scam fraud
He will try to convince you to invest in Romanian land/real estate (Constanta area) with returns that are too good to be true.
If he tries to convince you of a solar project please don't fall for this. The solar market in Romania is death since 2015.
Please don't give any kinds of loans you won't see your money back.
If you are not familiar with Romania please be very careful in general but with Mr. Martin don't do any business. He represents nothing and he scammed a lot of foreigners during the last decade.

ADRIAN MARTIN is a scam. He pretends to represent investors and be connected in Real Estate. Stay away from ADRIAN MARTIN. He is a CON... click here to see his web page... http://209.91.133.247. He scammed us for 17k euros and when closing was to come, he turned his phone off and stop checking his email. HE IS A SCAM... STAY AWAY. He will be under investigation with the EU Fraud unit.

Please read this webpage before doing business with adrian martin from romania. Adrian martin romania commercial real estate is a con artist. And he will steal any money give to him up front. He does not have investors, or connections of any kind. So please stay away and heed this warning. This is not a joke. We were scammed by him fo4r 17k euros. I am warning all others to stay away from adrian martin. If he contacts you please email me his latest email address. He is under investigation by the romanian police and eu fraud unit. The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
If someone reads the first sentence of Adrian Martins message you can see he is a scammer. I can tell you that Adrian Martin from Otopeni/Bucharest is a scammer. I advise you to not do any kind of business with him. He will try to sell you real estate or land for a price far above the market value and he will get the difference. Please be careful.
To those interested: the author of this posting has signed a commercial contract, by which, he undertakes the obligation
not to pursue in any way, legal, financial, etc. the Agent - i.e. myself, irrespective of the outcome of the contract.
There was a request of financing - which could not meet the investors' criteria.
More than that, this person was never involved in a commercial contract with me, but an associate of his.
Therefore, he is concocting false accusations and calomny.
I have never been - or am - under any kind of investigation, financial, legal, etc. neither in Romania, nor
elsewhere.
I advise any reader of this posting, who knows me, to contact me directly for any clarifications; a resentful person who cannot respect a contract,
undermines my reputation and I have to defend myself!
