Was conned into buying over $2, 000 of product. Was told it was hypoallergenic and was guaranteed. It was not!
Broke out in bad rash after using it at home. When tried to return was told no returns, no refunds. What a scam!
Took advantage of a woman in a wheelchair! Have filed BBB complaint and they have not responded. Do NOT buy from this company, Web site is misleading and says product has guaranteed satisfaction and that returns are accepted.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Terrible Scam! company should not be allowed to scam . Don't have much confidence anything will ever be done to them and their fraud schemes. Credit Card Dispute Center, always seems to come down on their side. BEWARE! BEWARE!
I was pulled into their location on Rodeo Drive, BH. Fortunately I listened to my gut that told me it was too pushy to be legitimate as i have a recent experience where I did fall for a scam, thr tone and energy was very similar. Besides the frightening price that started at $1, 105.00 down to $300.00, maybe i would have fallen for it if the cream worked for me but it actually made my under eye area look strange.

same thing happened to me! please, could anyone confirm that disputing charges with the credit card company had been succesful? i´ve lost 900dolars. thank you all!
Try to file a complaint to your debit/ credit card
the same thing happened to my wife. these salesman are like vultures selling time shares but they prey on the elderly
