Adidas unethical behaviour

My husband has purchased the attached adidas shoes Monday the 13th of February, 2017 (around 6 p.m. purchased with a credit card number [protected]) from Adidas Store in front of Europa center - Berlin.
Upon his return we have discovered we need a bigger size (the receipt was lost). We have proceeded to adidas store located in Cairo festival City Egypt who informed us they can only exchange it if same model is available in Egypt (as it is a new model, it is still not here in Egypt).
I also called the head office where my call was received by Ms. Aya Salama who was very tense and nervous and didn't help at all in that regard.
We need to exchange the shoe with a bigger one from one of the available models here in Egypt. In addition, I want to complaint from the very impolite way the head office representative has treated my inquiry.

Adidas adidas energy boost 3 running shoe

Good day Adidas South Africa

I bought a pair of Adidas Energy Boost 3 on 02/08/2016 @ Runners Emporium in Bloemfontein. I bought this only for races and not for normal training. after i put only 28km's on the shoe, i realized that it has almost run through the sole on the left side and almost the same on the right. i took at back to the store i bought it at and they advised that they will have an Adidas rep look at it. after about two weeks they got back to me saying that it is part of the run in and that i should just keep an eye on it. It's just getting worst and i spent R1950 on this shoe and it hurts me paying so much for something but not getting value out of it. i would really appreciate it if could get some kind of refund to buy another shoe. I really like my Adidas running shoes.

Adidas spectacles / eyewear

Today I bought a pair of adidas originals eyewear and to my surprise and Absolute shock when I came to collect my spectacles I saw that it didn't come with a box for my spectacles but a tiny bag that my specs are supposed to go into . I work in construction and this little thing is not going to work for me . Never can I pay R2300 for spectacles and not even receive a decent carry case for it . I urgently await response from you . Adidas quality complaint

Hello.I have been using adidas sports shoes for most of my sporting activities and have always been happy with the quality.Until recently when i purchased adidas lite runners.They now have rips on(both)the big toe area.I have never experienced this with any shoes and am nt happy with buying a new pair when these ones havent even been used that much

Hi my name is Tiny and recently i bought a cloudfoam running shoe and for some reason both my shoes are torn on both sides at the toes. My shoes are only 5 monthes old and for the R1200 I payed I would want better quality. I would appreciate it if someone would get back to me. Thanks

Adidas stan smith - quality issue

I bought a pair of white Stan Smith's on the 21 Jan 2017 and wore them on the 23 Jan 2017, the issue I am having with the sneaker is that the cut doesn't seem right the toe cap is really wide (it's not a half size) and when I walk it creases so badly and looks horrible. I have another pair of Stans that I compared it to the fit is completely different. Please find the attached pics in regards to what I am referring to

Bought a super on 16/12/2016 and been worn about 5 times and the threads at the front are coming off. And the bought the same shoe for my sister same time same shop and hers are still intact

Adidas addi power hockey shoes 2016

Good day

My son play hockey for the Namibian team for the past 10 years, Potchefstroom University and North West Province. He only use Adidas hockey shoes for the past few years. We never had a problem before but the last shoes that a bought at Province Sport in Cape Town was in a state after 4 months. He only wear Adidas for sport and he play a lot of hockey on Astro Turfs but I would understand if the soles perish but in this case the soles are still fine but the upper part was a disaster.

I have to buy new shoes in the next week but like to find out if you experience more problems with the previous version and if the new version will go the same way or at least last a season.

Adidas shoes

Good day,

I've purchased your product at Cross Trainer Clear Water in South Africa and I’m not satisfied with it.This was a pair of flip flops that lost its shape after a week and the colours on top faded. I love Adidas and I had a lot of fate in your brand but I’m actually starting to rethink my opinion.

Adidas adidas tracksuit pants

Hi,

I have 3 pairs of addidas pants. All 3 seams have opened. All in the crotch area at the bottom and back. I have attached 3 pics one of each pants. All doing the same thing.

Bought the first 2 black ones almost a year ago and the blue one was less then 6 months old. Very bad quality.

Bought Nike pants same day as the blue pants and it's still going no issues.

Please addidas correct your poor sewing.

Unfortunately I don't have the proof of payment anymore. If I had I would have taken it back. All bought from well know clothing store.

Adidas racist manager hugo burger chased me from the store

I went to adidas mall of africa shop 1019 today he 21st December 2016 and when I get out of the shop there alarm bleep and someone came running and requested to go back to the shop, I was approached like a thief and while still questioning the attitude the so called manager came and threatened to arrest me.He searched me and found nothing, Hugo burger told me to never come back to his store.
Is this how adidas treats their customers?

Adidas the sneakers

I received a pair of Adidas Torsion sneakers as a gift only 1 month ago. I have worn them on a few occasions only to find that the tip front of the shoe started getting a hole in the fabric. I have a few pairs of Adidas and this is the first time this has ever happened. Need to have them replaced as this is not like the Adidas I know.

Adidas adidas nmd

I recently purchased a pair of Black Adidas NMD's.
The bottom sole has already started seperating from the white sole above it and i have only used them 4 times. I have been wearing Adidas shoes for as long as I can remember and I have never received such bad qualitt Adidas product. Considering the shoes cost About R2000 on a pair of shoes I really didn't expect this to happen.

Adidas adidas cloudfoam sneakers

Good day

I would like to submit a complaint in regards to a purchase of the Adidas Cloudfoam sneakers on 19 March 2016.

