I ordered a halloween costume online from this company. After they took my credit card information and put the order through, they sent me an email saying that the product was out of stock. I emailed them to see if the order had been cancelled. It was not, and I cancelled it. The day after I cancelled it they charged me for the costume. I have emailed them repeatedly to try to see if the costume has been shipped. They do not respond to emails and there is no phone number to call. I searched further and finally found a phone number for India. I do not want to call India! I have another costume on hold with another company, and not sure if I should cancel that one because these people will not answer me. Very frustrating to say the least.
