ADP flexible spending account

I was told my FSA funds would roll over from the previous year up to $500 and that the funds would be available 30 days after the year end. Our year ended on May 31 and my over $350 of funds from the last year are unavailable now because of "reconciliation" since July 26th. I was told not only that I cannot access my funds, they cannot give me a date on which they will be available. I need the funds for a dentist. I also want money available if I should get sick. I have been hung up on by a supervisor and never called back. Today is August 15th and I still have not been contacted by my rep, Jennifer DeCastro, although she is aware of the problem. After I explained the issue in an email survey sent to me by ADP, a vice president of consumer affairs left me a voicemail blaming a vendor but never emailed me or called me back, or for that matter even left a call back number. I Tweeted @ADP and was told someone would get back to me. That was about two weeks ago. Why can I not access my own funds to use for the purpose they are intended for? This is beyond poor service. Does ADP even have the legal authority to do this?

ADP customer service

There customer service agents are worthless Not a one can speak any relatable to the English version vocabulary at all! And if you call at night theres a couple that answers the numbers you call and can u tell there in same room but think there being slick ask for a supervisor and you get there other half. It's a joke period all they do is tell you there's nothing they can do.They also change there names more than a woman changes her mind and made up ones at that. So if you do name in a complaint you don't have there real name. You'd get more help if it was a computer answering Thats pathetic for now a days when its nice to reach a human. So u have a real issue who should you call GHOSTBUSTERS!

ADP customer service representatives

The Customer service providers at ADP. Have been highly demanding in the way that they speck to the customer. The first time I spoke with the ADP Representatives they provided I with the wrong information. That landed I in debt with my bank. The funds that I am currently still waiting on should not have been on the ADP card in the first place, I had my funds transferred. It is still unclear why they ended up in ADP systems while others ended up in the account I had it transferred to. It would be very appreciated, if you may send your customer service representatives back to customer service training. Thanks.

ADP flex spending is a nightmare!

I took 4 hours of my day and uploaded each and every receipt for 'validation'. I then spent 2 hours on a phone call with someone who could hardly speak english, let alone care about my problem on the account, then finally got a supervisor who just kept telling me that the receipts didn't match up! My god I sent you eobs from cigna! These people have suspended my card with over 900.00 on it... Of which I can only carry over 500 next year and will lose the rest. This is a scam, I cannot even get anyone on the phone that cares enough to help me get these supposedly unvalidated doctor's claims and receipts figured out.
The problem with this system is the dates and the amounts... If they don't match up exactly, you will not get validated... Even if they are a penny or two off! Sometimes I will pay a vendor such as carecentrix 3 payments to clear an account and not one by one per every little single item I ordered for my cpap machine. But... Adp's system is too stupid to understand that the eob may have 3 separate charges which in total will add up to the amount I charged on my fsa card! This whole ordeal is the most frustrating thing i've ever dealt with - and it's my own money! Any reasonable human can look at even the titles of the where the charges were made, for example: johns hopkins medical and see that it was at my pcp provider for an appointment.
Plus - out of all of the scans I sent in yesterday only two of them appeared on the system! As I was talking with the supervisor today I uploaded 3 more, and she said "oh I see them now"! Are you kidding me? Then she went on to argue the point that the money isn't matching up and she thought I was trying to pay for an old visit to the dermatologist with 2017 funds! Absurd! Look at the eob lady... It was for a 2017 visit on jan 9th!

I will never ever ever use an fsa again. The only reason I wanted to try this was because my employer gave us all 500.00 a year in the account as "free money". Unless you have all the time in the world to maintain receipts, eobs and scan a [censor] load of materials this process is absurd! They can keep my effing' money... I make more per hour than to sit around spending my time on the phone with [censor] that aren't willing to help me or even think through the issues and 'validate' the medical charges.

ADP complaint about discrimination

Hello my name is Kesha and I contacted Adp to find out information on how to obtain benefits and coverage for 100 employees. The representative Kara gabrielli-sarkis made several condensing remarks and assumed that my business was not successful enough to have that many employees. I have a partnership with 5 universities in Atlanta ga and I was calling to establish benefits, but now I do not want adp services. I was shocked that a company like adp would have employees that discriminate against African Americans.

ADP payroll

Just awful. They try to argue that they protect and care about small businesses when in fact the don't. We launched our company 1 year ago and they sold us hard. We made the decision to go with ADP, since as a new start up we didn't want to have to worry about payroll and rather pay a service to do it for us. They've been nothing short of useless...no advising, no customer service even when we escalated an issue to the manager of our account rep who had mentioned she'd handle and left us without an update for weeks. We asked for an update to our payroll in order to comply with IRS requirements and nothing - this could be a liability issue for them..We realize that now, they don't care about small businesses - they don't want to "waste" their time unless they can upsell you for hundreds a month. ADP payroll and online recruiting

Last year when I worked for a company they messed my paycheck up almost every time! Lucky boss would fix with personal checks and 3 way calls. I was considering suing them for harassment and grand theft.

