Adidas energy boost running shoes

I have purchased a pair of running shoes from a well known retailer. After running with the shoes I developed issues with my lower leg muscles. Thinking it was my running form or the fact that it is new shoes I kept running with them. After a while of running I returned the shoes to the store where I purchased them and the manager there advised me that it is definitely the shoes. I have read similar reviews from other runners complaining of the same problem. The injury is so severe that I cannot train any more and after numerous emails to Adidas South Africa and complaints on Hello Peter I have received no phone call or any attempt to assist with my complaint! When is Adidas going to take this seriously?

I am very disappointed in the brand and will never buy their running shoes again!

Now I am sitting with shoes I cannot use and an injury that is preventing me from running!

Adidas complaint against adidas

About three months back, I purchased a shoe from adidas, razabajar, patna at 8600/- less 30%. After 4 months, I had a pain in right ankle. Then I started to use my old shoe and I got relief. I complained to adidas online. They asked to send photocopy of bill & snapshot but I do'nt have cashmemo. I asked their showroom for duplicate bill, but they denied to give it. I sent them snapshot of complain product with serial no. And other information, but they again asking for duplicate bill. I offered them that I could handover the product to their showroom and they can examine thoroughly the complain product. But they refused to do anything without original or duplicate memo.
There is lot of complaints on google and people cheated in same way like me, then I searched for complaints website then I find company named www.click2complain.com they take my complaint and help me to resolve my issue, thanks to ms kiran for her kind support. She really helped me and was in touch continuously. Great team click2complain.

Adidas adidas shin guards made my son's legs raw

We bought my 9 year old adidas shin gaurds for soccer. After wearing them from the statt of season jan 2015 till now his shins have been going raw and have been very painful. The doctor advised that this was caused by the shin gaurds. As you can see from the photos attached it is very sore. This is due to the poor quality from adidas. I unfortunately do not have the slip for them as I thought I would not have a problem with such a good brand. Please contact me ASAP

Adidas color faded

Dear Adidas,

To whom relate this issue below;

Today had big raining in Bangkok, Thailand. I was outside and wear Adidas's shoe superstar white color with the strip black color. I can't runaway to any place must be walk until the rain lightly. When arrived home I just get off the shoe found the black color faded to the white area. It's really disappoint me because I just bought less than a month. I wait for long time find many countries from Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong till got from Wuhan's Adidas shop in China. Nothing much just let you know how I felt and want to hear some word to explain this issue. Please forward to relate people who in chart.

Bought a sports shoe, some months back from adidas showroom, off late right leg shoe mesh has worn out turning with a hole gradually. Being a branded company i never expected this to happen in some months, never has experienced such issues with earlier Adidas shoes nor with Reebok

I bought adidas running shoes 25-26 days ago. The net that was used in the front part of the shoe has had a cut just within 26 days of usage. This is just a complete failure on the part of a company like Adidas. I would like to get the shoe replaced as it had cost me 4000rs.

Adidas defective shoe

i brought shoe from adidas janakpuri 7th jan, 15 nd the shoe was defective i still wear the shoe nd i did not get good service from your store i brought two shoes from your store of same design nd one was defective without wearing and was defective after wearing just once when i went at your store for getting a service for defective shoe they did not have manner to talk with the customer they said that take your shoes and go there is not any solution for your shoe So is this the way to talk with the customer now i really got disappointed by their behaviour and service and from now i will never suggest anyone to buy shoe from adidas store...now i just want that please give me a service for my defective shoe as soon as possible i will really thankful of you if you give me a better service...

Adidas over charged

We have visited adidas serangoon outlet on 24th Jan and made a purchase costed 470 dollars, a lady that serves us told us that above 250 we can join membership but never did mention anything if the membership falls on birthday month until i saw there was a stand displaying in front of the cashier it written 20% on birthday month for members and i asked the lady staff and she said oh thats only for the member who joined for 1 year not applicable for the new members however there wasnt anything mention this on the display stand. After that she asked so call manager in the store with a bad attitude who approached us we didnt manage to get the name but i will get the name later when i visit the store. When the time he had approached us with a very infriendly face no smile at all actually when the time we step in to the shop there was no welcome and no smile at all by the so call manager.when the time he approached us he didnt have any innitialtive to find out what is the problem and i had to repeat myself again which i already did to the lady staff whereas that lady staff didnt speak English well.the so call manager again told us with the irritating face that they do not give discount for new members and without a proper explaination. This is very unacceptable by providing such a poor service..and today [protected] i have received an email said i can enjoy a 20% discount on my birthday this is very irritaing and we felt we have been cheated by adidas.

