I thought I was getting tips for a new diet plan from a trusted source but apparently not. I ordered the acai berry and advanced cleanse cleansing system on the internet because it was supposed to be a free trial, only having to pay $1.99 for the shipping for advanced cleanse. Well, they charged me that and shipped me the product but then turned around and charged me $149.95. When you try to call to get that fixed they all tell you the same thing. Their system is down and they can't help you, call back later. They won't let you speak to a manager and their phone system quality is terrible so they are cutting in and out the entire time, you only understand about 1/2 of what they say. I wish I would have never ordered this so called "free trial" of advanced cleanse off of the internet and I would advise everyone not to order off of their site. If you really want to try the pills, find them in a store where you won't end up paying $150.00 for one bottle. I knew better than to trust that but had faith...faith is back in the gutter now. Thanks Advanced Cleanse SCAM!

NOTE: This is a duplicate of my complaint about Acaiberry Pure! I have been working on the two products in tandem as they were offered and sent that way.

Product ordered with 10 day trial, arrived with just a couple days left of the 10 day trial, I phoned to cancel and was offered a 10 day extension and was told to call before the 10 days was up. Was given a CSR #.
Little did I know, I was billed $149.95 the day after my phone call.
Called in 9 days to cancel, was given CSR # and cancellation #.
Email arrived several days later confirming cancellation of shipping and no further billing.
Then my credit card bill arrived and I saw what they had done.
I called credit card company, three way call to company - refund promised, email with all information from me requested and sent.
Guess what - NO REFUND.
I have called the credit card company over and over and they have called the company each time and we have been promised a refund over and over and each time was given a CSR# and even once a Supervisor #. Email confirmation of this was requested by credit card company and was promised, but never received, although the supervisor of the Acai company verified my email address.
Now three months later am told by the credit card company I needed to put in a dispute within 30 days. Well, fine kettle of 3 day old fish this is - why did they not say so the first couple of times I talked with them?
Today, three months later they have filed it as a dispute "but it is probably too late."

This product is an absolute ripoff. Beware of the fine print. This company, which is headquartered in Cyprus, will charge you $149.95 within 14 days of ordering their "free 30 day sample". This fee is non-refundable if you don't call and cancel within 14 days. You will also be charged a foreign transaction fee (I was charged $8.98) By the time I saw the charge on my credit card statement it was too late. The product doesn't work and is a complete waste. My advice - DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT. I am going to send in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, but since they are off shore, it probably won't do any good.

I ordered the product on 03-26-2010 as a 30 day free trail. Within 14 days of ordering this product on a Sunday 04-11-2010 they debited my checking account for $79.98. The welcome letter I got stated that after the 30 days the product would be $12.95 a month. They have caused me to be overdrawn at the bank. I tried calling them Thusrday, Friday and Saturday all I got was a recoring stating that they were open Monday thru Friday from 9:00am to 9:00pm and on Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00pm. And if I reached this recording to try again later. I am asking for a full refund because there product made me sick. And I can't use it. I could not believe my eyes. I called and canceled the auto charge/ship within 14 days and got charged $149.95 anyway. Then, when I called customer when I discovered the charge, I was assured that I would receive a refund within 5-8 business days. Guess what it been 3o days and NOTHING!

i WILL BLAST THEM FROM EVERY ANGLE ON THE INTERNET UNTIL THIS FRAUD STOPS!

I started the Acai Berry and the Advanced Cleanse product a couple of days ago. Every night, for the last three nights after taking the cleanse, my entire body gets covered in hives. I look as if I have been sunburned over my entire body. Not one inch of me is white. I am red from head to toe.

The ad deceived me and charged me $149.95 for a product that was supposed to cost a few dollars shipping and handling . You cancel the subscription and you still get charged. I want my money back and if not I will launch a full investigation. I work for the federal government and I'm sure there are regulations against such practices. How can you steal people's money in such hard times. No one has that kind of money to give away.

raised their amount they took me for 169. Plus The bank fee for NSF. Don't order this off the internet. No contact info enclosed. The number they gave the bank for the charge is also not a working number

I ordered a trial of Advanced Cleanse and was told I would pay postage only on Feb 2, when I opened my bank statement today, March 19, the company deducted $149. 95 from my account on Feb. 19 without my knowledge or consent, I cannot find a phone # or address for the company on any of my paperwork, and would like to contact them to put my money back and cancel any obligation they think that I might have with them or their product.

I signed up for a free sample of advance cleanse and was only supposed to be charged for shipping which was $3.95. I gave no authorization for anything else to be taken out of my account. There was no fine print or anything stating I had to be a member or even cancel anything. It clearly stated that it was a one time FREE bottle. I would like for my money ($169.90) to be put back into my account immediately.

i had order their product on march 3, 2010 and have recieved it . but on march 16, 2010 i found out that my job place was closeing down i was looking over my account and seen advanced had all ready charged my account. i had tryed to cancel this because i can't aford it now . now i just get a run around about getting my refund. which should not of been charged to my account until the 17th.

I saw the ad for free trials of advance cleanse and acai berry on internet, so I ordered, ahould be $.99 each for shipping. I did not see any membership terms and conditions. They charged me $149.95 two times on my credit card, I called them they cancelled the memership, but they declined my request for refund. I want my money back, how they could charge me without my authorization. This is robbery. Please let me help me to get my money back.

I SIGNINED UP FOR THEIR FREE TRAIL AND 4 DAYS BEFORE MY TRAIL PROGRAM ENDED I FINALLY RECIEVED MY PRODUCT. 4 DAYS LATER THEY TOOK $160.00 DOLLARS OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. THEY NEVER NOTIFIED ME OF THIS AT ALL OR DID THEY TELL ME ABOUT THIS IN THE BEGING.