Now I'm trying to get a job in a new state and the on-line application waits for 13 years of detail job history to give me a server error not once but twice? I ended up having to write in what I was specifically told in instructions not to write "Computer server error [See resume]" with other Gibberish and only 1 job history to push it through the system.

ADP hr business partner

I am writing to issue and complaint on your HR business partner- Jessica Wu.
She is incompetent and unethical. Last week, I was told to contact her regarding an confidential issue I had and all she did was ignore my issue and dismiss me. Jessica rudely told me she would look in my issue, but I had yet to hear back from her. Worst of all, I was in the women's restroom and I could hear her back-mouthing me in the restroom speaking to her boyfriend. How could anyone trust someone from HR if she is unethical and not trustworthy? I continued to hear her talking about how she is traveling to Vegas for work but is so happy in spending company's dime and money on personal usage with her boyfriend. Is she working or spending fraudulent charges?
I do not believe a word she comes out of her mouth. She was bluntly spilling all confidential information to her boyfriend where she had no right to do this. This employee is not HR and does not know what she is doing. I spoke with a few of my other colleagues and when I mentioned her name, they all agreed that she does not know what she is doing. She never replies to anyone and when you try to schedule a meeting with her, her response time is impeccable late. She needs to get fired.

ADP health savings account

I have $2168 in my health savings account and have verified every transaction from this year. My card did not work yesterday, so I called. Spent an hour on the phone only to have them tell me everything with my account and my card is fine. They don't know what's wrong. They will investigate. Today I tried to submit an online claim and I get a message that my account is no longer active. I called again and spent another hour on the phone only to have the person tell me they can't find my account after an hour.

ADP repeated wrong number calls, failure to update records with correct info

I receive multiple calls some days & often multiple calls a week on a wrong number from ADP - this has been going on for a year! I call ADP & tell them & they can't find my number in the system. I listen to their message & am able to report to ADP who they think they are calling & they say they will update the record but the calls never stop- I would like to report them as harassment and would like to make the calls stop.

ADP Cobra Administration

They are missing a payment I sent to former UMR administrator and say they cant contact UMR. Overseas call center is useless and only repeats stupid script and can't understand. What should be a 10 minute conversation turns into an hour with no follow up or resolution. I've now spent over 8 hours trying to get someone to fix that I'm paid one month in advance and have actually overpaid due to rate change and no one at ADP will contact me and their online COBRA keeps saying email is not available at this time. Are they crooks or what? At the very least incompetent and unorganized or too big address issues and overseas is not the answer! Even the US call center hasn't responded to me even though I've sent all proof from my bank account.

ADP flexible spending health care plan - flex spend debit/credit card

Card never works. Can't use it to swipe at the doctor's office for a co-pay which is somewhat embarrassing as it appears as a declined credit card.
Can't use it to buy a train ticket.
Unable to use it to re-fill my metro card.
Have made half a dozen calls to customer service and am given different barely plausible excuses for why my card doesn't work.
Have stopped contributing to my transit account and am working hard to spend $280 in my medical account, leftover from last year.
Terrible customer service.
Takes at least 30 minutes on the phone to speak to a rep.

ADP cobra

I sadly got ill and had to stop working. From the start ADP tried their best to block me from signing up. They even went as far as to tell me that they didn't receive my payment that was until I showed them a letter from the bank. They are amoral and unethical. I just received a renewal paperwork and it says in bold like all other insurance companies you don't have to send it in if there are no changes. They don't tell you they sent you a blank application so you have to send it back no matter what. Why would they put such a misleading statement in bold? This company should be investigated and either prosecuted or shut down. ADP is a disgrace. How can you try to scam from sick people? I call for a class action case against ADP. They are obviously not doing their job with good faith. Stay away if you can!

ADP flexible spending account

Where to begin? They provide a card for swiping, but then "review" every charge and require me to send in a receipt anyway. I am now on the phone with them and have been holding for over an hour. I need information about my account and the website tells me it cannot verify me. This has been nothing but frustration with this company; I do not think they should be allowed to do business in any state. They have deducted money from my paycheck, required me to jump through hoops to use the money, and now tell me they will cancel my account if I don't get in touch with them. Cannot do so through website and endless hold using the phone.

