Advanced Cleanse / charged for not taking the pill

I sent the pills back to the company before my trail was up but they still charged my account. The pills did not work. Instead of me losing weight I gained 5 more pounds. I cut back on the sugar and was eating healthy and was exercising.

    Dear CSSUPORT,
    I spoke with 5 people from YOUR department, perhaps even you! NO HELP! They tried to justify the SCAM!!! I filed my formal complaints with BBB in California and Florida, State Attorney General Office and a fraud investigation with my bank! Hopefully, ONE person can be saved from this outrageos scam!