I ordered this product as a trial. I cancelled within the 15 day trial period. They charged me 149.95. This was an unauthorized charge to my credit card. I am going to have to file a dispute with my credit card company and hope that I get a full refund.

I ordered a trial supply of advanced cleanse for 14 days received the product the 15 th or Feb and received a charge on my account on the 26th of Feb for 149.95 for membership charges that I did not authorize. I want a full refund of my payment. and I already canceled my next order of the cleanse. I don't like dealing with this type of fraud. I originally ordered the trial run which was .99 cents plus shipping and handleing. No where in the original statement did it say i would be billed for more. Today I checked my bank statement and they bill me 149 dollars and some change. Im pissed i got ripped off and the stuff dosent even work. What a crock of crap.

They ftook $149.49 out of my account. Said I had 14 days to try it or your money back. It starts at the time you order and you get it with only 3 days to use it. I have eye drops and cannot use this with them. Been trying to get a refund. Have not opened the bottle. Just need my money back. This is a rip off.

I ordered this product which was to be a month trial, the product made me sick and angered my heart problem.I WAS PROMISED MY REFUND AND GIVEN A REFUND NUMBER. Went through all the steps asked and never got the refund. I called them today and was told refund was rejected. Is anyone gonna file a suit against this SCAM.

I paid s&h for a free trial, then canceled future orders like you are supposed to.Two days after i canceled another charge went through on my mothers debit card for 150 dollars.I didn't order anything. It overdrew my moms account.

My name is Sandra Nelson and I did your trial on the advance cleanse and I had till the 8th of March to cancel my order, on March 8th I called and cancelled this order and you stated that there would not be any charges made on my credit card. On Thursday March 11 th you withdrew two charges of $149.95 from my account, my cancellation # is 1041521, now I want my money put back into my account ASAP and I am going to contact the better business bureau on just how you conduct your business and treat your customers. The last four digits of the credit card you charged on is 6677 and I want my money back NOW! And I would also like the name and number of the head honcho of this cooperation cause when I file my complaint I want someone's name that is in charge of how things are ran at your business.

Advance Cleanse withdrew money from my account BEFORE my trial membership was over. They also withdrew $1.20 from my account. When I called to find out what the $1.20 was for they had NO record of this on their side. Yet, my bank gave me the serial number, the transaction code and the block batch number. I was told to fax my information to their legal department. This was withdrawn from my account on Feb 26. Weekly phone calls to them, daily faxes have yielded no results. I was treated so rudely when i FINALLY was allowed to speak to a supervisor. She told me it was "out of their control", when, in fact, it has been in their control the whole time. She told me that my account was being credited. That was over a week ago, and I still have not received my money. I am reporting them to the Better business bureau and anyone else who will listen!

I read about this product on the web from my local news channel. One of the news casters said she had great experience with the product and didn't have any problems ordering her free trial. I thought I would give it a try. I read the terms and conditions (you click on the bottom of the page to get this information). I thought I would have a chance to review the order before it went in but it didn't do that either. Once I ordered it I came across this page, and called customer service right away. They told me they don't have any record of my order on their system yet, and to call back in 24 hours. I told the woman that it was showing on my credit card as pending, but she couldn't help me. I used my visa card that is linked to my checking account, so I called the bank and told them what an idiot I was and asked them to block any further transactions from them. They said they have had a lot of problems with this company charging people before their 10 days are up. She issued me a new card with a new number. I may have to pay the $3.87 I agreed to, but at least I won't losse much more. I am going to call them back in 24 hours and let them know that I am cancelling my order and that my card has been cancelled. Lesson learned. I am glad I came across this website right after I ordered the product.

Now instead of them refunding $169 back to me they say we have a "NEW POLICY" which is complete BS and they have to give you a $50 gift card to some restaurant.com, which is probably just another scam...I am not going to do it.

THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEFS! After they rip you off they sell all of your information to other THIEFS! I had to close down my bank account beacause people were just taking money from me. THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK! I TRIED IT FOR A MONTH AND JUST HAD TERRIBLE DIARRHEA, I actually gained weight! IT IS A SCAM, DO NOT HAVE FAITH IN THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WILL SCREW YOU.

Okay, This is so crazy I had no idea that this would happen to me and now to see all these complaints. Wow! Well they told me on the phone and also through email that i was approved for a refund of 149.95 and that they had processed it on April 9th and that it would take 30 days to see it in my acct. It is now july 7th i have yet to see a refund and they tell me today that it is just not possible to give me a refund due to the fact that they stick to the policy. I should have known. So, not only are they thiefs they are liars as well! I think we should all call our closest news station and get this out in the open and hopefully people will listen and not get ripped off like we all did and possibly shut these people down. What scammers. They say it states it in terms and conditions that they wil take the 149.95 but in order to see terms and conditions you must click on the fine print at the bottom of the free trial page I would have never thought to look at that and most people wouldnt think it necessary to read that unless they were signing up to be a member. They fail to tell you that you are anywhere on that page. People like this disgust me I mean look how much money they have been able to steal from just the people here on this page they are making a killing on robbing from people. And, yes, you are all right on here it does no good to complain because they have found a legal way to steal from us. What a shame!

I tried this on "supposedly" a free trial but if you don't mail back their damn bottle then they charge you $79.95!
It is the a way to STEAL money from us! Don't do Advanced ACAI either! They will rip you off too!

I think this scam should be turned into the Attorney General of California! Before they steal more money from other innocent people! I am so pissed off and I will NEVER EVER get into one of these immoral scams again!
