I had purchased ADIDAS shoes from their patna showroom (in front of mauryalok ) when i started wearing the shoe it got torn apart and cracked in few days much to my surprise as never imagine that a shoe costing rs2000... and from WORLD NO2 Shoe mfgr become unwearable in a week! Since i have lost the receipt as the name ADIDAS IS sufficient guarantee who cares about receipt. The shoe is still lying in my garage much to the astonoishment of my friends and guest...

i have purchase a pair of Adidas Shoes from delhi selectcitywalk which was cost of Rs. 8899/- and it is surprising that the Net Of That shoes had cut within one month and there is no care and hearing from company point of view
I never seen that behaviour of ADIDAS is worst Than a LOCAL Brand
I Think If ADIDAS Have some manners of quality
They must maintain toward the custmor

I purchase a pair of Adadis shoes Freemont Mid #G49739 UNIRED/UNIRED/BLACK [protected] size 10 1/2
from footlocker shoe store at the south hill mall puyallupfor my grandson on July 2nd 2013. Shoes fell apart and on Sept 20, took the shoes back to foot locker and was told that they could do nothing. I needed to contact the manafacture. The shoes did not last and I would like a refund or a new pair of shoes. I paid $54.59. Very disapointed.

I had a gift from my friend from Adidas store in Mall of Arabia, 6 October, Egypt. 16 days later i tried to return the gift and take the money back because i didn't like the shoes . Although I had the receipt the manager refused to return my money back because he want the same visa that I buy from... He refused to give me my money cash or even on my visa .. as he wants the visa of my friend who gave me the gift .. how come i tell my friend give me your visa because i didn't like your gift and i want to take the money .. dont you have a system for gifts return ? and this was the last day to return the gift and i dont know what to do ... And by the way the manger was very rude .. his name is Mohamed Nabil .

The on i went to is on 5060 N GREELEY AVE PORtLAND, Oregon, 97217 on June 2nd, 2015
They don't respect their customers at all. They are rude! They don't think it is OK when you take a phone out from the pocket. They have discrimination. They kick you out if they don't like you. They don't allow you to purchase without giving you any reasons. When I took the phone out to call to see what size he need, the guy called Leo came to see to tell me that it was not allowed to take pictures rudely. And I told him kindly that I was not taking picture and I was trying to call my friends. When I was holding my phone in my hand to look for my friend's phone number, a lady came to me and she told me that I couldn't purchase there any more. The reason she gave me for kicking out was that I matched the description of those people who usually purchase high quantity. If this is the main reason, why the man who checked my pass let me come in and I was walking around there almost 20 minutes without being informed that I couldn’t come?
The funny thing is that: after Leo noticed that I was taking out the phone, I was kicked out suddenly. I tried to know why I am not allowed to come there anymore, the manager who is a lady yelled out that she wanted me out because of the information that the security team gave to her. I couldn't say anything at that time because she was interrupting me and the only thing she wanted to do is to kick me out. I was not angry about her kicking me out. The main thing is that I want to know the main reason behind this issue. when I asked her to get the manger's name, she told me that she couldn't offer her name to me. When I asked her to show the information and the description to me, she said she couldn’t offer those to me. If she is doing anything right to the customer, why is she dare to offer the name to me and the information to me? I need them to prove something to me. I need them to show me the evidence. Please be a aware of this place!

got adidas tennis shoes no G02391 at 5459 with mrp 7799 written...came to know from another shop the mrp is 7599 and 5320 after discount...note that the first one from where i bought have added 13.5 % extra vat...attaching the bill

I have bought Adidas shoes (Product No. FURANO 2 W/G44640/6), Stock No [protected] from Districtt Center Adidas showroom on 28 Feb 2011 and in 05 days the shoe sole worn out and the paste came out.

