Adidas shoes

Dear sir/ Madam
I am writing to inform you that the goods I bought have something wrong.
I recently bought a pair of shoes from your store in Turkey when i came back to Egypt, I realized that the two pairs of the shoes are left and different in size.
Therefore, now I would kindly like to request you to refund me in accordance with the warranty period and already it's the seller's mistake not mine.
Kindly find attached the picture of the shoes and a picture of the receipt, Hoping for a positive respond.

Adidas sneakers

I'm from Brazil but I used to live in Arlington, VA and I got a sneaker as a gift to my boyfriend at the Ranger Outlet, MD a few months ago. When I got home in Arlington I left the sneaker's box in the closet until the day I came back to Brazil. When I got here I had to wait until my boyfriend get back home so I could give him the gift I bought but we realized that the store seller gave me two left feet. I couldn't believe when I saw it, I got so upset. I wanted to give him something special but unfortunately the seller didn't pay atention and ruined this moment for us. I went to a few stores here in Brazil but they said they couldn't do anything to help since I bought it in a different country and I don't have the receipt. I really need your help with that because it wasn't my fault at all. I can send you pictures but I don't have the receipt anymore but it's clearly brand new and never used. I sent an email to adidas and they said they can't help me since I'm in Brazil again which doesn't make any sense since it wasn't my mistake. I'm really frustrated with Adidas they literally didn't care about me.

Adidas bad adidas customer service, never resolve a simple problem

To me the following emails to and from Adidas customer service is totally unacceptable because it was a mistake make by the sale person and it should responsible by them. Adidas has no intention to resolve a simple problem.

My request to Adidas:
In June this year, my son brought a pair of football shoes in Tokyo Japan. The pairs of shoes was nicely packed, but they are not a pair.

In fact, the are of the same colors but different in models number.

We try to contact the Japan Outlet, but there is no rely at all.

Because we are living in China Shen Zhen and there is no plan to get back to Tokyo for the claim.

I hope that anyone who read this message would give me a hand for the replacement as soon as possible.

The shoes are brand new and never been use for my son at all.

Adidas service

went into the Addidas outlet in East Rand mall to buy myself and my husband some shoes for Crossfit. Every single shoe my husband wanted they did not have stock. After the 3rd shoe he picked I asked to see the manager they took me to Griffirt I explaint to him and he said it is old stock. I then said that any store needs to cater for all sizes. He then started laughting at me and said tp him it is very rude to laught at a customer and actually he should make a plan for me. He said he will make a plan. He phone me yesterday it is 2 weeks after the incident. Now he wants me to pay the R799 that was on the box but there was a sale in the store for a futher 30% off on all sale stock. Which that one was on sale. I then asked Griffith to send me the product code and name. I phone head office and a guy called Donovan Daniels phoned me back. He did not listen to what I said and also apparently Griffith gave him another story. So now I would like to take this incident futher. Donovan had hanged up on our call which I think is very rude. I need to speak to these peoples bosses because in my life in retail I never treated my customers like this.

Adidas women’s black/white adidas

Hi,

I bought a pair of adidas black n white ones at foot locker in may and we're in September and I can't wear them anymore because walking in the rain today, I noticed the white rubber soles had a big detachment from the top of the rubber where your toes are on both shoes. It's not fair I paid $65/70 for the pair and they can't last at least a year! I am upset and they are already in the garbage sadly. I would like to get this issue resolved some how?

...Maybe you should NOT walk in the rain?! Unless they say, "Waterproof, " you probably ought not to get them wet. This is your fault, and the company doesnt owe you anything.

Next time, take better care of your shoes, if you want them to last.

Adidas inferior quality apparel

Good day please assist not sure if this is a quality issue or normal wear and tear. I bought orlando Pirates supporters apparel on Adidas online store Adidas Orlando Pirates Red soccer Tshirt, black training long sleeve, black golf shirt and black shorts all of them the emblem badge for Orlando Pirates has shaded off and doesn't look like it's the genuine adidas material.The red one is much better as it's still visible and the black ones are worse than l even decided not to wear them outdoors anymore as it looks like it's counterfeit.Please can you assist regarding this matter.

I have been in contact with Adidas South Africa service shop but no help at all or even confirm if they have tested the products.

Adidas customer service?

