Adidas review: shoe cracked within week 60

I've experienced poor service from adidas since I've been waiting for my refund since last year December.. I've complained send them an email several times but evn now is not resolved am still waiting

I bought the titled shoes from adidas store in Istanbul 3 months back. Now it was cut from the side !

Even though I am using it for office work which is very soft usage.

I am really disappointed ☹️

I purchased these 8 months ago and have only wore them 12 times. The loop at the back of the heel tore away. This shouldn’t happen with $150 shoe.

My friend got me a pair of speedportals .3 as a birthday present on july 4th 2023 at 18:39 when i did not want it so i want to get a refund but the resipt says that there is no cash refunds but i need the money

I purchased 2 items from adidas and have found the same items from Myer at a lower price. I have contacted adidas and they have advised me that there is nothing they can do about it. Not very happy at all. There is a difference of about $20 between both items

I was given a pair of Bounce style sneakers for my birthday 10/28/2022. By April 2023 the bottom of the sneaker was separating. I use them for the gym on a soft surface and walking only. I thought the product was better than that. They are a hazard now to wear in the gym because I may trip.

I do not have receipt because it was given as a gift.

I sent back my item for an exchange, haven’t received an exchange as of yet. I called the customer service hotline, wasn’t resolved. I called three separate occasions to speak to a supervisor, there’s never a supervisor available. I ask for corporate information, reps don’t have that information. Worst company, and very unprofessional.

I buy lots of stuff around 15 pairs but guy’s I am not fool person because I know that the shoes which are Vietnam made their quality is like a fake this is a scandal which Is run by most of the adidas production and they put a huge discount on that product because they know that these are a fake.

I bought the shoes two days ago and yesterday i wore it for the first time just for and actual minute and I didn’t feel comfortable wearing it

And they told me it’s now used

Hi,I bought adidas EQ21 RUN shoes through Adidas online UAE on 06/10/2022.But they delivered the damaged one.I called customer care and sent all the required documents they needed.Later they refused to take it back.I never used the time.it is with security tag and packing.The shoes front side was bend inward when I received.

The GMR app is not working unable to log in, I have re-installed and reset password but same error occurs.

This has been going on since 01.09.20225, there has been no support from Adidas via Email, WhatsApp or Website Chat.

The Error message is "An error occured"

I bought these shows from adidas store Dubai .Unfortunately it’s quality is not up to mark .shoe is not glued properly .No point of paying this much high amount for such a lower quality product.

I ordered a personalized football shirt and the order came unpersonalized and I paid for the customization but they didn't get back to me, the customer services are useless, no one solved my problem and no one contacted me, I sent countless emails. I am very dissatisfied, I will not order anything from this site again!

After playing with the cleats for only 5 months the right boot tore at the toe seam and ripped a hole in the lining there at the toe seam.

I have the receipt of the order on March 5th and just or July 27 I have come to develop these problems.

After wearing the following shoes less than half a year occasionally, the soles of both shoes got torn, and I cannot use them anymore!

I purchased the Adidas cricket shoe from Sportsmans warehouse. I only used it for 2 months and the right shoes spike has torn off the whole shoe. I believe that this was a manufacturer problem as all the others are in tact.

My son has a pair of Adidas football gloves he has used twice playing catch. The stitching broke and the one glove is falling apart. For the price of the gloves they should not be falling apart!

Bought Man U jersey from a sports shop in Queensway Shopping Centre while on holiday. Now noticed that the lines on the left ball is incomplete/ missing a few lines.

Hi bought a pair of adidas sneakers at footgear in boksburg and I was so disappointed it looked like some one have warn them they were so dirty and smelled my dad was so mad that he threw the shoes away. We paid so much of money on adidas shoes that someone has warm I am so disappointed in adidas this is unacceptable of adidas

I bought sneakers last year End of November 2016 and already they are falling apart. I am disappointed as to how a sneaker that costs R1500 would be fo such poor quality. Would appreciate if my Sneaker is replaced I cannot take it back to Stattufords canal walk as it is now closed down!

I bought a MUFC Soccer Jersey from Adidas in Mall of Africa. (Picture attached). They left the security tag on the shirt and it didn't even beep when I walked out. So tell me, how the hell must I wear the shirt with the security tag still attached?

I bought my son school schools. He had them for 5 months. He did not wear your Adidas shoes everyday. They still look brand new. He comes home one day with the tongue falling out, the stitching came right out. Highly unsatisfied with a shoe that will only last five months even when not worn everyday!

i bought these x16 soccer shoea from total sport gateway for 2.7k I legit wore it for 1 week everyday for training and the whole sole came out like out completely this is absoulouty not whay i paid for.

Ive been purchasing adidas all my life it's the only brand I wear. When I purchased a Rita ora adidas tights, the first time I wore them the adidas logo started to peel off! It looks terrible now ..poor quality ...terribly Disappointed!

Ultra Boost 3.0, triple black. As you can see from the attached photo, the sole split after only a few weeks of occasional wear. This split occurred on both shoes. Customer service does not respond to web inquiry. Requesting replacement.
