Adelphia DSL / Daily problems!
We use Adelphia for our web-hosting for our small business and it is a WEEKLY if not DAILY occurence to either not receive email or send out email. Our business operates 99% via email and this is becoming very damaging to our business.
When calling for support, they always try to shift the blame elsewhere. When they finally own up to it being their problem, it's always the same... "they have a server down and the technicians are currently working on it". They can never give you an estimate as to when it will be back up.
CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A NEW PROVIDER!!!