I have previously bought the women's TRX Swift shoes. I bought both pairs from Zappos and have had them several years without problems. I bought a pair from adidas.com in December (can't really remember ) I didn't wear them until the weather started warming up in April. After a month I noticed the shoelaces were fraying and will probably break soon. So I figured I contact you. What an awful experience. Supposedly I have an account but when I log in it won't give me my order history, Chat doesn't even respond when clicked on, email kept bringing me back to some other page as if I never filled out the info., calling puts you on a 20 minute or more hold. Apparently your still busy with holiday purchases. I called a number in CA and the representative started talking over me in an extremely rude manner. I have never had any phone rep. speak to me the way she did. All I want is to have the shoelaces replaced. They are not regular shoelaces.

Adidas adidas climacool shorts

Ive purchased 3 pairs of your latest Climacool shorts. Over R2000 in value and all their Adidas logos on the bottom left are peeling off? Should this be happening with such "quality" shorts after 5 washes?
Its not something id expect from a brand that ive supported all my life due to the quality. Ive got over 25 pairs of adidas shoes, so does my wife. Its a brand id like to keep supporting.

Adidas bad service from adidas in tsawwassen mills, canada

I would like to complaint about Adidas in Tsawwassen Mills. I went to get a pair of pants. Sales person asked me if I need any help. I said yes, I needed help with size. He didn't bother looking underneath, he just took 1 pair of pants and said to me that sorry no other size is available. It looked like he didn't want to help me at all. Then I looked myself and I found my size. Then I asked him why you didn't help me as there is my size. Then store manager arrived and started to tell me that if I don't like something I can just leave and don't buy anything. Basically both of them were very rude. I got very upset as it never happened to me before that the way I was treated at this store. Then I still decided to buy these pants but the way that sales person who didn't help me with the size, he took my pair of pants and didn't fold them but crumpled them and threw it to the bag like it was piece of [censor]. I called manager again but once again he almost shouted at me and said just go away from this store and we will give you refund. I got refund back and left the store and will never go back and want everyone to know what kind of service is there! I am also will be sending official letter to ADIDAS to let them know that they are not selling products but scare everyone away with such a bad service!

Adidas sports bra

I bought a adidas sports bra recently, the 1st day I wore it my collarbone was hurting, and after my workout I took it off and there was a blister spot, the next day again hurt the whole time, when I took off blister had popped and rubbed My collarbone raw. This time I looked inside the sports bra and noticed the stitching completely different then the other side, other side smooth, this side it wast sewn right, I really like the sports bra and want to see about getting a new correct 1 that doesn't hurt, I am sending pictures so u can see where it wast sewn right and how it sticks out and rubs my collarbone, ty Jessica Ford

Hi Ms. Ford.

No question wearing something over the blister, once it developed, would irritate what was there.

Even sport bras, if designed to support a larger bust line, will have a tendency to place stress on the shoulders. A quality set of padded strap supports may likely resolve any issues.

Adidas missing packages; unhelpful bad customer service!!!

If I could give 0 to adidas customer service I would.
Fedex says that my packages were delivered but were not. (3 packages with 3 different tracking number supposedly arriving the same day)
We were home on that day and did not hear a single knock on our door.

So I called fedex of course and went through their process. Filed a claim and waited for 2 days for their investigation right? And next thing you know they just insisted that they delivered them. So fedex told me to call adidas instead, and so I did. I filed a claim with adidas and was told to wait for 8-30 business days process time. So I waited and after 30 days I didn't get an update from adidas so I went online to their chat box because when you call adidas you will be on hold forever! So customer service said I am sorry we didn't give you an update. So if I didn't made the first move to get in touch with them I wouldn't have known that my claims are being denied! Yesss they denied my claims!
Of course they could not tell me the reason why. They told me to email their customer support and their respond could be 8-20 business days.
That was the moment that I was laugh crying because wtf right?

Adidas told me to call fedex to reopen the claims but when I called fedex they told me to call adidas because they should be the one handling my claims not me because they are responsible on my behalf as their customer!

So I called adidas and told them what fedex told me and they still say well theres nothing we can do about it because they denied your claims like really!

I didnt receive my packages and this is what I get? A [censor] bad customer unhelpful service!

Adidas fooled me but you know what karma is a [censor]!

Wtf adidas I spent almost $500 [censor] dollar!

