think we should start a class action against this sham of a company (after we get our money back)!

This company WOULD NOT cancel the product when I called. I started calling in June 2009 to cancel my order, which they stated they would do. I didn't save that cancellation number not knowing what a rip off this company was. In July 2009 the charge appeared again on my credit card and the product arrived a few days later. I called again, cancelled the order and kept the cancellation number. In august 2009, again charged, again product arrived in mail. Again called, obtained cancellation number. (OK, so it takes me a while to catch on.) The next day I call, obtain a third cancellation number. The day after that I call, obtain a fourth cancellation number. Need less to say the only way to get them to stop was to cancel my credit card.

I have been waiting for one month for a trial shipment of Acai that I ordered on March 5, 2009. On March 20, 2009 I noticed a charged of $78.81 out of my account from your company and when I called and spoke with Maria she indicated that it was shipped and I told her I have not received it. We verified my address and they did not have the apt # listed so she added the apt# and said she would reship it and I would have it in 2-3 business days. Well today is Friday April 3, 2009 and my mail has just come and no product has come. I just called and spoke with a not so polite gentlemen who I explained everything to again and he is saying that my address is still wrong. He said its not their fault. Ok I let the first time go even though I have my print out from when I place the trail order, but the second time and I physically spoke to someone who verified and corrected the so-called problem NO. I told him that is unacceptable all he kept saying was it was my fault for not providing the correct address I said even the second time when I gave it to the lady. He saw where she gave me an credit for $50.0o for the inconvenience. I asked for a supervisor and he said he was some team leader and we are supervisors.

So I am going to contact the better business bureau and file a complaint with this company. I find this unfair and very insulting.

I started filling out the form for a free trial for their Acai Berry slimming product. I put in my name, address and phone number and at the point where I had to type in my credit card number, I changed my mind (Thank God!). However, the next day I received about 30 calls from the company's telemarketing team, trying to convince me to buy their product. I told them every time that I am not interested and I wanted not to be called again, I even talked to the supervisor and she hung up when I started telling her that I am not interested. The phone calls continued.

I called Customer Service and they told me that there wasn't anything they could do because they were not in touch with the marketing department.

This company has no respect for customers, they try to rip you off and harass you! Don't buy from them! Don't even try to fill out the free trial form. They will get your information and will harass you!

Advanced Wellness research, Inc. sent me a trial one month's supply of Pure Rez V Pro, which is supposed to give you energy and help you lose weight and look and feel better. I called them within the first week and told them that I positively did not want to continue receiving this product, that I never sign up for anything without trying and proving it first. I also emailed them and told them the same thing. Today I received a second bottle, which costs over $70 and that money was charged to my credit card account. I called them and told them that they made a mistake and that I did not want to bottle and did not want to continue getting their product. But, first of all, I told them that I had already called and cancelled this weeks ago. Check this savvy trick...he immediately cancelled my subscription and then told me that since my subscription was now cancelled, he could do nothing to take the product back or credit my account. In essence, I will have this charge on my c/c bill this month. I told him that I refused to pay for something that i had already cancelled but he kept repeating that he could not help me since he had just cancelled my account. OF course, I became unglued. I also found out that his name was Tom Wilson and he was in India (I seriously doubt that Tom Wilson was his name if he was from India). I will not pay for this and i will fight them in court if I have to. I am sick to death of fraud and illegal internet theft. Has anyone else had this experience and what did you do about it. thanks so much for letting me vent...BEWARE of this company...(besides...I have found no results after one month with this so called miracle product!)

I too responded to an ad online for a product to be sent free where i was only to pay $6.99 s&h. Later I noticed $69.99 was debted oout of my account an saw it was for the FREE product. I contacted someone and told them what happened and was told there was a "fineprint" concerning a response date/time deadline and that i missed it, therefore I was charged full price. So I decided to keep it. Soon after I saw another debt for 54.99 on my accountfrom them. Called again and talked to a "representative" who told me I didn't cancel my subscription and it automatically charged me and sent out another package, which I didn't want, order, or authorize. I told him to cancel all future shipments and the subscription and to refund my money. He told me to send my request in online and it will be taken care of. So I went to there website to respond to my complaint which was bogus, but found the Better Businees Bureau on this page and they graded them with a big fat"F" concerning their business practices. I filed my complaint to the BBB and got a letter from them 3 days later stating they would contact AWRI and submit my request. 2-3 weeks later another letter from the BBB came stating part of what my request was and was refunded the 1st charge of 69.99. By the way, the rep said he couldn't see the second charge in his computer. I checked my account 3 days after and 69.99 was refunded. So I left it at that. A week ago from today another charge of 54.99 comes out of my account from them again! Now I'm pissed off because they lied to me via the last transaction. So now I'm gonna contact The BBB again and let them know what happened as well as my attorney, and see if they can be shut down for fraudulent actions as well as theft. I've already told a rep from AWRI today I was gonna do this and he kept telling me to call him back in 2 days so the system can be updated to see my charges. BS! CALL OR WRITE THE BBB ON THIS COMPANY. THE MORE YOU FLOOD THEM ABOUT THIS COMPANY, THE MORE LIKELY THEY WILL SHUT AWRI DOWN. THEY ALREADY HAVE AN "F" GRADE AS IT IS!
