I just got off the phone with Bright White, I too was scammed! Please contact me with any new leads of what we can do to stop this fraud. I am so upset and disappointed by things like this, what happened to good old fashioned honesty. I was scammed through Craigs List, so beware. I was replying to an ad on Craigs list, the person who replied was apologetic about the item already taken, but said she worked for a dental office and here is a sample of a great teeth whitener to make up for it. She even supplied her first and last name, name of dental office and web address, it totally seemed legit, I didnt even think to google it! I just now tried the web address she supplied, no such address. I feel like such a sucker. You can contact your bank and report it as fraud, I already did, they said they deal with BrightWhite complaints about 10x's a day!! So we are not the only ones! good luck,

Please let me know what to do as well. It isn't the amount of money, so far, but that they are able to keep doing this. I am contacting my bank as well.

I'm in the middle of trying to clean all this up also. I've seen charges from Bright White, Ever White Kit, Profit Vault, plus international services fees which is showing up at coming from Panama according to Wachovia. I'd love to get in on a little bit of payback action myself. Email me at

Whatever you do, they'll just keep bouncing your credit card info around and making bogus charges. It's a scam, they take small amounts at a time so people won't notice, that's how they steal MILIIONS around the world, no joke I saw it on a news story they did. Completely illegal, that's why they're based in Panama, . After you get your refund (if you can't, file a fraud claim with your bank and file a complaint at and you'll get your money back eventually) CANCEL YOUR CARD IMMEDIATELY!!! That's the only way to ensure you won't get any future charges. Good luck!

I'm right there with you. I can't even get a working phone number to complain to them. I never received an email confirmation, I never received a product, I called my credit card company for their contact information, and it's phony. I am not a happy camper... I would like in on this lawsuit.

My email is and I was recently scammed by bright white.. I would love to be part of a lawsuit against them. They don't tell you that while your waiting to get the product that's part of your ten day trial so since mine took 6 days to receive then i should have know supposedly I had a 4 day trial. I canceled 7 days after receiving the product, but that was 13 days from when I ordered so they charged me 87.47 on my ATM card.. I am reporting this company as fraud to my bank..Its also crap because the product is only enough for 3 uses at the most so you aren't given enough time to see any results.. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!! They need to go down!!!

I am so in... Iam on the phone with them now. What horrible people. I told her whether she gives me a refund or my bank disputes it, I will get my money back. I have not received a product, I received no confirmation number. And I am on the verge of throwing my phone across the room. I spoke with two different people while on the line. I got some very interesting information out of them, and I will continue to pester them until I get my money back. I have already taken up the dispute with my bank. I also learned that there is absolutely no affiliation between total bright white, and I found out that they both had access to the same credit card. So their lack of knowledge on their affiliation is quite curious. So not only was I charged by one company, but by both. I will gladly help take these people to court any day. They gave me a confirmation number to a package that probably doesn't exist, and I cancelled the account. The jerk that I spoke with said he would send me an email confirmation of my cancellation. This is war.

COUNT. ME. IN. I am currently in process of getting scammed by not only Brite White, but also Profit Vault - a company I've never heard of but I am guessing just bought my banking information from BW. Somehow these two companies (and probably more) are related, and I am just one more person who will get their money back one way or another. In a situation like this, there is power in numbers, so let us unite and back what we are owed.

COUNT ME IN. I am also being scammed by Brite White, Total Bright and Profit Vault for an additional charge. They come in a charge small amounts. Probably the same company, but I am now being scammed with emails about weight loss from whitesmile. I have not even received the product from Brite White yet and they've charged me $87.13. They sell other internet products and that's why they ask which product you're calling for when you call! I tried to cancel the Brite White deal and they told me I could only cancel online, and when I tried to cancel online with the info I was provided, the site was redirected and later my information was not accepted. HELP!!!