Adidas shoes defect

I, purchased one pair of Adidas Shoes from CSD (Canteen Store Department), Army from RAIPUR, DEHRADUN(UK) in last month. Within a week a realized that the shoes have got some manufacturing defect which leads to pain and was uncomfortable to use. It is surprising that World's No 1 Company has got such defective products and it is really shocking because I am using Adidas Shoes since last 6 years and this is the fist time I encountered with such problem. Adidas defected shoes

I had sent adidas this mail

I bought Adidas barricade Team shoes on 12 July 2014 from myntra.com. I have worn these shoes just about 20 times in past 80 days. These shoes have turned out to be defected. I am attaching some of the photos of the shoes and the damage they have caused to my foot.

The left shoe has deformed.

The right shoe has given me a shoe-bite after just 20 mins of jogging. ( My socks are also a new pair of adidas). My previous barricade shoes still provide me comfort after hours of continuous exercise.

I hope for a quick resolution to my problem.
and they replied:
We regret to inform that your claim has not been approved, as the customer needs to inform us regarding any discomfort within 15 days of purchase. Since you are informing us so late, thus we would be unable to we would not be able to process your request further.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Now:
I guess there is a 3 month warranty
Also there ws no discomfort in the beginning but as i hav used the shoes..they have turned out to be a very bad product.
If your products cannot last even 3 months with less than 20 days of usage then i think i would better switch to other brands and also impart information about the durability if your products to other people using appropriate social media means.
I would also like to take this matter to consumer forum if your attitude towards your customers is so oblivious.
I would also like to mention that i had compalined to myntra.com about the product within the first month but was unable to follow up with them due to personal reasons.

Exactly same situation with us, bought 2 pair of shoes in 40% sale and the net started to wear off within few days. When we raised it with customer care, they are not ready for refund or exchange but asks us to buy something for the amount we paid. Now the sale is over, we have to shell out money from the pocket. Looks like they sell defective shoes in sale.

Adidas online order problem / very poor customer service

placed online order March 24, package still has not arrived. Checked online and said it was shipped. Started a chat with a customer service rep who informed me that it was shipped from a retail location so he has not information and I had to call another number which he provided. I asked him why was it shipped from a store and he said when it states only ships to lower 48 states next to the size, that means its coming for store. (this information should be noted since it changes the way you track your order).Upon calling the number the rep told me the exact same information but said she could call the store. She did so but was not able to get through and asked me to call back in 15 minutes. I told her no, put me on hold while she called, she said she couldnt do that so I asked for a manager. After speaking to the manager I decided to just report it lost to get my money back. My real issue is that NEITHER of the customer service reps offered any type of I'm sorry, or displayed any kind of empathy for their mistake. I will NEVER purchase anything from footlocker online. I had already stopped going into the bricks and mortar locations because of shotty service.

Adidas poor workmanship

To whom it may concern...
I spent almost $40 on a pair of purple and black adidas slides. I chose adidas over nike because I liked the nubs that were in the slide and your shoe seemed like a well constructed shoe. However, the nubs inside the slides have all come out making the shoe worthless. I dont feel that the slides should have fallen apart like that and the shoe is of poor quality. I paid for quality and that is not what I received. I think this should be resolved especially since I need to wear that type of shoe because of medical issues with my feet. Adidas trainers

I have a pair of £300 trainers which I payed £150 for in the sale from Adidas. Parts of the sole have started to come off which has caused me to stumble a few times! Their technical department have said this is acceptable wear! The problem started a year after I had them, but sent them off about 16 months of owner ship. These are supposed to be running trainers which I only used as BEST as they were very expensive and would make rubbish running shoes anyway! The wear on the sole is certainly not of that of a 16 month old pair of trainers. What can I do as they have said that their technical departments decision is final?

I bought shoes from adidas branch in city center alexandria in January 2014 but it was worn out from the corner in less than a month . I dont have the receipt but I need to replace the shoes by new one

Adidas horrible customer service

I ordered a pair of sunglasses for my boyfriend's birthday from the Adidas website. They were $150. They were supposed to come with different color clips for the sides but when they arrived the clips where not with the glasses. I emailed Adidas and recieved an email saying I would hear back from them in 5 days...a week later I still had no reply so I called them. They apologized for the mistake and said they would send the clips out the next day so I would get them before my boyfriend's birthday. Two days later I get a email saying they will not send the clips unless I buy another pair of the glasses and send the first ones back. I called again and was told this is company policy. The lady gave me a crappy 15% but used expedited shipping which I was never reimbursed for. The "replacement" pair arrived with a day to spare and I open the package and they are the wrong glasses with no clips! The box had the right order on it but they threw some cheap black pair on glasses in it and the box was falling apart like it had been kicked around. They also never sent me the return envelope they said they would so I ended up having to give my boyfriend the first pair with no clips and I am out $300. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. And don't even bother trying to write a bad review on the website because they won't post it. They insist you contact customer service before any bad review is posted so even if you have talked to customer service twice to no avail they still won't post your review. TAKE MY ADVICE AND NEVER BUY FROM ADIDAS ONLINE!

