Complaint Description:
Contract for roof replacement resulting from Hurricane IKE. 12 months (1 year) and a $2000.00 deposit, no roof, no materials, no work except dialogue I Randy Judd signed contract in Feb, 2009 and deposited $2000.00 for roof replacement on my home as a result of Hurricane Ike. Farmers insurance is the insurer I am the insured. Contractor Randy Maniccia has issues with replacement techniques and costs. Two meetings with the contractor, insurance reps and myself 5-4-09 and 2-24-10 yielded no compromise in resolving contractor Randy Manniccia's issues. I've allowed one year, 12 calendar moths to resolve contractors issues. All meetings including ones with contractor & myself were frustrating and nothing solved. No materials or works has ever commenced by contractor. I no longer wish to do business with Randy Mannicia or Advanced Exteriors and wish to abolish contract so I can hire a contractor that can provide a roof per insurance costs. I have spoken with Advanced Exteriors Corporate office, the person asked to give them a couple of days as they are moving offices. They have had 9 business days to respond, and I've left another message 2-5-10.

Your Desired Resolution:
I wish to discontinue Advanced Exteriors services, and dissolve signed contract, releasing me Randy Judd-Harrison from all legal obligations, and be refunded my $2000.00 deposit, so that I may proceed with a new company that will replace my deteriorating roof in an expedient manner for the amount the Insurance company is allowing.
