Adrianna Papell Failed return

Dear Sir / madam

I am writing to complain about the following:

An order made on the 30/9/22 , order no. DUX006510392 through Debenhams

Details of the dress : Chiffon capelet Gown Light Blue , size 16 , M887873395064

I was sent a barcode PS3CEX769 in order to return the item.

Unfortunately, the parcel was sent back to my address despite me taking it to a Yodel store and the store assistant scanning the barcode and taking the parcel with no issues.

I have tried to take it back to the same Yodel store, however he insisted that I would need another barcode from yourselves.

I sent an email regarding this and received NO REPLY. The 28 days of return is fast approaching and I am NOT prepared to be told that I can no longer receive a full refund due to time passed as I have made several attempts to solve this issue.

Please could you solve this issue and provide a FULL REFUND as soon as possible. I am not prepared to be penalised for a "late return" when I have raised my concerns and explained the above issues through emaail a few times. Do you need to send another barcode for return perhaps?

Please find attached evidence that I had sent it back on the 10/10/22 through a yodel store and further details of the dress.

Desired outcome: An explanation as to how I can return the item in a timely manner by sending another barcode or whatever is required, in order for me to receive a full refund.

Adrianna Papell Poorest customer service

I purchased a dress for a special occasion. This site leads one to believe they ship via Fed Ex. More than 20 days to ship from Ga to PA and further, they were unable to track. Not only did this arrive too late for me to wear, but now I'm paying to return and a restock fee. There are many other sites to purchase from, with actual customer service.

Adrianna Papell 2 dresses I ordered

I ordered 2 dresses and according to FEDEX they show them in Georgia for 9 days . They can't help me and said the shipper needs to call but the number listed online, I get a recording for a lady and have left several messages . I do not know what to do

Adrianna Papell don't order anything from ap

Not sure where to begin. I ordered a very expensive dress in green with sparkles. What I received looked nothing like the picture, very disappointing to me.
But the worst part of this is that they return policy clearly state that if something went wrong, if you didn't like the dress or it didn't meet your expectation, or maybe it has a bad quality, you can ship it back with no problem and, moreover, you will get a refund. I didn't know their return address and emailed them numerous times and no one responded...

Adrianna Papell avoid at all costs

Even if I tried to find something positive, I would never find it.
1) Knowing how websites and their delivery work, I ordered my dress 3 months before my wedding
2) I didn't get a tracking information along with a confirmation email. So I had to call them and additionally ask for it.
However what I got was false. And I had to contact them again which was useless.
3) I never received my dress. When I understood it would never arrive I started to look for another one at the nearest shopping area and found one.
4) I want to get my refund, but I understand they will give me a runaround. Because that's how they are.
It's a terrible place and I would never recommend it to anyone in the world.

Ordered a lovely dress from AP but decided to return- found another AP dress I liked better at Dillards. I was very disappointed that I had to pay shipping and restocking fees for the one returned to AP directly. It is not easily found on the site that they also charge for restocking - in fcat I don't see it at all so this is VERY MISLEADING. I will never order from them again!

Adrianna Papell a dress

I bought the above branded dress, for me to wear at the royal ascot. After a few hours of wearing it, its material started to fade and the floral pattern started to look as if it had been washed loads of time. That was the first time I wore that dress.
I felt very embarrassed, and it spoilt my whole day, which I had been looking forward to for a long time. My friends with me could not believe the look of the dress after a few hours. Its a £129 dress so its not cheap.

Adrianna Papell unethical behavior

I am deeply disappointed with the customer service AdriannaPapell.com provided. I've sent an email to customer service (which has either gone unnoticed or the company just refuses to acknowledge or answer) and called customer service 3 times. I called and wrote about experiencing a glitch in the computer system that resulted in me ordering the same final sale dress TWICE – BACK TO BACK. Their system never generated an order confirmation for the first order, so I ordered the dress a second time. Panic ensued as I realized this was a final sale item and I needed to cancel the order. My email and calls to customer service took place days before the dress shipped, but customer service said there was nothing they could do and couldn't even confirm whether or not I could return the item - even if I didn't even open it out of the box! The customer service representative said that my only recourse would be to reject the shipment. That is unethical and I have someone sign for my packages, so it isn't even a solution. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but after waiting 20 minutes I hung up - the company clearly doesn't care about their customers or their time. I don't understand why the company is penalizing a customer. They couldn't cancel the order even though the item had not shipped – I called and emailed days before shipment! Assuming I can return it (which no one on their end can confirm but I am going to try) I am stuck paying the return shipping costs. I will never order from your company again.

Adrianna Papell horrible customer service

I returned everything I bought from them in order to get a refund. But later they contacted me and said that they were not able to refund my money and will send everything back to me. They said that they found signs of use! I never worn anything because things were too small, I only tried them on and that's it! I asked them to explain in details what signs of use did they find, but they did not reply. I received everything back. I'm very disappointed with Adrianna Papell. Worst service ever!

Adrianna Papell horrible company!

Ordered a dress from Adrianna Papell and the one I received was too small so I contacted the company and asked for a replacement. They did not explain the reason but said that it was not possible and asked if I was ok with a refund and I said yes. I was supposed to get my money back in a week but then they said that they need some extra days. Over a month I have been waiting for my money and one day they just stopped replying to my messages! Seems like a scam!