I'm really sorry to have to complain. But, this breaks my heart. I really need the help. Thanks again for your time. Re-reimbursement would be greatly appreciated. That way I won, t have to choose between his new shoes or his Christmas presents. My budget only allows me to spend $50.00 on both children for Christmas. And that really is pushing me to broke. Dear Sirs/Madame, I purchased a pair of your shoes for my 9 year old for school this year. I would not allow him to wear them until his first day of the new year. Well they are literally worn out already. They didn't even last 3 months. They have worn all the way through the bottom by the toes. I've always had good luck with your shoes before. He has worn Adidas since his first day of pre-school. I'm a single mother trying to help one kid through college and still have my 9 year old in elementary. I have fallen on some really hard times. I can't afford to buy him a new pair of shoes. Right now he's currently wearing his old pair of Adidas, which are really to small for him. Christmas is now approaching fast and I have to make a choice. Do I try another pair? We've never had a problem before. But, I really can, t afford them. This comes to my dilemma, spend the money on new shoes or save it for Christmas. My son says he will were his old ones for a while more. He wants Christmas presents instead. I'm more concerned about his feet hurting him at school. I don, t have access to a computer all the time, so if u could respond to me by mail I would appreciate it. I bought this pair of adidas shoes on 12-07-2010 from your ADIDAS store named: Unisex Agencies at Celebration Mall, Amritsar

Being an ADIDAS-loyal customer, in the last 10-15 years, I must have bought atleast 7-8 pairs of ADIDAS shoes and so many apparels too and I have always been very satisfied with all of them.
but this time I am surprised after seeing what happened to my ADIDAS shoes purchased barely 3 months back.
As you can see in the pictures, the shoe is tearing apart from inside the ADIDAS 3-stripe logo marks on my right foot shoe.
I went to complain at the same store i.e. Unisex Agencies and I was left in lurch and stunned when they told me they cannot do anything as I bought this pair in SALE.

This is the 1st time in 15 years that I had to come for service from ADIDAS and I am given such an answer.
I would like to ask you here, are all your products short of quality when you sell them in SALE?
And if it is so, you should call it a "Seconds" or "Defects" SALE, so that the customer should know what is he buying.

I was given a pair of Golf shoes for christmas from my wife, as a woman ha ha she had got her father to get them for me. As I am new to the sport, my first outing was in May the bank holiday weekend, the first time i wore them, I put them on with pride, and after only 9 holes i returned to my car only to notice that all the leather? had cracked and was peeling away from the right shoe only, yes it was wet but are the shoes made for all weathers? Iam very disgusted to say the least AFTER only one game pf golf.
I am no longer possession of the reciept for these shoes, can somthing be done ?

I bought a shoe for MY four years old son from Addidas store in Gezierat Al arab street, Mohandeseen, Egypt. 2 days later the shoe was strongly damaged, it become unwearable in a week. Although I had the receipt the management refused to refund or even exchange it.

If you just follow the warranty procedure that is included with your shoes, Adidas will take them back or replace them with no questions asked. They really are a great company to deal with if you just follow their procedure.

It was only 6 weeks ago that i bought a new pair of trainers from a well known sprts shop for the price of 85 pound. I were then ever day but only a week ago they fell to bits. As you would expect i took them back to the shop but because of there policy they told me as i have used them and the complaint was over 28 days i was not entitled to a refund or exchange. The only clothe i use are adidas and i would not sue any other cloths even my after shave is adidad. I have been let down by a good clothing company and i think hey should take responsibality for there products. Where do they stand in telling us we could spend all this money and we get poor products. I will continue using there products but i feel let down by there help and support.

I ordered a shirt from one of your outlet, after wearing the shirt just once when I washed the shirt the colour was faiding, I went to the shop to get a replacement for the same in 35 c chandighar the showroom from where I ordered the same, I was given a run arround that the manager was not there so I have to come again, I dont understand that if I have spent money and the thing is not worth instaed of giving me a replacement I was given a Excuse that the manager was not there so I have come once again, Even after me requesting that I have to come all the way from Mohali . When I asked that if I can have the number for the manger the person in charge said that the manager does not have a number, Now that was some thing very funny that a manger of a store does not have a number .I am really annoyed by the type of service provided by ADIDAS, it is not my mistake thatyour product is not good even I am not satisfied with the resolution given to me as that was not immidiate I as still waiting for a reply from the manager if I dont get my product replaced I will make sure that the issue is taken to the correct department as I thing that the company should have the value for there money for there customers

I went to addidas website to find a contact information where I could make a complaint on a very expensive sho that I bought, but for my surprise there was no information. On their website? The rubber on the shoe is making the thumb on my feet black. That could be dangerous to my health for we are talking of rubber being absorbed by my body.