I am highly disappointed in the poor quality of this product which has been used soley for it's stipulated use. My sneakers are only 7 months old and already one of the shoes has torn completely on one side and the other has an emerging hole-please see photo attached.

I decided to purchase from your brand instead of Nike in hope that the quality of your sneakers would be of a higher standard and be more durably. Unfortunately, this has not been the case.

I hope you will endeavor to compensate for the poor quality of your product.

Adidas adidas shoe

I bought the attached takkie from a sportscene store in the Bluff in Durban area maybe 24 months ago and the quality is not up to scratch for what I know the brand to be. I have used it fairly well enough and never for gym purposes but only as a casual shoe.
You can see the adidas branding has come out of the tongue area on the right shoe and the right shoe has torn where the knit fabric and the rubber fabric are stitched.

I have many adidas shoes as this is my preferred brand but this is the first time I am having this problem with your brand as my shoes last me a long while. I have a NEO which I have for the same period of time and still looks new with similar amount of wear.

Not happy...

Adidas super rude staff!

My mother wanted to surprise me and bought a pair of Adidas shoes. Unfortunately she bought the wrong size and went back to the store to replace them. When she came back she said that Adidas staff was rude to her and their refused to help. I took the shoes and went there myself. As my mother said they were rude and ignorant. They just stood there and said that they will not do anything. They said that it was our fault and that if my mother did not know my size then it was better for her not to buy anything. How dare they talk like that? I was angry and threw those shoes in her face. Only after that they gave our money back and asked me to leave the store. I'm extremely disappointed with Adidas! You should train your employees better!

Adidas extremely disappointed!

I'm very disappointed with Adidas! These guys are the biggest disappointment ever! I was a loyal Adidas customer for many years now and bought a lot of things from them. I was always satisfied with the high quality, good prices and professional service. That was until I made an online order!
So I purchased a pair of shoes from Adidas and when they arrived they were too small. I thought that was not a problem and contacted Adidas. I explained that received a pair of shoes which was too small and asked for a replacement. Their rep said that these shoes were the last in stock so replacement wasn't possible. Then I asked for a refund and they refused and said that they could do that because they were not able to accept back anything what was on sale! Then I asked for their manager, but Adidas rep said that manager was way too busy and did not have time for phone calls. These guys are the worst ever! Will never order anything from Adidas online!

Adidas order delivered but actually not received

I ordered a pair of shoes through adidas.com/us on September 25th, and on September 28th I received a letter saying that my order has been delivered, but actually I really didn't receive.I asked the customer service where my order is, they just can solve my problem and they cannot assume responsibility for lost shipment and the service is really bad!

Adidas bad service

Yesterday went to one of Adidas stores and had the worst shopping experience in my life! I came to the store and saw nice pair of sneakers. Price was really low because these sneakers were on sale. I found my size, tried them on and immediately fell in love. Amazing shoes! I took them and asked one of the employees could they keep them for like 20 minutes and I'll be back with the money (forgot my wallet) and they said sure no problem. I went back to my car, took the money and went back to the store. When I came in I saw a guy who was buying the same shoes. He paid and went away. I told the cashier that I left my sneakers there and came back to buy them. And then I found out that while I was away that guy who I saw bought my shoes! He asked for the same size and they sold him the shoes I wanted to buy! I was so angry! I came back within 15 minutes and they already sold them! What a joke! I'm very disappointed with Adidas.

Adidas defective shoes sold in sale and not exchanging / refunding money

We purchased two pair of shoes in 40% sale on 11-Jan-2016, Bill No 9C9264. Both of them started wearing off within few days and so we wrote an email to [protected]@adidas.com, to which they replied that we can buy something from same store equivalent to the amount we paid.

There are couple of points to be noted here:
1. I have seen many complaints around defective shoes in sale and since both of our shoes came out to be defective, it looks like Adidas sells defective pieces in sale. They attract customers to buy defective shoes by giving discounts and does not provide enough support for complaints.
2. This is trap for the customer, that once he has bought a shoes and even if it came out to be defective, customer need to spend more money to get a new pair of shoes because they are not providing refund or credit note or exchanging it for same pair of new shoes.
3. If it would not have been on discount and not ADIDAS, we would not have bought those shoes and now they asks us to buy shoes within 15 days on no discount. Nobody can judge looking at the shoes that a 8k worth shoes would worn out. There should be some "Brand Value" of the item. Why would someone buy from Adidas again if it has to tear off in few days, we would rather go for a 1k pair of shoes that works well for 6 months easily.
4. We would like to either get the money back or a credit note valid for at least a year or letting us buy something else equivalent of the MRP of the shoes and not the amount we paid. Everything else is like fooling and loosing a customer. Why would anyone go for such a BIG shoes brand when there is not customer care support?
5. I called customer care to discuss this issue and the I had to wait for at least 20 minutes to get hold of an assistant. And the lady transferred my call somewhere without even informing me which nobody picked up and finally I had to drop the call.

Request you to look into the issue on an urgent basis and provide a proper resolution.

Adidas new zx flux

I bought some ZX flux from JD a few weeks ago and the next day I was going to a party so I thought oh I will wear my new trainers. When I arrived at the party I looked down to see if I had made an effort in what I was dressed in and in the corner of my eye I saw that inside the plastic cover of the shoe there was a bit of a bluer so I tried to rub it off but nothing happened so I went into the party. Then later on another person wearing the same trainers as me came up to me and said that I was a tramp because I was wearing fake flux and it really hurt me that I paid £75 for some trainers to look nice in and then got called a tramp for wearing them. The next day I found out that it was condensation because there was water in the side of them.