I bought pants and a sweatshirt at stratford westfield. 04/14/2022 at 5:55 pm I got home trying on and saw this hole in my pants. it’s a pity that I can’t show a photo here, I arrived on the second day to change them. they refuse me and tell me to call this number [protected]. tell me about the situation and so that you decide how to change them. I can't call this number. went again to them another manager told me the same thing. how come I can't return the pants they torn? Please answer specifically this question, otherwise I have been running for a week and everyone pushes me from one to the other. I want to know should I contact a lawyer with this question? I have all the proof and the purchase receipt. I have already talked to all of you and there is no decision on your part, the email is not sent. and your number is not working [protected]

Adidas awful service

I placed an order for Christmas 2012, before the order was placed I asked would it be here before Christmas. The rep assured delivery by 12/24 if I paid for additional shipping, which I did. Needless to say, the order never arrived! It is 12/28 still nothing. They offered to credit back the $20 shipping...nothing. Traced the prefer which was confirmed delivered...still nothing. I was told to call back in 24 hours to verify the items never arrived. I never got the items that were the only thing my daughter wanted for Christmas. They have offered nothing but a monotone, unapologetic apology. I will never ordered anything else from Adidas and I will advise all of my friends never to order any items for them.

Adidas manufacturing defect within 5 months

I purchased a pair of shoes from Adidas showroom at Big Bazar Rave Moti Rawatpur Kanpur Show Room before 5 months approx, Bill no. sc12/454 stock no. [protected] purchase date 16th June, 2012 and send for repairing date 27 Nov., 2012 but Repairer does not do proper result for repairing of show and again shoe damages at different places, he has taken courier charges in place of repairing charges of Rs. 250.00 + 10.00 had been charged by the Show room of Rave Moti Kanpur. You are most humbly requested to please repair / replace the shoes or any other relief which deem fit may kindly be given otherwise I will file the suit against the company in Consumer Forum of Kanpur for any problem / query you will be responsible and please contact me over my phone no. Adidas ADI-ECO Taekwondo uniform
I have just recently purchased for $190 an ADO-ECO Taekwondo Black Collar uniform size 5(190). I am absolutely disappointed with this product it has not meet any way the purpose for which it was intended. It has over 25 tread pulls in less than 1 month. I have purchased over 30 adidas uniforms over the past 10 years and have never been this disappointed
And you cannot contact Adidas to complain.

Adidas poor quality of addidas shoe and denial of replacement

I have purcahsed addidas shoe on 14th Jan 2012 from GIP MALL, Noida at price approx 3500 RS, the quality is so poor that after using 3-4 months the shoe mesh goes off from front and back even i am using it only for my office purpose (no running at all).

The shoe is GALAXY ELITE M, Article Num U 42310 and was manufactured in Haridwar on SEP 2011. How come the quality is so poor that it torn down in a span of 3-4 months (when the manufacturing date is 4-5 months before date of purchase).

For that I went to Addidas shop at GIP mall from where I purchased it they kept the shoe for almost 15-20 days and return it to me saying it can't be replaced. I am higly dissatisfied from the Shoe quality as well as the rude behaviour from the Addidas shop represntatives at Noida.

I request you to help me in replacement of my shoe or even in refund of money because after spending so much money and time i am totally frustated and hopeless. I also requested them to give my duplicate bill (as I lost it) and they are not even providing me the same and give me false reason every time i request them.

I also purchased a pair of superstars all white only wore them twice and on the second wear the Shell toe came apart contacted Adidas and they will not replace or refund since the shoe was made in jan/15 and the only have a 2 year warranty period without a reciept.. will never purchase Adidas again going to the Nike air force ones..

Adidas new innvotive creation to evolve the design of football boots

Now I Would Like To Give my Thought on New Creation of Football Boots. I have been watching Football Since I was a Little Kid and as the years have gone by I have see some Horror Fouls Made in Football. Now to make the Beautiful Game even Better, I think Now is the Time to create, develop & Design Football Boots that don't have Metal Studs as we all are not made out of metal, so therefore Now is the Time for Protection for the Body! So therefore Now Take Deep Thought into what I am abut to say Next, Now my Design Suggestion to you (Adidas) is to launch new pair of football boots that have Rubber Studs But Are the same Shape and Size of the Metal Studs The Round Square Shaped Ones. Now if you do this you would make a lot of money to launch it to all football players in the world and if you sell them for a bargain price I would Buy Them as Soon As they are released as i think the more of a Bargain Price the Potential of how much you sell will be so much you would be so happy with the Revenue Generated.