ADP flexible spending account

Horrible customer service. Biggest pain in my a** in my life . I signed up for this service through my employer to save a few $$$ - but trust me - for all the hassle and hell they put you through, it's absolutely NOT WORTH IT. Can seem to use my card for any purchases (despite their being "FSA approved") - rejected at every retailer and online. Now I have to WASTE EVEN MORE TIME trying to figure out this mess and how to spend down my account. They make it impossible to get your hands on YOUR MONEY! It's an outrage and it's driving me crazy. Repeat - DO NOT USE ADP! Take heed and follow our warnings. They are a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company.

ADP totalpay debit card - they will not give me my money!

These guys are theives. I had my paycheck deposited to only find out the card was put on hold due to an "upgrade" and identity verification. I live paycheck to paycheck as it is so I stupidly sent them my drivers license ( only to have toner fax becaus it was supposedly to dark) my marriage certiricate, social security card and pay stub with my address. Since then I have been told I needed a court document with my legal name change (hello marriage certificate and ss card!) to resubmit all the information and some bs about they couldn't read my last name! So here I sit no men's, work can not reverse it, and these guys keep giving me the run around. I never get transferred to a "supervisor" and they have no one to contact. SCAM! These people are probably in China stealing identities. I plan on following up on this!

ADP wage garnishment

Received a garnishment on my check tried to go on line but asked for a case #never received a copy of the garnishment until a week after it came out of my check not able to talk to anyone on the weekend so had to wait till Monday to find out anything this garnishment happen again last year same company same amount same lien # at the time last year this lien is not mine but a insurance company bill my attorney had to fax the information to this company the company that got the lien it should have been solved last year but wasn't now when I called then it says it was paid back to me last year yes it was for last not this year now been waiting for a return of my money they said they couldn't send me a check but it goes back on my paycheck why do I have to pay taxed on this money again also have not received $5.00 for adm fee's for each year this has happenn

ADP fsa card

These people are unbelievable! I have submitted the receipt from my dentist office 2 times now and each time I call to verify, the person says they have what they need, but then they turn my card off. No one seems to take ownership, and it seems like 50 people can say no, but no one can say yes to fix it. The invoice/receipt has all the info from my dentist(whom I have used in prior years with no problem) and various charges on one invoice for a bridge I received. Somehow $62 dollars out of the total of almost $2200 is stuck in their craw. They claim they are working for the IRS to prove that the money is not being misappropriated but aren't I the one responsible for my relationship with the IRS? My accountant seems to think so but says just give them what they want. I am tired and the amount I save in taxes is not worth the amount of this headache. I have approached my HR department but they must be saving money with ADP because although there are several complaints from other workers including myself, nothing seems to make them change back to our other FSA card. I will opt out for next year and I guess file a claim in small claims court for the 300 dollars they have frozen.

ADP they will not pay me my monyey

I signed up through my employer for the ADP FSA Dependent care account. My first complaint is I had a check issued 7/2015 for $430.00 I requested a stop pay/reissue because I never received nor cashed the check. It has been two weeks and I still have not received the “lost check form” all the representatives keep telling me about every time. I then call today 9/30/2015 what do you know they are sending me another “lost check form”. So I ask to follow up on a claim I submitted 9/26/15 for $215.00 and was informed my claim has been rejected because the receipt said the word “tuition”. However, when I submitted this receipt it also asked me for my daughter’s date of birth that clearly would prove she just turned 4 in June. Per the ineligible expense list on ADP states “Educational expenses are not covered EXCEPT where child is in preschool or nursery school”. In the state of CA a child cannot start kindergarten until they are 5 so I don’t understand how I can be denied my own money for my child’s preschool because they will not take the time to research my claim. I cannot change a facilities programming on their billing statements. So, I now might have to pull my daughter out of preschool and risk losing my job because I am not being reimbursed for my expenses as promised for wording that is out of my control.

ADP allowing others to access our money

My husband and and i both have adp total pay card... This past monday after a long, hot, hard day at work... Hubby wanted to do something for us, his family...He went and checked both our cards...We were in shock when we got to his card...$1800 had been removed and put into another account, someone else's! he immediately called..They explained that they were going to send out a packet in which he needs to fill out all the paper work and then send it back so they can start their investigation...In which it could take 30 to 60 days to get our hard earned money back, in the meantime, my kids are now in need of food and we don't get paid again for two weeks!... We found out on our own by logging into the website ...The name...The bank that is associated with the routing number... We took it upon ourselves to call... Coming to find out...Some delinquent got into his account and did an online funds transfer to some other cards... They froze the account and he was told he would receive a call in 72 hours...Me being impatient had him call today, it was almost 72 hours... They tell him that all they need is for adp to send some paper to them and verify that it is ours...Hubby calls adp and explains this... It don't matter! they say we need to fill out the papers and we will go from there...With absolutely no guarantee that we will get our money back! they are such rotten crooks! i really wish they would contact us and resolve this in a more timely fashion...my kids are going without!
