ax2 walking/hiking shoes
Hi. I bought a pair of AX2 hiking shoes from Tekkie Town (Brink Centre) in Vryburg, North West Province, South Africa a few months ago. I have worn them once/twice a week with great satisfaction when the inner lining lateral to the heels soon started to show signs of degeneration. Tekkie Town declined my claim for inferior material and said it was normal wear and tear.
I submit that wear and tear of nature should only appear after a prolonged period of use. If this will be considered normal wear and tear by Adidas, I will have to pull my Adidas teeth.
Please advise me where to can I direct my complaint here in South Africa.

kid shoes
We purchased these shoes Oct 22, 2017 at an adidas store in Gaffney SC. During the first week of wear, the plastic began peeling off. By 8 days of wearing, almost all of the plastic was peeling or had already torn off.
Unfortunately, I didn't keep the receipt because I've never had this problem. I think I paid around $45.

adidas tekkies
I bought adidas rapidarun tekkies for my son and after a few months itmade a hole on top near the little toe on the one tekkie and a few days later the other shoe started as well, he only wore it a few times and they are litterrally brand new. This is the first time that I am not satisfied with adidas and I would like a answer from the company as soon as possible

When I checked out, the staff said: " I cannot sell those adidas shoes to you, let me take a break. " I asked her, "Why?". She said" Why? ! some guys return a couple shoes, which are same as you're going to buy. I said that I don't know them. It is not my business. It is so ridiculous!
Surprised me ! Why adidas hire such guy?!
Apparently, she is going to make bad effect to adidas.
I hope adidas can strictly deal with this.
poor quality shoes, poor customer service
I live in Australia. I visited the US in April and went to an Adidas store to buy shoes my daughter specifically requested. The shoes did not last 2 months. I sent a request for return which was accepted. However, when Adidas learned I live in Australia they referred to their returns policy - has to be sent to them by tracked post (this would cost more than twice the value of the shoes) and then they could only provide a gift card which can only be used in the US - useless to me. I just want my money back or a replacement pair of shoes. The US team said an Australian customer service rep would be in touch - never responded. The global team never responded. This is a multi national billion dollar company. Disgraceful.

I am writing to you in regard to a pair of ADIDAS X 16.1 STREET football trainers I purchased, I chose these specifically as they were marketed as STREET football trainers, perfect I thought for the hard courts of Hong Kong where I play. The boost soul is brilliant, But the uppers are terrible, after only 3 months of playing the 4 of the lace loops have snapped, the outer material is not robust enough for street football causing large holes right through the upper.
I hold adidas football apparel and footwear to be the best out there and was hugely disappointed with the performance of the upper material and the weakness of the lace loops. If you are going to put this shoe as a street soccer shoe you need to improve the wear and toughness of the material used on the upper.

I ordered shoes from Namshi on the 5th of October, struggled for 12 days to get it delivered and when it finally arrived yesterday, I noticed the low quality stitching/gluing on the inside where the velt/material is totally loose. How can you sell such pathetic shoes to a customer, that's what I want to know? Plus you inconvenience customers unnecessarily. Make sure your goods are of good quality as they are expensive. The least that you can do is to provide products that are of high standard!

Good day
I have purchased a pair of supernova 1 week back.
This shoe is still in excellent condition, however it is terribly uncomfortable. I have worn the shoe 3 times. And my feet (soles of my feet) are experiencing a lot of pain. These suppose to be running shoes and wearing them for about 2 hours or so I am experiencing this discomfort. I usually wear adidas footwear and have purchasers many pairs before, but this is the first time I am experiencing this .
Please advise what to do, if you require pics or anything it can be sent

I ordered the NMDs on 8/24 & received them a couple days later after MUCH begging from my 15 yr old son for 179.99, an outrageous price to me. I had noticed LAST WEEK the shoes are fraying above his toes and coming apart where the "cheap" material meets the "rubber" on the instep on both shoes. Is this the quality we get for 179.99? Should we be expected to just "deal with it" and buy new ones every couple of months? For the quality you are making and selling, I will just go to the Dollar Store and save myself the money.
I have always been strictly a Nike and Under Armour consumer for myself and my boys, but recently Under Armour's quality has been lacking and Adidas has been making a comeback...But if you keep putting out Substandard Product like these shoes, your Popularity is going to be fleeting and your Sales are going to Flatline! soccer boots

I had purchased soccer boots at Solly M in Durban about 4 months ago. The soccer boots is the Ace 17.1 Primeknit. After 4 months of occasionally wearing the soccer boots, one of the studs had broken off while playing Astro turf soccer ( as shown in image below).
As a customer, I am disappointed that I spent a fair amount of money in what I thought was good quality boots.

I purchased a pair of women's, size 10 at a local Meijer in May. I tried to wear them for the first time today and they are too small. Every Adidas pair of shoes that I own are size 10. The tag on the inside of the shoes are 10's. an outside sticker has DURAMO 8 w BB4675. The UPC #[protected]. Could these possibly be counterfeit? I bought some adidas Lillards for about 115 2 months ago and they're tearing around the ankle on both shoes. My season is starting up and although we get team shoes these shoes were very nice to me up until this situation. I attend Lewis University and we are sponsored by adidas. Had my rs7 boots for 2 yrs but hav been using my kopa mundials still. This season I been using my rs7 sprint frame for the first time and have played 5 games in them and the sprint frame has already cracked.Is this something to expect from a well known trusted company, am very disappointed in the quality of this boot. Mens sneakers
My husband and I have close to 30 pair of adidas sbeakers as well as backpacks, duffels, t shirts, sweats, shorts and cap/hats. We obviously love adidas. However, we were in Tennessee a couple of months ago and visited the adidas outlet in Pigeon Forge. I purchased a pair of men's black w/turquoise. I absolutely loved them. I wore them 4 or 5 times and the emblem / lettering is peeling off! We have never had this happen. Some of my husaband's are better than 10 years old & still in great shape! I can't return them but feel betrayed!

We bought leggings at the Portland Oregon Employees store July 20, 2017 and Aug 25 we noticed a hole near the seam in the buttocks area and the fabric is running. We drove down from Vancouver Canada as we were told that the store was a top notch store, I didn't expect the clothing to fall apart not even a month later and after a being worn a dozen times.