Adidas canal walk

I bought a Adidas man United top which was discoubted to 1198. Was then advised that I would get R200 off my next purchase cos I spent more than R1000 when to the kids branch and my son was excited about a takkie and because I would have gotten R200 off I would have bought the takkie of R800 just to advise that because I received a discount on the top I don't qualify for the R200 off. This was not advised to me.

Adidas online store black friday refund

I purchased a pair of shoes on the adidas.co.za online store on the Thursday 23 Black Friday sale. Order number [protected]. The discount code applied to all online orders.
The website showed a size 10 shoe was available, I selected the shoe size and proceeded with the purchase discount. I was later emailed to inform me that the size I had selected was not available and that I would be given a gift voucher for the amount that I had paid. I do not wish to use the gift voucher, since it was at Sale price and not full price. The website was unable to offer me alternative shoes in another colour (also shown on website as size 10 available). Since "this item was not on sale at the time". I requested a full refund and it was confirmed that it could be done. 2 weeks later I have still not received either a full refund or a gift voucher. Adidas service email account has not responded to several of my emails for feedback. The service is pathetic. I have since purchased my required shoes at another online store, at less than the "black friday" promotion price.

Adidas adidas superstar takkies

I am a regular shopper of Addidas items however this time i have purchased 3 pairs of superstar takkies from Totalsports Pavilion - Durban. The one pair that I had purchased for my daughter the paintwork had started coming off at the back after her wearing it a few times. This is the first time that I am so dissatisfied with my purchase. I am terribly dissappointed at the quality now provided.

Adidas 2xl sizes that is different

enquire about the same Adidas t-shirts. Both of them are 2XL but is not the same size. I receive the 2 small 2xl as a present, they bought it at Adidas outlet in centurion mall I and only wore it once. And the big 2xl I bought at sportsman warehouse in Klerksdorp at 12/03/2018 to compare the sizes.
Why does the sizes differs so much? What will your solution be to accommodate me?

Adidas shoes

Recently i bought a pair of Raleigh adidasfrom the famous footware store in santee ca .they were on sake for 72$ i love the style this shoe is crap within a three week period the entire shoe had nanaged to fall apart anyware where there is a connection i can liyerally feel myself step on a rock and the shoes bottom sole is coming out completly iv never seeb this i feel thats a lot of money i spebt on a shie i only wore for 3 weeks but now are my only shoes to wear so bottomline they are not worth the money i walk aroubd tripping all day im very didappointed in the orice abd what you get i wish i got the old school addias at least tgey were more sturdy and lasted longer

Adidas cloud foam ladies lite racer size 5

I bought a Cloud foam Lite Racer size 5 at Edgars Vaal Mall on 5 October 2017.

I am an avid runner for the past ten years and have completed the two oceans multiple times as well as various other runs on the circuit.

I only run with Adidas.

Unfortunately, the current runners are tearing at the top which is very disappointing. This within a month of purchase, without particular rigorous training.

Adidas quality of hockey shoes

Hi, we bought a pair of LUX Hockey shoes for my daughter. We paid quite a bit for these shoes. Unfortunately they did not last very long. Holes appeared after 3-4months around the little toe and inner side of both shoes, we continued to use it untill end of September as we could not buy another pair. I do not believe the workmanship or design of these shoes are perfect. Our daughter does prefer to wear Adidas above other brands and therefore we bought her a different style. If you could please look into this I would really appreciate it .

Adidas scarpe da ginnastica adidas

Prodotto errato io avevo chiesto le Adidas Stoccolma mi sono arrivate diverse e secondo me sono anche false.
Quindi chiedo il rimborso.
Se ciò non avverrà entro 30 giorni a partire dalla data odierna farò denuncia alle autorità competenti.
Anche perché sul sito è richiesto un prezzo all'atto del pagamento il prezzo è superiore e questo mi sembra veramente da denuncia.

Adidas ax2 walking/hiking shoes

Hi. I bought a pair of AX2 hiking shoes from Tekkie Town (Brink Centre) in Vryburg, North West Province, South Africa a few months ago. I have worn them once/twice a week with great satisfaction when the inner lining lateral to the heels soon started to show signs of degeneration. Tekkie Town declined my claim for inferior material and said it was normal wear and tear.
I submit that wear and tear of nature should only appear after a prolonged period of use. If this will be considered normal wear and tear by Adidas, I will have to pull my Adidas teeth.
Please advise me where to can I direct my complaint here in South Africa.
