Do not use them
Adrian Flux Travel Insurance never passed on my details so when I called for assistance I had none. I had no calls back to me after 24hrs so decided I had to make my own arrangements. I don't have a credit card so drove my car home from Germany and caused £13, 000 of damages. Ombudsman has confirmed Flux are at fault and awarded me £200 for a clerical error. They appear to be in the business of percentages and loss so if they don't pass on the details and get at least one person paying for cover a day and then get court out by the Ombudsman (which took a year) then they would have a profit of approx £14, 800. Worth there time never passing on your details. I am not alone. Search the net and you will find others. They even sent me round the houses when I complained, they wanted to deal with me without the Ombudsman until they got estimates for repairs. Be Warned.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I don't know when Valerie had this experience, but I'd have to say that these people appear nowadays to be pretty untrustworthy. I was pestered by a cold call, and having heard of them I accepted that they give me a quote. The quote came in the form of a phone call a few hours after my initial contact. I put the phone down after four minutes of advertising. An while later they rang again, and said that they'd put me through to whoever I should speak to. I said that I'd put the phone down if I was just to be subjected to advertising, and they said I would be put through on a 'priority line'. Soon though, and the a hectoring man who insisted in talking at high speed over my voice when I questioned him, said that I must sign up immediately to get a £70 discount from the insurer, BeWiser, who they'd identified as the one who would give me the best quote. I said I'd never sign up for such a thing without checking the competition... More hectoring and eventually I'm afraid I felt all I could do was to end the call.
Then I looked up BeWiser on here...
Don't touch them.
