Hi my name is Shante and Im here to tell everybody about Adison High School. That school is full of ###. They are scamers. They sent me a bunch junk from them after i paid 300.00 dollars for my diploma. I can't get in any online colleges and i am so pissed. I was reading other people on here talking about Adison High School and how they ###ed over them to. I think we need to take action as soon as possible.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I got the "high school diploma" from Adison High School and then I tried to apply for college and I was rejected because they would not accept the transcripts because they were not legit. AHS sent me copies of my transcripts with my diploma, but the colleges would not accept them because they had to be in a sealed envelope from the school. I then called AHS to have them send the college a copy of my transcript and they charged me and extra $50 on top of the $299 I have already paid them for a piece of paper that is worthless. DO NOT give them a dime of your money. They are a scam.
I talked to them about getting my money back for this waste of time. They told me that I would need to get a rejection letter sent to them form the college i applied for. I asked them for a mailing address to have the letter send to and they told me that because they are a online high school that they are not required to have a mailing address. They also told me that their administration office is in Huston, Tx. I asked the lady for a address and/or a telephone number, she then say that she doesn't have one for them. I'm willing 100% to sign anything to help press charges and get them shut down.
Do not use this site for a diploma.It is a SCAM.I took the test today, and it said I passed with flying colors basically.I was skeptical of the site so I researched it.I saw that a lot of people were scammed and were unable to use this diploma.I decided to go under a fictitious name .I randomly answered the questions and passed with a higher GPA .I knew that the answers were grossly wrong it literally took me 5 minutes to take the test.I called the place and of course they denied any wrong doing.I told them what I did and they said it was impossible, I told them obviously not because I did it and I told them that I was reporting them to the BBB of Houston, that is where they are stationed.I filed a report today and thank god I was smart enough not to give them my $300
So hopefully this will help someone else from getting scammed...and the people who did I would get a lawyer or file a complaint as well with the BBB ...If there is enough complaints, maybe we can put them out of business and get them off the web...DONT USE ADISON HIGH SCHOOL for your diploma or any online schools for that matter..."Heed the Warning"
i have been scam by this school. they gave me a fake diploma. and they took $299.00 buks from me. i been trying to get in to school like a well know UEI, ITT Tech and Wyotech. Im having problems getting into this schools cuz of a fake diploma. Now i need to go back to a real school to get real GED.
This place is a scam. My son went to go to a pa job corp. They asked if he had a diploma and we gave it to them. They laughed at us. They said it isn't worth the paper it was written on. They showed me all the disputes against Addison and when I called and confronted them they hung up on me and my husband. I called the BBB and their is alot against Addison and I also contacted a lawyer to see what I can do... This is sad that this place is aloud to scam people and in ways ruin peoples lives... I hope that they get shut down and forced to repay people... I know the money isn't the issue, but it will hopefully teach these scums that you don't play with peoples lives!

I can't believe they are such a rippoff... They give you a test, you spend your time then your money for a worthless piece of paper...
Rite! I just completed an test online and I was talking to a chat person and I asked for an full address and Zip code and they wouldn't release it to me. I played before from an online school. I payed for everything and when I tried to use the diploma for colleges I couldn't get in anywhere! I think all these fake online schools should be prohibited from the internet access.
TO U 6274 U ARE A LIAR OR SOMEONE PAID U TO LIE U CAN NOT GET IN TO THE UNIVERSITY OF PHENIX WITH AHS DIPLOMAS POINT BLANK PERIOD! BECAUSE I APPLYIED THEIR AND I AM A AHS GRADUATE AND THE UNIVERSITY OF PHENIX DID NOT ACCEPT ME DUE TO AHS IS NOT ACCREDITED!
@Digz: Are you upset because you passed the test even though you tried very hard to fail? As you said you did not pay them any money then whats the harm? You took a free test which you passed where is the scamming part?

Adison High School is a very reputed online high school, this complain is very vague which proves that it has been posted in pure frustration. I have read a lot about Adison High School and found a lot of positive comments on most threads and forums about them. It's a genuine school. This complaint makes very little sense.
Ok so this is a old post but if anyone is still looking to bust theses ### wipes, i paid for this crap too.
I plan on gathering up as many names as i can, I am going to get as many of you guys as i can to contact me .
And i will give you all the details of what i want to do.
I am a single dad and i should have been smarter than to fall for this crap.

Okay i have been reading many complaints about this but i too, got my diploma through Adison HS online and I am currently in college. I'm starting my junior year at The University of Phoenix. I have had no problems. I'm sorry that so many of you had.
Did you really think a college a was going to accept a diploma from a online high school. You have to actually go to school like everyone else in the world.
